Monitors are fantastic but I didn’t see anywhere in the description that they only come with an EU plug, so had to shell out more money to buy UK adaptors.

No issues so far with this monitor (I’ve had it for a couple months now). It’s quite good if you’re looking for a sustainable monitor. I can also guarantee that this is a great purchase for gamers that need a high refresh rate and a wide colour range monitor. The resolution is also suitable for 1440p gamers but I currently play on 1080p. I will note though that the buttons on the back tend to confuse me slightly but I don’t think that’s a big issue, I do recommend you get this monitor though as it’s packed with many settings/features to help tailor your experience to how you intend on using this monitor.

I had a frustrating experience with a monitor from Iiyama that stopped working. I needed a replacement to connect my gaming PC, PS5, Work Laptop and Switch and I found this Dell. It’s my favourite monitor I ever owned.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWhen HDR is off, the picture is incredible. Colours & brightness are spot on, quick response times & the Picture in Picture function is handy (albeit rarely used).

HDR is great on PC, as you can manually adjust the brightness from the desktop. However if you are buying for a PS5/Series X you cannot control the brightness functions (its greyed out) and the console settings don’t change this either. Picture is very dark when using them.

Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a Non-HDR monitor that is crisp, colourful & bright. I’m very happy with it with HDR turned off.

I bought this gaming TV to use along with my ps5. I can tell the difference from my standard tv to this tv and wow what value for money. Well worth what you pay. I highly recommend it, very easy to set up too.

Good screen – solid, and sturdy on the desk. Clear pictures – good resolution.
One annoying point – on switch & light is underneath the bottom bezel – very hard to locate, and you cannot see the light – unless you are on your knees! I often forget to turn screen off – because I cannot see that the light is on!

4K is here at last in the 23rd year of the 21st century. Pin sharp and being 32″ allows the smaller fonts to be perfectly legible to people like myself with far from 20-20 eyesight. So far I have no problems.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGot this 4K monitor to enhance my gaming with the RTX 4090.
Excellent 4K quality with vivid colours from the screen.
Took very little time setting up and did not have to alter colour settings.
Some monitors using 3840 x 2160 have to change the sizing of text etc to 150%, but this monitor auto does this.
The only thing i found slightly disappointing with the monitor, is that if you dont switch it on before powering on your pc, the screen displaystext etc at 100%, but if you switch monitor on before powering on pc, it will auto to 150% which is better.
The other thing i noticed compared to my old 2560 x 1440 2K monitor is that when switching on the monitor it will show screen then go blank for 1 second then come back on.
This is to do with the monitor registering that it is a gaming monitor and will also display that you are using either display port or hdmi.
The buttons on the rear seem pointless except for the main thumb which you use to adjust settings. Other buttons are for presets but not need them in reality

Sorry for my first comment. The monitor is working well and my appologies. Its my fault on not trying it first and connecting in the computer and changing the settings. I just rely on the 60 hz wriiten in the box. I requested for a refund and it was approved, but I decided to keep it. My sincerely appology.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersAt the time of purchase this was the cheapest 32″ 4K 144Hz monitor available. The display comes in a solid chassis and my panel had good uniformity with no dead or stuck pixels. Has decent connectivity but is lacking some features such as USB-C, KVM, and BFI that can be found on more expensive displays.

Colour accuracy is excellent however it does have typical IPS foibles such as IPS glow, grey-ish blacks, low contrast and mediocre HDR; all of which are a limitation of the technology rather than a fault with this monitor. For my mixed use it’s fine but if you’re using it mostly for gaming or media consumption then I would consider spending more and going OLED.

Overall, it’s a good monitor for the money but be prepared to accept some shortcomings.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIts good for gaming, but its also pretty good for work. For the first time in my life I didn’t need to create a custom profile of settings to get the I want to see. It was perfect out of the box.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe monitor was delivered two days before expected and in excellent condition. There was an HDMI cable and a Display Port cable in the box along with a European type power cable but this did not have an adapter supplied. No problem if you have spare cables or an adapter, but disappointing if you don’t. There is a single sheet of paper as an “instruction manual” which is not very clever and that’s it. The stand is not height adjustable but I expected that at this price. The problem that I did have with this monitor was getting the power cable to connect properly, it didn’t want to go fully in and as a result I thought that I had a faulty unit. However after several attempts, either something moved or the third cable I tried did work and the monitor finally turned on. I suspect that this is a one off.
I have to say that before then, I had contacted Amazon Customer Service and had the worst experience that I have ever had and that is one of the reasons I decided it was easier to keep the monitor than to argue with the “Advisor”. This monitor was supplied by Amazon but sold by one of their partners.
I have left the monitor on its’ supplied settings at the minute, running at 144Hz and am very pleased with the screen quality, text and photos look great. The next job is to run some high graphics games. Providing the monitor lasts longer than the warranty, I will be well pleased with it.

Perfect monitor for 1440p gaming. Super fast response time and 0 ghosting.

The only 2 issues I have… the build quality is not great, very flimsy flexible plastic and the HDR is terrble uses a weird backlighting method that makes the image flicker.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have the G3223Q, the 32″ 4K version. It’s astonishing for the price. I really need 4K for the work I do, and I wanted HDR600 or better because I am sometime working in a brightly lit room. I also wanted high refresh rate and FreeSync/GSync, for the occasional gaming that I do. I was struggling to find something that achieved all those goals at once. But then Dell landed this model and it’s perfect!

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersPreface: This particular model is MUCH MORE expensive on Amazon than elsewhere. It’s 819 on Amazon.co.uk at the time of writing this review, I can find it for 659 on Dell Business & Very.

Overall, this Monitor is fabulous to look at. The 4K, 144Hz display is incredible to game on and I’m happy with it for my gaming. For content creation purposes, I can appreciate the extra screen real estate as the monitor really benefits from 125% scaling on Windows. More analysis below:

Out-The-Box colour calibration is acceptable but the display’s contrast ratio is too low – blacks appear more grey. For HDR users: It has a decent peak brightness but the blacks are just too grey for me to call the HDR satisfactory – look for another product.

The monitor settings are intuitive to navigate and I’m able to remap 3 of the monitor’s buttons – I set mine to quickly switch between input sources and toggle Picture-In-Picture (PiP) mode on/off. PiP can display 2 inputs at once (e.g. a PS5 on HDMI and a PC on DisplayPort) which I was excited to try but this locks the monitor to 60Hz which was disappointing. You can arrange how PiP displays the 2 inputs (corner, side-by-side, etc.).

The monitor settings also boasts a “Response Time” setting (Fast/Super Fast/Extreme) BUT increasing it past the lowest setting (Fast) results in horrific ghosting which was unacceptable.

P.S: Amazon initially sent me a faulty monitor. I observed it had already been opened when it was delivered to me as there was no tape sealing it from being opened. The panel would not display anything – not even the monitor’s settings (input source, brightness/contrast, etc.) or “NO SIGNAL” windows. I contacted Amazon support and the next day UPS picked up the faulty monitor and a replacement was delivered. Happy to say this new one works swimmingly – just please be be observant when you receive yours to ensure that it’s TRULY “new” and not an already opened product. I have not factored this incident into my review as these things can happen and it was dealt with perfectly.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI pondered which monitor to buy for a long while, because there are so many makes/types/sizes etc. and the choice is a bit overwhelming.
Because I play games in a dimly lit room, I decided a VA screen was the best choice and in order to make it worth upgrading from my 16:10 format 24″ Dell I had used for the last 8-9 years, the size had to be around 32″ 16:9 ratio.
I finally decided on the Dell S3222DGM which has a 31.5″ diagonal and a 1.8m radius curved screen. I was a bit dubious about the curve but having seen some examples in a shop, I went ahead.
The monitor itself has nice narrow edges at the sides and top and is quite heavy and seemingly well constructed and finished.
Oddly, the buttons to alter characteristics etc. on on the RHS rear which is inconvenient and not ergonomically good, but after initial setup, they don’t have to be accessed often so I didn’t mark it down for that or for the slightly wobbly stand.
Tilt and height can be adjusted but not swivel.
Once I’d realised I hadn’t inserted the DP cable properly which resulted in a black screen, it works very well indeed giving a bright and high contrast picture which is superb especially since I can now run my favourite games at 2560×1440 resolution (2P).
Refresh rate is fast enough to not be noticable and the overall picture quality is stunning albeit with the brightness turned down significantly in my darkish room, and the curve is actually better than a flat screes at this size.
I would 100% recommend this monitor despite the very minor ergonomic issues and the score of 5 is justified. Excellent.
