I had paid for a new un opened heater the one supplied had quite obviously been opened
all internal packing opened and remote battery inserted.
The unit does work . However I resent being charged full price for a unit that was not new and unused
This fan has fast heating so I don’t have to put it on for too long and the rooms remained warm.
Can’t sing the praises of this heater enough! It’s a good height, can adjust the strength of the wind and the timer if I want it to use it to help me sleep. Heats up the room quickly and isn’t too loud (although it is audible).
The instructions are not v clear and I cannot work out how the setting of the temperature works. It seems to keep flashing and sets to a different temperature.

We have a studio-type room with five windows – double glazed, but the radiator cannot deliver the required heat when a strong, chilly wind is blowing. My wife works in this room and now loves her new heater as it swiftly takes away the cold edge without draining the bank.
We needed a heater for the conservatory as this is our toddlers play room. Once you get the hang of the controls ot works well. Heats the space and can get really warm, especially given its a conservatory!!
Great heat output, great quiet fan, rotates, has time setting and is quite inexpensive.
I have now in the hallway, it heats the hall, stairs, landing and downstairs closeby adjacent rooms, quite quickly, I switch it on when I come home in the evening and the house is warmed very nicely as I have reduced the time and timing of the gas central heating.
Good product will recommend it.
The thermostat function seems to be solid and presumably mounted close to the side air intake. The fan will stop when it reaches the desired temperature; I consider this a good thing if you’re near it, there may be other use cases where this behaviour isn’t desirable.
When power is removed, it’ll reset to defaults which means it’ll be on standby when next plugged in and when switched back on it’ll heat to 25c which seems a bit of a silly default.
The touch-sensitive buttons need more than just the tip of your finger to register.
Yet to have any concerns about build or safety, seems like it’s made to a decent standard. Almost all reviews are for the slightly larger 30″ model which is too tall to fit under most desks, the 27″ one is just low enough to happily store below a 70cm high desk.
