I am an elderly lady who travels alone, and I bought this body cam because I don’t drive and rely on public transport, which necessitates walking to and from stops and stations, often at night in bad weather. You never know when a record of events might be useful.
The camera works fine. It is easy to operate. I just used it for about a month, my return option just expired, and I downloaded the files from the camera for first time, and I found the camera is dead. It is obviously physically intact, but the camera doesn’t even turn on. It is my guess that the camera maybe got its software damaged or the driver didn’t work properly with my computer . Now I am puzzled, does the company producer offer any help and support, and firm software download for free?
What to do? the camera is physically fine, just the camera is dead and buttons don’t work, it is dead. No software operates. The screen is dark and dead no matter how I push the buttons . The battery is full, but the camera doesn’t work.
