Bought this for my very tall 7 year old.. he absolutely loves it. Doesn’t feel flimsy at all and bonus it folds up so easy to store!
Very nice scooter. You can choose the high plus easy to fold.
Bought this for my 12 year old son to ride to the bus stop for school every day (saves me driving him there at some unearthly hour!) ;p
It arrived pretty quickly and it’s all pretty much ready to go – just need to put the handles in, which click in really easily and then adjust the height of the handles and it was good to go.
the quality is really really good. not cheap at all. the wheels are nice and big, the handle has plenty of grip and you can tell the material is not going to fade away anytime soon.
the brake element works really well and has some grip grooves on the top so that a wet shoe won’t slide off when applying the brake.
The carry strap is a plus as well, especially as he needs to take it onto the bus with him.
the only minor grip is that the unfold requires a good solid press – he struggled the first few times, but we figured a method to do it and he was fine. It’s a really clear and solid click when you fold and unfold so you know it’s going to be steady.
The kick stand is also really helpful and good solid build too.
It’s also really easy to adjust the handle height, which means I can also use it to pop to the shops etc! 🙂
Really good value for money. Highly recommended.
hope that helps!
Feels very study! I thought I would use the highest handlebar setting but it came up to my chest! (I’m 5’2 though), so I use the middle one. So far it has been great for running errands.
My son loves this scooter. It’s sturdy and fast. The press clip to release to fold is very stiff so he needs help but other than this is great. Many heights to adjust to also
It’s a sturdy scooter no doubt. But after bought it for 5 months the wheels is loosen and came off. Also start to have a problem with another parts too(handles bar etc). Not value for the price I paid tbh.
Bought a red and also a black scooter, they’re both the same apart from the colour. The 8yr old loves it and now wants to scoot everywhere, it’s much better than his old one. It’s good that the handle bars are adjustable as they work for him and myself!
I’m about 90kg and the scooter is happy with my weight, we’ve improved the school run and regularly scoot around the park at the weekend now.
Definitely worth it.
Nice scooter for an adult does feel a bit cheaply made. Brought for a small 1 mile ride a day and seems ok so far.
The carry strap could be a little longer.
Its not very strong if you have 96 kg but for this price is not bad
I brought this for my son because he had out grown his smaller scooter and isn’t quite ready to ride a bike yet. I wasn’t sure how tall it would be but I’m pleased it’s quite tall that even myself at 5ft 10 can ride it comfortably.
I have really enjoyed this scooter – sturdy and gets to a good speed, copes with some pretty rugged paving stones without feeling too rough. The carrying strap has proved really useful on a few occasions and it’s really manageable to carry for reasonable distance when I have to. And I got excellent customer service when one of the wheels was damaged early on. Steering seized up recently but a bit of grease in the bearings and we’re off again! Would definitely buy again.
Bought this for my husband to get to work as we don’t have a car and public transport isn’t reliable. There are no assembly required and it comes with the strap which is VERY useful when it is folded. My husband is 5feet11 and there is still another level on the bar to go up so I’m sure someone taller would be able to use it fine. Getting to work now takes 7 minutes instead of 25 and he now also does the school run which frees me up to have a more relaxing morning with only 1 child instead of 2. He loves this scooter so much he uses it to go to the shops as well. The only drawback I guess is that full grown adults makes fun of him for using it, he has noticed that the adults that do are car owners so make of that what you will. He doesn’t care though but if you feel uncomfortable with people’s opinion of you it might be better to get a bicycle.
Really chuffed with this purchase! I purchased this scooter for my 11 year old son and he absolutely loves it. Great quality and sturdy scooter such a smooth ride and so great that you can fold it up for easy storage. I’m going to buy one for me and my husband for our trips away. Can’t wait to scoot around the towns and beach fronts on one of these. Highly recommend for 9 years and up! Scooter handle can be moved to preferred hight depending on your hight ect BRILLIANT!!
This is a great scooter. My 8 year old loves it and it was so easy to put the few bits together. It glides really well over most surfaces and I enjoy having a go too, I am considering buying one for myself as it’s even fun for adults and more than big enough.
Is good quality, really fast an easy to fold.
Because is fast they need to improve the foot brake, it does not break quickly and it is worse if the tire is wet.
Being disabled, (walking), but not ready.flr a wheelchair yet, I considered a kick scooter, but was concerned about going uphill. I bought a besray to give it a try. To my surprise I found even quite steep hills no problem. I’m 75 so not in my prime, and not particularly fit, but I manage the scooter fine. However, I’ve discovered muscles I didn’t know I had.
I bought this to replace a different make that I got in lockdown 1 that eventually fell to pieces.
This besrey is much more solidly built and very smooth to ride. Ready to go out of the box and and seems more that sturdy enough for most adults, of which I am one! I’m nudging 13 stone and unless I take this to task at my local ramp park, I have no doubt it’ll easily handle whizzing round the block with my son on his Globber 3-wheeled scooter.
The handle bar tube is very upright so steering is rather urgent, but fine once you get used to it. Even the kick stand works well. The only slight niggles are the suspension and the rear wheel brake. I wasn’t expecting a Fox-like 5 inches of floaty smooth travel but it only seems to move if you really push down hard on the bars. Not a big issue, as suspension on a push scooter is more of a gimmick than a practical addition. The rear wheel [friction] brake works as well as the amount of weight you place upon it to get it to stop you. Only thing is, the metal of the brake is quite thin and flimsy and tends to rattle annoyingly.
The deck is wide and plenty spacious for my size 8’s and has some sweet quality grip tape applied. As with most scooters, the height of the deck is at ankle-level so just watch out for those mis-timed tailwhips otherwise you’ll end up with Jack Wilshre-like glass ankles.
Overall, recommended.
Got into a car chase on this thing, never in all my life have a I gone so fast, at one point I had the bullets whizzing along side me. I have ascended.
