Le miniature sono di buona qualit ed abbastanza robuste, totalmente in plastica. Possono, all’occorrenza, anche essere riciclate per altri giochi che richiedano miniature di 28mm.
Il regolamento molto snello e non presenta difficolt. Con questa scatola gi possibile scontrarsi 1vs1 con i pezzi a disposizione.
Nonostante, per variet ed elaborazione del gioco, consigliabile acquistare altre truppe, questo set autosufficiente e consente di giocare immediatamente.
I’ve always been a big fan of warhammer like miniature games, so I want to try ASOIAF out. The starter set is simple enough for you to get famailiar with how to start a compaign in this board game. You can easily build your own army with just a few expansion packs and a resonable price. The models are just amazing and well-made. I always enjoy spedning timing on painting those miniatures. Great work!

This game has taken over my spare time, and I love every minute of it! This starter set gives you the models and game pieces for you and a friend to start playing and obsessing too. True, the Starks and Lannisters are far from the best armies in the game, but for this price, you get two full armies, which is an incredible bargain.

Fantastiche miniature e buona componentistica
Now I have to spend $20 on the 2021 card pack for the night’s watch. THANKFULLY, this starter set was less than $70 with my discount so in total this set plus the 2021 card pack still runs cheaper than almost all the other starter sets alone. Those are probably outdated as well.
Just make sure you check the production dates on these because 2021 version is the latest. Otherwise, everything in the box is nice quality and I’m excited to play my first game! Had to remove 1 star for two broken unit models right out of the gate. I was able to just superglue them at my local TTG store, so that’s nice.
Il gioco complessivamente veramente valido. Regolamento agile per essere un wargame, ottimizzato per essere imparato in fretta e far fare partite spedite e senza tempi morti. Le carte riescono a moltiplicare scelte e dinamiche senza appesantire il regolamento base. Nonostante l’agilit del regolamento non manca assolutamente la profondit tattica, anzi. Questa unit in particolare – in questo momento – luglio 2022, forte per la sua fazione. Tank potenzialmente inamovibile per ruoli difensivi. I modelli sono un po’ superati a livello qualitativo ma niente di pessimo, assolutamente dignitosi.
A miniaturas so muito bem feitas, nico ponto negativo foi que veio uma miniatura com a mo quebrada, nada que no d pra colar, mas certamente foi culpa de alguma etapa de transporte, porque a caixa chegou meio amassada, nada que atrapalhe no jogo em si

Um timo produto para comear a jogar com os Targaryen. Vem com miniaturas bem detalhadas, que transmitem bem o sentimento do jogo. Recomendo.
Overall the thing came in one of those Amazon paper mailers and looks like somebody curb stomped it. But the natural internal packaging kept any of the important contents from getting damaged. Submitted a few photos so you can check it out yourself. Overall a solid purchase but I’m knocking a star off for the packaging.
The figures have dynamic poses, look cool and are in keeping with the World of Game of Thrones.
These guys remind me of Robin Hood and so I have painted them like the TV series circa 1986.
Anyway this is my first expansion from the basic Stark set and I am happy with them.
These figures are nice. I’m looking forward to getting them painted! The detail is good, and I appreciate the ASoIaF lore on display.
Would recommend to anyone who already is familiar with the hobby, or as a companion to other models if you’re looking to get started.
PS if you’re like me and always on the look out for models to use in DnD or other tabletop games… they’re a little big compared to the usual size, but with some trimming of the bases I’m sure the difference would be minimized.
Package arrived in good condition. Greatly enjoying the product so far! If you are interested in tabletop miniature games, this is a great, not too complex way to start! Plus, you can technically use this box as a standalone if you want to do smaller battles of Stannis vs. Reply. Beware though: you will want to go out and buy more! These sculpts are cool and the game is great fun.
Based on my thoughts on the “Starter Set”, I’ve already invested in multiple add-on sets for both the Lannisters and the Starks, but I’ve also invested in the Baratheon Starter set (and some extras) to have a third army to bring to the tabletop. Some interesting sets seem to be on their way as well, and the Free Folk already look to be pretty extensive in the offerings available to game with.
Interestingly enough, this game is not carried by two of my local hobby shops. Given how hard it has been to find certain sets (even online), I’ve spoken to the owners of each shop, and I’m hopeful they might carry the game and start hosting events to play against others.
Highly recommended for tabletop/miniature wargaming enthusiasts.
Great quality, ASOIAF series of minis is really a pleasure to paint. I’m not playing the game but using them for my tabletop role playing games and all the players love them!
These guys are very strong and hit on 3+ with 8 dice. You gotta watch out for their moral (get Mance!) because it is 7+.
If you get the Free Folk Heroes then you can turn these guys into The Bonelord’s Chosen because it comes with that card. Then your moral is 5+, which is pretty awesome.
All the pieces came intact and the box was perfect. Can’t complain!
Bought this from Toystreet Ltd. Package arrived in good condition, a minor issue with a Dothraki Outrider arm missing (miniature G7). I don’t really know if these kinds of errors are common or not, for now I am 2 for 2, with my Stark vs Lannister starter set missing a movement tray. Anyway, hopefully this minor inconvenience will be resolved one way or another, will see. Fire and Blood!
amazing figures really top notch quality – as they should be considering you only get 4 and a half models!
Everyhing is in perfect condition, the only thing missing from the package is one infantry movement tray (there were 6 instead of 7). The miniatures are amazing, especially The Mountain. Thank you, and let me know how/what I can do regarding the missing tray. Still, 5 stars, well worth it.

I don’t do ‘gaming’ and I bought this box for the figures – I enjoy painting them. I certainly wasnt disappointed. Minimal clean up, interesting and varied poses and very well detailed casting. I cant fault them as figures but I cant comment on the ‘game’ as a product.
Outstanding quality on the models. The box itself is chunky but everything compresses down into this box and of a ln incredible quality.
The game itself is great and a really good miniature game. This gives you a team worth 32 points so upgrade with one or two units to make a medium 40 credit team size. Make sure to install the app to play along.
The free folk starter is a great place to start if you’re not interested in the petty squabbles of the Southerners. Do yourself a favor and get 2 starters. With one you can field 36 points (standard is 40, small is 30, large is 50) but it’s not going to be the most effective army. It comes with everything you need to play a game. 2 raiders, one trapper, 2 giants. In addition to 4 attachment/ncu options.
Practically, you’ll likely enjoy running 2 sets of (2) raiders with 2 trappers. Your bread and butter will be rushing ahead with Giants, surrounding with raiders, while harassing with trappers.
I played a few games at 30 points with this starter, and while it’s good to get a feel for the free folk, you’ll likely have more success with 2 sets. I can’t wait for future expansions!
Got these for my boyfriends birthday. Exactly what he wanted!
Beautiful designs and durable but easy to clean up the plastic material used. This though is the only reason I could not give a 5-star rating. One minature was headless but the head was located in the lower part of the packaging. I started out in Warhammer so a easy fix when I get to it. There are gaps of varying size in head/neck meeting point in several infantry models another small fix.
*The Game
I can see the 8th Edition WH Fantasy inspiration and I like it. This set comes with high quality essentials for setting up a board or just a mat for play in minutes. The cards can make it a little clutter especially since play is a constant back and forth with intrigue play buffs. Almost like playing two games at once. The 5 game choices I think are a good start, but I do hope future expansions offer new game styles. Certainly if units from Essos ( Unsullied!), Roberts Rebellion ( Prince Rhaegar/ Young Lord Robert), and or The Others are introduced in the future.
This gives you a complete starter army, the rules and markers, dice, etc required to play, or, it gives someone who already has the original starter set (Stark/Lanister) another faction. I backed the original on Kickstarter so have the Stark/Lanister/Bolton factions but the extra set of rules, dice and various markers comes in very handy.
