Great Price for the monitor, everything works perfectly. Only thing I can’t figure out is why 165hz doesn’t work with hdmi (2.1 cable). But 144hz is good enough. Would recommend!
Would be much better if it had IPS as the colours are not accurate
quite happy with this purchase the slight backlight bleed is a little bit annoying but apart from that a good overall produc
The size is perfect for me, and the curve makes playing with a high FOV comfortable. All in all very Immersive but also works well for fps games.
It’s probably the best gaming monitor you can get for this price. Picture quality is amazing with the high resolution and 165hz for this price is great. The stand maybe not the best you have the option to desk mount it which I would recommend. Overall definitely worth the price super good monitor.
Top quality monitor, looks good and runs great for the price, the audio is terrible but that does not bother me as I have my pc running through a external amp and speakers.
Whether you want a monitor for gaming, editing or general stuff, this monitor is worth every penny.
I’ve had this monitor for a week now and it seem pretty good. Picture quality is great. It’s got a high fps mode + several other modes.
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
Bought this monitor for ps5 and is compatible for games that support 120hz like cold war etc. I have a 200hz monitor for my pc but it was not compatible on the ps5.
Very happy buy!
Good for ps5 with the ability to hit the 120fps as well as upscale to 4k if you want good graphics. Sound is slightly tinny and it would be nice if there was an easier way to control volume.
Great product. Would have liked the stand to go up and down. Also this will not give next gen consoles higher than 60 hz as it does not have 2.1 hdmi ports so be warned.
I bought 3 of these monitors. 1 had a faulty backlight. And another worked great for 2 weeks until it broke. First it started flickering and then sparks were coming out the back of the monitor and smoke coming out the top of the monitor.
I bought 3 and 2 were broken, one of the broken ones nearly caused a fire.
I’ll be honest. This monitor is beautiful. But dangerous. If you are willing to risk it and hope you get a good one then go nuts. But I seriously recommend looking for a different branded monitor.
VG27WQ1B – this is my first high refresh monitor and I don’t get the hype, maybe I can feel the difference till 100hz anything over than I can’t feel nothing and I play valorant and other compatitve shooters and for sure they feel fast and responsive but I would pick resolution over refresh rate any day. About the 1B variant of the monitor this panel is not that bright it’s not super dark or anything but it doesn’t get really bright at all.
However, the problems people were having with ghosting and dead pixels just didn’t happen for me.
It’s an excellent screen (when set to racing mode). I bought it for 270, but would pay 300 for it.
Cable management hole at back is nothing to scoff at either.
Sadly doesn’t support HDR this way, but supports HDR at 1440p and lower on PC and 1080p on console. Great monitor for next gen – I imagine it will be great for Xbox at 1440.
Wow. Perfect screen. Worked straight bag. Everyone needs to ensure they down load the monitor drivers from ASUS else you may not get the full 144hz.
Monitor is very well made and the screen is movable. I had previously purchased and returned her sister ASUS326 and reluctantly chose another ASUS. I am glad I did.
Great response times and clean imaging. The HDR isn’t anything to write home about and the flickering when using Gsync at very low refresh rates(e.g. loading screens in games) is weird. All in all if you looking for a great performer for gaming I’m confident in recommending it. For anything else you might want to look elsewhere.
First impressions Wow
I have been using an old Dell 22 inch monitor for years so the size was a big plus, easy to assemble out of the box easy to set up to my my old computer,
I play battle field 5 and to be honest I’m not that good but with this monitor and my old gforce 760 it’s like a new game I can see in amazing detail, this is some thing I have put off because of the cost but actually wish I had done ages ago,
So build quality yes
Picture quality yes
Cost well worth it.
Such a great monitor!
Great picture quality. I mostly play games and i was kinda worried if its gonna be too big, coming from 24″ to 32″ but its actually pretty good and easy to get used to.
The 1ms in the title is a bit misleading, its actually 4ms but rly i can barely notice when playing battlefield titles.
Hdr is beatiful.
You wont regret buying this monitor.
I bought this as I wanted to create a gaming space and saw this screen. It looks great and is really well made. I have been using the xbox one x on this and it has actually enhanced my gaming experience. The screen does support hdr10, 4k as well as fast frame rate etc. The screen has a 1ms response time and is ideal for first person shooters. I am yet to experience any tear, lag or bleed in the screen and I dont think I will. If you are looking for a gaming monitor, you should think about buying this, it is great. You will need a large desk though as it is big, I bought the curved 32″. Love this product, thanks asus.
