Habe die Khlbox neulich eine Woche zum Zelten dabei gehabt und bin vollstndig berzeugt. Das Material ist sehr werthaltig, die Khlleistung und das Volumen sind sehr gut. Persnlich kann ich die Box nur empfehlen.
Qualit peut tre correcte pour beaucoup mais pas vraiment selon mes critres. Le couvercle ne tient pas ouvert et retombe sans cesse, pour charger la glacire, ce n’est pas du plus pratique. Couvercle ferm, celui-ci s’ouvre vraiment sans effort, pas de joint, seule la forme du plastique assure l’tanchit, ce qui laisse prsager qu’elle est plus que douteuse! Pour le maintien du froid, pas test mais je crains le pire et pas 4 jours!
149 , c’est trs trs excessif et cela me fait regretter amrement ma “vulgaire” EDA de volume suprieur pour 5 fois moins chre il y a plus de trente ans et qui vient seulement de ma lcher par une poigne casse. La guerre en Ukraine est probablement responsable du cot du plastique…

Con qualche panetta di ghiaccio, questa coolbox mantiene la temperatura molto bene per pi di un giorno. Quindi fa il suo dovere.
molto solida, io direi quasi indistruttibile. Non vedo come sia possibile si possa rompere. Io mi ci sono seduto sopra in diverse occasioni e una volta ci sono pure salito in piedi. Direi ottimo.
Il coperchio non pu stare aperto, se lasciato si chiude automaticamente: questo un vantaggio ma anche uno svantaggio, perch rende necessario l’uso di due mani.
La presenza di due maniglie rende il trasporto abbastanza agevole. In due ancora pi facile da trasportare anche quando piena.
Il fattore forma ottimo perch in auto permette una sistemazione ordinata. Inoltre la sua elevata resistenza e solidit permette di riporre oggetti anche molto pesanti al di sopra di essa senza causare alcun tipo di danno alla struttura.

Non leggerissima. L’apertura dura quindi richiede due mani. Questo anche un vantaggio (non si aprir per errore), ma pu essere uno svantaggio in alcuni casi.
[CONCLUSIONE]
Per campeggi di pi giorni o anche picnic di un solo giorno, l’ideale se raggiungete la destinazione con un mezzo. Non adatta alle escursioni perch il trasporto non agevole per una persona sola e non ha le ruote.
Per ci che cercavo io, la trovo un prodotto eccellente.

Works well for storing perishables but it is not water tight and will let water in from the top if it gets wet. It does have a plug towards the bottom to empty out but this should come with a waterproof cover.
My fridge freezer broke down just before Xmas so the cooler saved all my Xmas food as it was 3weeks before I could get a replacement,luckily I had a chest freezer to keep freezing ice packs and bottles of water to keep it cool,an electric cooler would be easier though if you haven’t a freeze
Lovely quality product. However you have to really fill it up with ice and ice blocks to keep items cold for any period of time. This would make it more practical. Kept butter hard for 36 hrs but wouldn’t think it would last much longer.
Ideal double use as a table.
Should have got same product smaller size as would be more practical for our needs.

Great cooler for summer fun, camping, and taking on the road. It’s large interior with 49 liter capacity is enough cooling space for most folks. With it’s many purposes you can also use it when you have to defrost your freezer. Works great for this job! High quality PU foam will keep your items cool for up to 4 days. Light and portable for all your needs.
This is probably the best cooler box I have ever owned. My grandfather had a Coleman that I remember from my small child hood. My brother is still using it and my estimate it its been used for 50 years constantly. I expect that this new model I’ve got will last as long, its very robust and on the last camping trip it remained cold for 3/4 days which is a great result. Well done Colman a great product once again.
Die Box stand dabei im Vorraum des Zeltes und hat auch gut Sonne abbekommen. Alles ohne Probleme verkraftet, ich war echt berrascht wie gut die Box die Temperatur gehalten hat. Weil der Kunststoff aber durch die Wrme flexibler wurde, konnte ich den Anschlag der Klappe aus der Verankerung reissen. Liess sich leicht fixen und hat der Khlung nicht geschadet.
Mein Khlung bestand aus Khlakkus, mit frischen Eiswrfeln als Nachschub wre das Ergebnis wohl noch besser ausgefallen. Ich wrde die Box wieder kaufe
I bought this for camping. We went away for 3 days in some really warm weather. I kept it in the boot of my car and the leftover food was still cold when we got home and the ice packs we used (from Gousto meals) still had some ice in them.
Well impressed!
I also thought it could serve as a separate seat but I wouldn’t recommend this as it didn’t feel sturdy enough.
In short – perfect for a weekend away!
The box works for my purpose, shopping frozen goods and getting them home before they defrost
I have a few ice packs that I place in the box for an hour before I use it and the box stays cool
I have one issue – very difficult to open because the closure is stiff and there is very little to grip to get the lid open. I struggle, so the wife hasn’t a chance

Didn’t actually get to use this product as it had to be returned as it was too big for our use. That said if you need a chill box this big, it’s sturdy, it can be handled by one person with a struggle but better with two. Can’t say how fresh it kept stuff but plenty deep enough to stand up a 4 pint bottle of milk. Then lots of room for food and cool blocks. A weekend getaway of food for 4 would fit in easy.
I must say the frozen food remained frozen until I defrosted it four days later!!
I am well impressed, and on one occasion I even took ice cubes and they were frozen until used two days later.
It also doubles as a table, a seat or somewhere to put your glass.

Have used it so far for one trip of 6 days and was very pleased. The cooler is large and needs a lot of ice packs or bags of ice to get it cold initially – if you can load up at home and have some frozen food (sausages, pre-prepped chili, Spag bol, etc.) in that helps. Once chilled it maintains temp well. We used about 10 no-brand freeze packs initially when we left home, then moved to a bag of ice or topping up with four or so ice packs from the campsite each day when they thawed. This kept the temp inside the box cool and we had no problems with food spoiling, including milk/ meat. Butter was also firm so a good indicator of the ambient temp. We had put the majority of the blocks on the bottom so that the food stood on a raised platform. This meant that we could use the bag of ice and allow the cold water to remain in the bottom of the box without soaking food. Some sort of plastic rack or using food storage boxes on the bottom would work in a similar way. Draining water when needed is easy via the valve at the end.
Negatives are that the only way to access the box is via the whole lid being opened and also that the lid needs a positive push down to close.
Build quality is good and the weight of the box alone is fine. I was OK lifting it by myself when full, but others may need two people. That said, it’s unlikely you would buy this box for solo trips.
Fits OK into the back of a SUV/ Estate, but you’d need to check the dimensions carefully for a normal saloon boot.
Last thing before setting off, we filled (and I do mean filled) the Coleman with all kinds of frozen solid goodness. Beware! Unless you’re a champion weight lifter you will need two people to lift this box when it’s full. For the first week of our camping trip we were using it as a freezer, with a separate smaller coolbox as a fridge with some thawing milk from the Coleman to keep it cool.
On about day six the curry started to thaw, and we’d created quite a bit of space in the box. I found a local shop happy to freeze as many bottles of milk as I could buy. So, seven more frozen 1 litre bottles of milk and about four bags of Tesco ice kept things cool for the second week. By this point the box was only a 25% full, so the thawing process was a little quicker. The box became both fridge and freezer on week two, colder things nearer the bottom. If the cold water in the bottom got too much it was easy to drain it out using the bung. It was kept in the van with the windows open an inch – cooler than the tent.
General thoughts on the box – seems well enough made, although not bomb/idiot proof. The handles are fine for lifting the box when full. There are useful can holders and (for some reason) a measuring stick as part of the plastic box lid. The hinges are of the scored plastic type and the lid has a small lip to keep it in place. Maybe these parts will wear with age, but seemed OK to me.
