This is a well made mini hub. It has a metal housing so should hold up well to being thrown into a laptop / tech bag. I tested it with a Surface Studio laptop and a Fold 4 with Dex. The latter would be my choice of use case for a little hub like this. I found it worked great. It only has one video out so that might be a limiting factor for use with a laptop. Recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars A nice little USB C Hub - great for Dex

This dongle is a complete portable solution for having an all in one adapter/splitter. I have tested it with my WIn Laptop and I was instantly able to connect it with two monitors and ethernet LAN. It worked immediately with no issues at all. Also, you don’t need to install any win driver, just plug in and enjoy it. It is made by a solid metal and it seems really robust. Happy with it.

Connectivity reached a new level of convenience. This hub, small and discreet, became the center of my workspace, linking devices and screens with an almost invisible efficiency. The flow of data was swift, mirroring the pace at which ideas developed and projects came to life. It was a silent, reliable core in the digital web of daily tasks.

This unit is really well-specced and likely has everything you might want from a USB C hub.

The HDMI out supports the full 4k60hz assuming your device has DP mode on the usb-c port – so it works on my Mac Mini but not my Asus laptop.

The ethernet port works well, would be nice if it were 2.5gb but understandable it isn’t. Three 10gb and two 5gb USB ports is generous and gives plenty of room for future expansion. The card reader is nice to have too, although rare that I bother to get out the camera nowadays!

The only limitation is in power – as per spec it can’t charge the laptop it is plugged into, I don’t have such a laptop but I tried it on my phone and couldn’t get it to charge via the hub. I do fear that if you plugged in several high power devices this hub will eventually give up, although that presumably depends on how much power your laptop/computer can supply on the source port.

It does get a bit warm in use, but not to a worrying degree. All told I’m happy with it and can recommend.

Well made dongle. I’ve been looking for a while to replace the two separate ones I had to use for screen, usb as well as Ethernet when visiting some offices that struggle with wifi coverage in their buildings. This one has all of it covered in one device which is great. Looks good too which is always a bonus! At 26 I’d have loved to see a braided cable instead though. Still a good product but it would push it this much further in my eyes and price would be easier to justify.

    USB-C HDMI Muti Adapter
This adapter covers most needs for different ports including USB-A, USB-C, MicroSD & SD and HDMI. All except HDMI have been tested and work as specified using flash drives and micro/SD coards. This is a very slim and compact adapter, lightweight and very portable. Copying files to and from USB3 flash drives is much quicker using this adapter. The tests were done on my Chromebook and all ports tested worked fine. I am looking forward to using this on a regular basis.

This Selore USB C Hub 9-in-1, with the right USB-C socket supporting at least data and display – allows a device to drive a second monitor via an HDMI socket at 4K@30Hz.

The Selore USB-C Adapter offers a helpful range of additional ports with good current specifications at a competitive price.

There are two card reading slots, SD and TF, which I can use simultaneously, which is notable.

Next to this is the HDMI socket, then two USB-C 10Gbps data ports.

There is a RJ45 standard Ethernet connection up to 1 Gigabit.

On the other side of the hub are two USB-A 3.0 sockets, correctly coloured blue, and one USB-A 3.1 Gen 2 port, correctly coloured orange, which has a theoretical 10Gpbs speed.

There isn’t a PD pass-through port for charging; this may be an issue for some users.

In conclusion, this hub delivers a good range of ports in a compact, usual grey alloy case, and on first impressions, this appears to be a well-made device and is for 10Gbps USB ports, good value at 19.99, the asking price at the time of writing.

When I’m working from home I plug my laptop into a docking station which connects to the USB C port on my laptop and provides two video outputs, several USB ports and an ethernet port.
When I’m travelling on business the limited selection of ports on my laptop computer make life difficult.
This adapter solves the problem. It connects to the USB port on my laptop and provides two USB A 3.0 ports, one USB A 3,1 port, two USB C 3.1 ports, an ethernet port, an HDMI port with 4K resolution plus card readers for SD and micro SD cards.
It’s small and lightweight but seems well made with a metal case.
The plastic covered cable to connect to the computer has a metal plug and is fairly thick meaning that it’s not very flexible. It’s 24cm long which I think is a bit short. I would have preferred it to have a USB C socket on the case rather than a fixed cable so that I could use a longer cable.
Apart from that last irritation, which isn’t bad enough to remove a star, it works well, seems robust and provides all of the connections I need when I’m out and about.

This little USB c hub strikes a nice balance between giving you UHS-I card readers, ethernet and a mix of Type-C and Type-A ports alongside HDMI output.

Standard aluminum cladded shell with plastic injection molded ends.

The cable however is somewhat lacking with no silicone strain relief on both ends so will eventually break from continuous twisting.

If this had UHS-II two card readers, and proper silicone strain relief on the cable ends this would get 5 stars as a daily driver for the MacBook.

Enjoy a full-play performance with a stable network speed.

The Selor & S-Global 4-in-1 USB-C ethernet hub is equipped with an ethernet port, 2 USB-A 3.1, and a USB-C 3.1. It has universal compatibility that works with all devices configured with a USB-C port. It includes Macbook Air/MacBook Pro 2023/2022/2021/2020/2019/2018, iMac/iMac Pro, Google Chromebook Pixel, Surface, Samsung Galaxy, Dell XPS, HP, iPad Pro 2022, etc.

Moreover, this adapter is an upgraded USB-C hub that supports up to 10Gbps data transfer speed. The network may be fully exploited by a USB C Ethernet adapter which guarantees consistent network speed so that you can play online games, browse the internet, stream HD video online, upload files, and do other things more smoothly. With a 1000M ethernet connector and backward compatibility with 100Mbps/10Mbps RJ45 LAN, the USB C Hub to Ethernet Adapter offers fast and reliable access to the internet. Note that this USB 3.1 hub is designed solely for data transfer synchronization and not charging.

In addition, it only weighs 50 grams and has a slim design that is perfect for business, travel, and personal use. I also like the solid housing made from aluminium because of its quicker heat dissipation feature. It is easy to set up, just plug it in to enjoy a faster transfer of large files and HD movies in seconds, upload and download, and more.

Overall, a great value product to increase your gaming experience and work efficiency.

I got this for one specific function. Namely to sit in one particular location behind the TV, where I have one of those signal sending things (name escapes me!) which has an ethernet cable capability. So I got this just to sit there, so that if I do need to use the cable I don’t have to search around for an adapter to make it work. For that use it is handy.Have to say though that this has pretty limited capabilities. There are only a couple of slots. Think if I wanted this to take around with me, I’d probably choose one that has more capabilities.

    Works though.

This is a really simple USB-C to Ethernet adapter.

In addition to the Ethernet port, which supports Gigabit speeds and was a trivial plug-and-play job with my Mac Mini, you get a USB-C port to enable daisy-chaining and two USB-A ports which work at USB 3.0 speeds.

The whole package is neat, with a dark grey metal housing and a short captive USB-C lead.

Recent iMacs, for instance, do not have any wired networking capability – this box is an easy way of adding it. It’s slightly pricey, but recommended otherwise.

If you use a work laptop you’ll know how few usb ports they have and i can’t remember the last time i saw a network port.

This is easy to use just plug and play via usb c. This then gives you 1 usb c, 2 x usb, 1 x ethernet port.

I used this with keyboard, mouse, media drive and network cable. It was fast and stable with no lag or drop in connection. I like that the ethernet port also has status LEDs to make diagnostics easy.

Slightly unusual hub, as it doesn’t have HDMI, but does provide wired ethernet.
    Hub has
    – ethernet
    – 2 USB 3.1
    – USB-C data

Great where you don’t need power pass through or monitor but do want some extra high speed USB ports and ethernet.

Hub is very compact (12cm long, 2.3cm wide, 1.5cm deep) & lightweight (55g), has a longer (28cm) than usual USB-C connection for your device.

My second Selore&S-Global hub of the day, the previous being the same size but just having 4 x USB-C ports. This compact USB-C hub is an ideal travel companion. It is really light and isn’t going to take up any space in a bag. Build quality looks to be pretty decent, with the all-aluminium casing.

I gave it a run with a relatively new Windows 11 laptop, together with two external NVMe drives, both in 10Gbps enclosures

On the faster on the two drive, which was connected via the USB-C port, I was getting around 950-965MB/s read/write speeds. On the slower drive, although still fast, it was around 580MB/s Read & 940MB/s Write. I tried that a few times and got similar results. The max theoretical speeds of the ports being 1250MB/s. The hub was connected to the Thunderbolt 4 port on the laptop.

Obviously, internet speeds are going to vary, but I was getting around 460Mbps download and 40Mbps upload. My broadband can run up to 1.2G.

I did also try it with my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus and the connectivity was fine. Although it would only work with one of the drives and the ethernet cable connected. This is most probably down to the capability of the tablet, more than the hub.

At the time of rewriting this was 265.99, but there was an additional 5 off by way of a tick-box voucher on the product page, taking the price down to 21.99.

I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.

I am using this primarily on my 2020 MacBook Air, as it only includes USB-C ports, and is unable to connect to standard USB 2.0 devices without an adapter like this. It plugs in to one of the USB-C ports, and once approved for use within MacOS it immediately works. It is quite a slim device, which is means it can slot in alongside a MacBook or other laptop in a carry case, or just fits neatly into a case pocket.

It has a relatively long cable, which I’m not sure is necessary considering that it’s used mainly for connecting USB devices, but I suppose it does give you a bit of extra cable reach if you’re connecting it to powered drives or anything else where this may be helpful.

The ports are also USB 3.1 spec, which has incredibly fast read/write speeds, and is fully backwards compatible with USB 2.0 and older drives. Overall, it feels lightweight but solid, and works exactly as you’d expect.

This adapter comes in handy for me while working from home to extend the ports of my laptop.

It has an RJ-45 port, which is capable of 1000Mbps, which is good if your WiFi signal isn’t the best.

There’s also two USB-A and a USB-C port, which has transfer speeds up to 10Gbps, which is ideal for work.

It’s housed in a metal case, which feels strong and durable, so I’d expect it to stand up to a knock or two.

All in all, it’s a decent adapter, but lacking in the amount of ports it has.

This dock also has the advantage of ethernet, HDMI AND DisplayPort (which is handy for many Dell products aimed at Business / Home Office Products ).

The video shows exactly what you get and my initial impressions of build quality as well as a quick overview of the ports, so I won’t go into all that here. Instead, I’ll go into what I consider most important: the transfer speeds and the port functionality. Full testing methodology included below for your information, but really, the summary is all you need to know.

Summary: Very, very decent build quality and excellent flexibility. Three USB 3.0 ports give good 5Gbps speeds and the Micro SD card reader is of good quality – always a sign that decent internal components have been used. This hub is capable of outputting video to an external display, although you should remember that the USB C port on your computer or device must be able to display video over USB C to use the display features (not all USB C ports do). Equally importantly – if you’re wanting to extend your desktop over multiple monitors, please be aware that you can ONLY do this on Windows – Mac will clone one display to multiple monitors (i.e. each monitor showing exactly the same thing) using this hub but not extend the desktop. Windows will allow the desktop to be extended over multiple monitors (i.e. different things on each monitor).

    Pros & Cons:
+ Good/expected: No real discernable drop in performance for the USB 3 Type A, Micro SD and Power Delivery ports compared to plugging in to the computer directly.
+ Good/expected: DP and HDMI ports worked without issue.
    – Bad/disappointing: None.

    —————————————–
    Testing methodology:
    – USB 3 type A:
    Control – 10 GBps SSD enclosure containing 3300 MB/s NVMe SSD plugged directly into a USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps) Type A socket on the test PC (CrystalDiskMark benchmark 464.20 MB/s);
Test – Same drive plugged into the USB 3 type A port on this hub.
    – Micro SD:
    Control – 128GB Lexar V30 Micro SD plugged into Transcend USB 3.1 reader (CrystalDiskMark benchmark 95.08 MB/s);
Test – Same card plugged into the SD slot on this hub.
    – DisplayPort: Tested via connection to AOC 1440p monitor using known good DP cable
    – HDMI: Tested (display and audio) via connection to Samsung monitor and LG 4K TV using known good HDMI cable
    – Power Delivery:
    Control – Measured using inline Type C Power monitor connected to 96W charger delivering power directly to a Samsung 21 FE phone;
Test – Same, but through this hub instead of directly.

    Results:
    – USB 3 Type A speed: 462.30 MB/s (1.9 MB/s slower than control)
    – Micro SD speed: 92.60 MB/s (2.48 MB/s slower than control)
    – DP out: OK
    – HDMI out: OK (including audio delivery over HDMI)
    – Power Delivery: 14.00 W (0.1 W less than control)

The “15-in-1 Dual Monitor USB-C Docking Station” from “Selore & S-Global” is a high-end and extremely good quality docking station for use with dual monitors and plug-in of various other computer equipment and devices.

I use dual monitors along with my laptop monitor permanently. It makes life that much easier when doing stuff on your laptop. I also like to keep everything simple, organised, and working at its best. These docking stations allow exactly that.

Set-up of the docking station was an absolute doddle. It’s basically plug-in and play.

Once set-up, there appears to be no loss of quality of image to either monitor. Furthermore, all of the ports allow for optimal charging or high-performance integration with your laptop system or whatever you’re using the docking station for.

The construction of the docking station is absolutely spot on as well. Very robust and hard-wearing, should it suffer any accidental knocks or drops. Furthermore, it looks good on your desk, and allows for instant easy access to all different types of port.

I’ve been incredibly impressed with the docking station ever since I got it. Has provided me with everything I hoped it would. It helps me keep my various electrical devices and accessories easy to integrate with my set-up and has instant charging facilities for anything I want charging.

    Very highly recommended.

Incredibly easy to set-up and no loss in quality for either of my dual monitors...

I use a laptop for work and spend half my time in the home office, half the time “on the road”. When I get back to my home office, I wanted the convenience of plugging in one cable to connect to my mouse/keyboard, hard drive, ethernet and multi-screen setup. This is the perfect accessory to rule them all!

    What I liked:
With one USB-C cable, I can connect my laptop to all my peripherals
I can get another two screens than if I had just used my laptop ports (dock supports up to four if you switch off your laptop screen)
No flicker on the HDMI signals (based on two monitors)
    Well made, durable

    Things to note:
It will need its own power supply to work effectively; I’m powering a lot of peripherals, so used a 100w power supply
Check the compatibility of your USB-C (some older USB-C controllers are not compatible with the full power out / Video out / Data Transfer out) which will mean some of the ports won’t work

Overall a great piece of kit to simplify and extend the number of ports/possible monitors on a laptop (if your USB-C can handle it)

Firstly may I apologise for all the marks and scuffs, that’s on me, but this has been part of my get up from the day I got it, and I use it for a variety of things daily, drone footage editing, camera footage editing, it powers a further USB Hub to add more USB ports.
I have a multitude of devices I host from, and use a variety of screens, which unfortunately means I have a lot of thick heavy cables attached, hence all of the marks, I am constantly moving this about plugging and unplugging, but the point is, this is the device I turn to, to connect “my devices”, I can bang up 4k footage straight from drones to view and check, decide what I need and what I don’t, then transfer as needed.
Now I do have other host units that would do the “same(ish)” job as this, however they do not have all of the connectivity this does. I can set up, power, connect and view everything from just the one box, switch in & out external drives as needed, all while keeping the quality of audio & video as high as I need.
I personally use this in conjunction with drones(DJI) & my (APPLE) devices, which work fantastically well. I also use this on a variety of screens from the 12.9″ on my iPad Pro, to a 50″ screen, again, works great.
I’ve genuinely saved time and effort, messing around, since I’ve been using this.
    So my final thoughts on the “Docking Station Dual Monitor USB C Dock Quad Monitor Thunderbolt 3 Laptop Docking Station Dual HDMI with 10Gbps USB 3.1/USB C 2 HDMI DisplayPort VGA RJ45 100W PD SD/TF Video for Dell HP Surface”;

Quality. =Great (This has performed faultlessly from day one, despite my high demands from it)
Aesthetic. =Ok (I like the satin grey mixed with the darker “charcoal grey” of the top and bottom facias)
Utility. =Great (This has connected a myriad of devices for me, for a variety of functions)
Connectivity. =Brilliant (This has more than most by way of connections, and they work faultlessly)
Productivity. =Higher (For me personally, this has made it so much easier, thus quicker, by way of not only saving time by having permanent connections for a host of devices, but also by way of having high volume transmission capabilities. So I save time on set up, and actions)

Would I recommend the “Docking Station Dual Monitor USB C Dock Quad Monitor Thunderbolt 3 Laptop Docking Station Dual HDMI with 10Gbps USB 3.1/USB C 2 HDMI DisplayPort VGA RJ45 100W PD SD/TF Video for Dell HP Surface”?, without doubt “YES”

The built quality is good. It is quite small in size and lightweight so has great portability for easily carrying in the pocket or laptop bag. Equipped with several ports such as SD/TF card reader, HDMI, DP, USB-C and several standard USB 3.0. Since most of such ports are missing in modern laptops especially MacBook, it is a useful hub to own.

The performance is also impressive. I have tested the data transfer speed and did not experience in additional latency.

Arrived well-packaged as shown in the attached photos.
The price is slightly expensive in my opinion.

Overall, I am happy with the order and will recommend.

Ok, let me start by saying i have two of these, one to use on a MAC and the other on a Windows Machine. I use the ports for both power delivery and for display. I also have a few HDD running of both machines. This has so many Ports and display options ( but i note it doesn’t support 5K as it really only supports 4K). I have used all the ports out, USB, Networking, card controllers and even the sound. I have found no issue with them.. So as i said i have two of these and had no issues.

This dock is perfect if you are looking to have a multi-monitor setup.
I recently replaced my desktop PC with a laptop to allow me to more easily work from customer offices, on the road while travelling etc. This left me with multiple monitors and peripherals that I needed to be able to use when working at home.
Enter this dock – it has more than enough connection points for what I need, everything worked perfectly once connected.
The price might seem steep but I’ve spent more on USB-A docks in the past.
This is great if you’re needing all the ports it offers.

The docking station works really with thunderbolt 3, HDMI, display port & vga ports work perfectly with no flickering (unlike some others hubs & docks) & the lan port works like a dream.

I run my USB c webcam through it & use the display port and lan for streaming and it works better than expected.

SELORE USB C Docking Station, 9 in 1 Laptop Docking Station with Dual Monitor Ports (2 DP), HDMI, 3 USB 3.0 Ports, 1 SD & 1 Micro SD Card Readers and a USB C port for MacBook/Dell XPS/HP/Lenovo Think Pad Laptops and tablets etc.

A well made and substantial USB-C docking hub with 9 separate individual input ports. Measuring 13.00cm x 3.75 cm x 1.00 cm it has a little weight which will mean it won’t get lost or damaged in your bag.

It connects to a USB-C port with a good thick 25.00 cm cable. It has the following ports…on one side — 3 USB 3.0 ports, at the end an HDMI port and on the third side a USB-C port, an SD and a Micro SD Card reader slots and finally 2 Display Ports which will accommodate 2 monitors (3 if you include the HDMI slot).

This is versatile enough to connect your laptop to any number of peripherals depending on how you choose and ideal if you work at a number of places (like home and office) and want an easy connection that suits each location.

Definitely worth serious consideration if you are on the move. Currently priced at 43.99 it is not cheap so if you don’t need everything this offers, shop around as there are others that might fit you better. In my case it offered more than I needed and that might well apply to others so check what you need before jumping in. If you do need all the facilities it offers, it’s a good buy.

This type C USB hub is compact but very useful for the MacBook.

Featuring USB C Thunderbolt 3 to Dual displayport 4K@60HZ, 1*HDMI output, 3* USB A 3.0 Ports (speed up to 5Gbps), SD/TF card reader and USB C PD Charging connections it allows you to connect to most accessories. I like that it also has a USB type C port so you can charge your computer whilst this is connected. 3 x USB 3.0 ports deliver at the super speed of 5Gbps, a revolutionary advancement compared to USB 2.0 ports.

It is silver and it pretty much perfectly matches the colour of my MacBook.

When plugged in, I would recommend putting your computer on a flat surface since there would be a risk of damaging the type C connector if you caught it on your lap. This is due to it only having one point of connection, which will mean this is a real risk

So far I haven’t had any issues with a USB data stick.

I got this because of these quality controls: stable output, temperature protection, anti-over-current and anti-short-circuit; Certified by CE, FCC, RoHS

Overall, it is a small, portable and very useful device that has allowed me to connect a lot more to my MacBook.

USB C Docking Station Dual DisplayPort, 9 in 1 Laptop Docking Station Dual Monitor with 2 DP, HDMI, 100W PD, 3*USB 3.0, SD & TF Card Reader
    Dual Display Ports + HDMI

Nice heavyweight metal small and compact design.
Its a good standard Docking Station it has all the ports you will need.
Allows for 3 Monitors and Passthrough Charging and fast Data Transfer.
So there are a few ‘Bells & Whistles’ included in this Hub/Docking Station but do these Bells and Whistles justify a 50 price tag?

If you are going to be hooking up 3 monitors then maybe. If you’re not hooking up 3 monitors you can shop around for a device with the ports you ARE going to use cheaper than this product.

    Its Good, But its Specific

The USB-C hub is packed with an array of options. It is simple in design but well made with an aluminium case finished in graphite grey. I won’t go into what connections it supports as I have provided photos of its capability, so I shall focus on useability. It is easy to use! Just connect to your source, e.g. laptop and whatever else you want to connect. I can say that it works well. I guess the price reflects the resource needed to make a compact unit that is portable and powerful enough to accommodate most connections. I like this docking station as it delivers well.

We all know 15 in 1 is a sales gimmick. Let me tell you why…
1 is a near obsolete VGA port.
2 is a old fashioned also near obsolete SD/TF slot..
This makes it a 12 in 1 already and if we include compulsory USB ports… thats 5 more gone making this a 7 in 1 docking station really.

Regardless, the real main selling point is the fact you can have 2x 4k 60Hz and 1x 4k 30Hz screens running at the same time! (2 via HDMI and 1 via DisplayPort) its advertised as a Quad Monitor docking station but one has to be connected via VGA… limited to 1080p and being a near obsolete connection meaning this is only truly a Tri Monitor Docking Station. not to mention if one is limited to 30Hz… you can’t run 60Hz on all 3… in reality only Dual Monitor 4k 60Hz is possible…

Regardless, it does fast charge and is excellent quality. It is pricy compared to alternatives so please ensure you buy if you genuinely need the 3x monitor and extra USB ports.

Docking Station Dual Monitor USB C Dock Quad Monitor Thunderbolt 3 Laptop Docking Station Dual HDMI with 10Gbps
USB 3.1/USB C 2 HDMI DisplayPort VGA RJ45 100W PD SD/TF Video for Dell HP Surface

This docking station is a 15 in 1 USB-C type ports, it is well made, compact and
its slim design at 17cm x 8cm x 2.5cm makes it very portable, about the size of a mobile phone
    and about the same weight.

The photo above looks like there are two monitors, but to show all the ports this is the
view of each side of the unit.

Please Note : CHECK COMPATIBILITY BEFORE PURCHASE
When connecting an external device, charge your laptop {use a PD charger with more than 65W}.
Can only work properly if laptop’s USB C port supports data transfer, power delivery and video output.

Easy and quick to set up, heaps of ports, excellent little tool, works well I recommend.

As soon as you unpack it seems to be a well built product and sturdy. It’s a 15 in 1 docking Station which sufficient to satisfy general needs. It needs power to work and it comes with a USB C but not the socket. As other user commented while plugging monitor in HDMI port it sometimes flicker but not too frequently. Because 2 thunder ports require to power you only left with one spare which retricts it a bit. SD cards slots are bit slower and can be improved. I also prefer if it included more USB 3 instead of 1 or 2

The pictures of this item are misleading
This is a single piece of equipment but the misleading picture looks like it is two
The box the docking station comes is very useful as it shows the technical spec of all the portals.
It has three different levels of USB capability which are colour coded
I use two monitors so this is perfect with two monitor ports, but also the different spec of the USB portals is what sets this above the rest
In my pictures I have highlighted the different levels of Bbps speed
The cable the station comes with is essential for the powering of different levels of power going on it is mega thick is essential for the online powering of this device
This unit has many portals access, but I really can’t see anything missing this includes multiple SD card sizes
Has two HDMI ports for two monitors and a VGA port if you really needed it
Also to add it as a rubber base to ensure firm static base movement
Expensive at 99 but this really does give you everything you need from a docking station and high quality finish

    Excellent piece of ki

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersAfter watching countless YT reviews and scouring Amazon and eBay for reduced or used CalDigit or OWC items I came across this. With only 2 reviews at the time I was wondering if I should risk such an unknown item. I am pleased I did as so far so good.

Be aware this needs power to work, I use it with my 96W Apple Mac charger (via a 100W USB C charging cable, although it does come with a USB – C (possibly thunderbolt)

My only complaints are it only has one spare thunderbolt port, the other two are for power and to run to the host laptop. It would have been far more useful if it had 2 additional thunderbolt ports. It does however have 5 USB A connectors (3.1, 3.0 and 2.0).
I also found the MicroSD and SD cart slots to be quite slow, instead preferring to use an adapter via the USB A 3.0 ports instead as were faster.
Finally when using the HDMI 1 port to run a 60hz monitor the screen would flicker intermitently, when using HDMI 2 port (limited to 30hz) it was fine, although let’s be honest no one would choose to run at 30hz when their monitor can run double that. I am planning to try a Display port cable to see if this works better.
Due to the above dropped 1 star off the rating, otherwise would be perfect (ignoring the odd inclusion of a vga port, why not give us a couple of extra thunderbolts instead?!)

Overall a good product at a decent price (I benefitted from a money off voucher at checkout) that is well built, and does the job.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersI was putting together a home office setup for a family member who wanted a large, comfortable screen with a keyboard and mouse setup for desk use. They had a decent laptop with a USB-C/Thunderbolt output on it so this was ideal.

I can confirm that the DisplayPort output on this device can comfortably drive a 1440p screen at 120 Hz, which is a handy way to get around the 60 Hz limitations of older HDMI ports.

It has USB-C power pass through, so you can use your laptop’s USB-C power to run it, then power the laptop from the dock (it draws about 10 to 13W itself when running).

It’s a very nifty little docking station.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersExcellent and very pleased it connects 3 screens immediately. Only criticism and it is really slight, is the length of power cable into the laptop. It is only 23cm including connectors and so it’s difficult to move it too far away from the laptop to conceal all the cables into it. Very minor issue though and doesn’t stop at all the quality of the performance – thank you

Everything works well eg usb ports and monitor connection but you may want to know that if you plan on using two monitors it will only be able to do both of them at 60hz, if you have one in, it will be able to push it to 144hz but having two in at the same time will limit at 60hz, just something I wish I knew before buying, but other than that it’s pretty good
