I love this washer, is sooo very quiet, I’ve always had bosch washers, you can’t go wrong, with them. when I registered the machine with bosch, it has a 5 year guarantee! That says it all on how brilliant these machines are they last 4 ever, plus bosch gave me a years supply of persil liquid, free as a special offer, Thank you bosch
The delivery driver and partner were very polite and got the machine exactly where it needed to be. Fantastic service indeed. Machine had no damage at all. And my wife who will be the main driver of this device says it is just what she needed. Only one thing it has no delayed start !!
Driver communicated before arriving so we had cleared the area for installation by the time he arrived.
Installation was quick but not rushed. A wash and drain cycle was run to ensure nothing was leaking before the installer/driver left.
Installer was very confident of the quality of the work he did and (with out being prompted) gave me all the necessary information required if any problems occured.
5/5 is for the level of service. The product is what it is.
I mostly just use “mixed load” & a fairly full load. It washes & spins this well in about an hour. Otherwise, as usual, lots of settings’ choice which often take longer so haven’t tried them. I’d make tte same choice of machine had I to do it again.
This was to replace a Miele which broke. Bottom line, this model does all most people would ever need. Super quiet, the actual washing results exceeded my expectations. Much better than Miele and it removes more of the detergent in rinses which was a key requirement. If we put clothes in without any detergent with old machine we was surprised how much suds appeared. This has almost gone with this machine.. clothes feel much nice
Very good item for the price. Easy to use, and very quiet albeit we’ve only had for a month so to be expected. Hopefully this will last longer than the previous AEG one!
Really impressed with this machine and 5 year warranty and 489 price. Bosch offer of detergent was very frustrating with their agent creating new obstacles at every turn. In the end I offered to take it up with the ASA, Bosch and Amazon and they became suddenly chatty. Poor experience for a few bottles of Persil. Awaiting receipt.
Very low noise in operation.Totally pleased so far.
Bosch difficult to deal with!?,registering appliance,and extend warranty long winded,(phone them,applying for the one key sign in doesn’t work).
Also their offer of years supply of detergent was a difficult process!?.
They rejected several times,asking for further info,photo of the appliance in situ,Amazon invoice,then had to do it all again as “extra security measures “,
Bosch experience very tedious and long winded!.
I was at the point thinking of reporting to Amazon,as,I suspected their tactics were designed to make me give up,or they had run out of stock of the detergent offer!,
I still don’t know if my request has been successful,
at one point I was getting a reply for
“further information “every 3 to 8 minutes,my last email wasn’t answered or confirmed.
