Apparently somebody old the buy a new one and return the old on in its box and get your money back. The Avata I received wasn’t wrapped, the safety seal was broken and it showed signs of being flown into things and the entire thing was dusty like it had been sitting on a shelf. All of the packaging on the charger and replacement props were ripped open and the USB cord was missing entirely. Not sure how this got through the return department and sent back out as a new item. When I went to send it back for a replacement the only option it gave me was a full refund. I talked to a customer service representative through the chat and they told me they’d sent out my replacement and sent me the return shipping label to my e-mail. After waiting an hour and still not receiving the e-mail or seeing the replacement order in my orders I contacted support again to discover the first agent never actually put in for my replacement. Luckily the second agent was much more helpful. They had to get it approved by their supervisor but was able to process my replacement and I received a new wrapped Avata the next day.
The drone itself is awesome. I bought some bumper guards to go over the plastic and an aluminum gimbal protector to go on the front. I’ve been flying it around the house zipping around corners. Already hit a few things and crashed a few times but the drone hasn’t taken any damage with the add-ons I put on it. Great indoor drone. Much more fun to fly indoors than my DJI FPV. You can be more bold with it knowing that the propellers won’t end up hitting the walls and send the drone crashing. If you bump something hard enough it will still probably crash though. This will my go-to drone for indoor filming and filming in wooded areas with lots of trees.

Consiglio l’acquisto per chi necessita di un drone per riprese indoor oppure in piccoli spazi all’aperto. Tutta la qualit Dji e divertentissimo nel pilotaggio.
Avendo gi il DJI FPV ho preso solo il drone usato come nuovo a 500
lo sto usando principalmente con il Remote controller e sono molto soddisfatto sia della stabilit in volo sia della durata delle batterie
si riescono a fare passaggi che con l’FPV erano impossibili
La qualit del video e della stabilizzazione con Gyroflow impressionante
Anche il rumore non indifferente
devo ammettere che dji ha fatto veramente un gran bel lavoro, questo il mio primo drone e nonostante fossi un principiante ho trovato veramente facile far volare il drone in modalit SPORT o NORMALE, in modalit manuale consiglio vivamente l’acquisto di un simulatore perch si potrebbero fare dei danni non molto economici dato l’elevato costo del drone.

The Avata is the drone I have been waiting for I’m not very technically minded so building my own FPV is out of the question. I love the Avata and do not regret buying neither will you.
Al principio me parecio muy ruidoso e inestable perola verdad, despues de usarlo varias veces le fui tomando la mano y es GENIAL, el modo Horizonsteady hace magia, muy buena compra (soy operador certicicado de drones, por si sirve de algo mi experiencia)

Menos loco que DJI fpv lgicamente pues es un cinewhoop y no un dron de “carreras” pero an as super divertido, la cmara de DJI fpv era buena pero en el avata la han mejorado drsticamente aadiendo soporte color 10bit y estabilizacin rocksteady 2.0 y horizontsteady, en resumen una pasada de dron dudo que alguien se arrepienta de esta compra.
nico inconveniente que le veo es la baja tolerancia al viento (por parte es lgico) y la ranura para la SD o puerto USB C difcil acceso, por lo dems le doy un 10
Un drone fpv che per iniziare ti da molta sicurezza, stabile ma soprattutto fa delle ottime riprese.
Consiglio vivamente questo prodotto, sia per principianti che per pro.
The only draw back is the noise. Compared to other DJI drones this is very noisy. The USB port is in an awkward position. Love i
