The feed pipes came separate and had to be installed, no room to get a spanner of any sort in the deep recess so had to trust that hand tight was enough, luckily no leaks. Had to remove the adaptor from the drinking water feed pipe to get the seal and washer over the pipe ends but easy enough to refit. I really liked the securing nut design, tightened hand tight then used the two screws to finish off.
value for money. Good quality product with a nice finish.
The connector for the filtered water allows for a 6.35m pipe which is not a direct fit to the Brita P1000 pipe which has an 8mm pipe. Please note that you will need to get pipe reducers or a connector similar to Brita P100 for seamless integration.
Iwas replacing a 10 year old tap that constantly leaked ,my partner had difficulty turning a traditional tap fully off.The crea 3 way tap is beautiful, easy to use and was a joy to fit, I did it my self, 73 year old female!!
After years with an expensive Brita filter tap and repairing it twice I was totally fed up with it but also not going to spend silly money on an overpriced new one, so after much thought I went for this one.
The plus side is the price and the quality, easy to fit and works well, plus it looks nice.
On the minus side is the flow drops as the supplied pipes are smaller than UK normal size, not a big deal as we have very high pressure, also it only comes with a 1/4″ connector for the filter, so I bought a 1/2″ BSP 3/8″ push fit to get the flow up on the filter, cheap and easy to find but buy good quality!!!
Not sure how long it will last but anything over a couple of years and I will be happy, after-all it is about a 1/4 of the price of the Brita ones that they discontinue after a couple of years and then do not stock spare parts!!!
PS; It is easy to fit as well, far better than the horseshoe type fitting.
This tap looks really good and was really easy to fit (a more clever undersink fitting than the tap we replaced).
It does not come with a filter kit, but you can find any on Amazon for less than 20
The flow of water is really good, the filtered water comes with less pressure than the normal tap, but this is normal and due to the filter kit (smaller pipe and has to go through filtering process).
We were looking at a Britta one but we are glad we bought this one instead as it saved us money!
This is a first class unit the fitting will be easy ( not fitted yet as we are having new kitchen units fitted and new sink, the company that is suppling the new sink & units wanted 280. For the same sort of tapes so great value for money
I purchased this tap for my mum, with an under sink filter system. The tap was very easy to fit as it seemed to be standard size. It came with hoses and size adjusters to connect to the thicker 22mm copper pipe.
The only downside, is that due to the longer smaller pipes, we have noticed a drop in water pressure for the hot water. No major issue, and it was never the best anyway, but it has had a further affect.
I bought it for the colour and the filter. Happy with the tap as it looks lovely but the pressure is something for us to get used to. Very slow to fill a kettle of filtered water. Used doulton filter which works well. It is nice that it doesn’t splash everywhere though!
Excellent good quality product. Easy to fit and great to use. Good water flow. If purchasing for abroad like myself you need to buy a longer drinking water pipe as the one included is too short and our fixtures are slightly different.
Really pleased with this tap. It has the usual hot and cold then a separate outlet for the filtered water. Of course you need to have a filtered water system in place to join it up to the tap. It looks good in stainless steel.
Not a compulsive reviewer yet pleased with this item.
Pros- easy to fit, good price, quality item, good flow rates, really pleased with additional connections including filter. Also happy with different coloured tails for taps.
Cons- instructions not the best, it may be just me but i ended up dismantling parts due to the wrong sequence.
General, very happy with this item, highly recommended.
Easy to install despite the instructions been useless. Great design and colour and easy to use.
Main reason for this buy was it had a separate filtered water connection.
it is well made and very good value for the money
Easy to fit, all connections good to make. Fitted in conjunction with charcoal filter, all together a good package!

Good d quality taps for the price. Probably best budget Taos I’ve ever fitted.

All ok but the red and blue tube are swapped so you have to reinstall the tubes, using the blue for hot water! Argh!!

Taps are nice and light but stay in position well which may be a plus for people with physical disabilities.
