    What a waste of money.
We had an electric tile cutter, that we used to do the tiling in the kitchen it only had a 450 motor and it wasnt to great with thicker floor tiles…so we decided to get a larger motor ..so also bigger moter more money. Well what a waste this tile cutting machine works just!! Although it says its for floor tiles. Had to buy a new blade for it; as were 1/2 way through couldnt wait on the manufacturer. Because the one that come was warped…i would only recoment thos machine for cutting lighter thinner tiles. My old 450 tile i got from B&Q works and cuts these tiles a bit slower but does a better job .

I just used the cutter for the first time 10 minutes ago. The blade is horrible and my tile is all chipped. Reading the reviews before buying it I saw it was regularly mentioned and nearly automatically bought another blade then thought I would try it first. The work is now postponed until I get the new blade I just ordered.

Good little machine for the price, horrible blade

For the 45 I paid for this its incredible value for money, even allowing for the essential upgrade to a more expensive cutting disc. Cut my 8mm and 10mm hard porcelain tiles in record time with a nice tidy line, obviously not going to match the edging of a proper table saw but those are many times more expensive.

Only cons is that it very wet in use so has to be used outside and that it does not come with a push stick, which is essential for any table saw

Does what it is supposed to do, cuts tiles well.

Saw this on YouTube in the top 10 tile cutters. The price doesn’t give it justice. Use outside though.

Better than its replacement. Still got to hassle with the level bar but seams to cope with my abuse

I use wet bed cutters regularly and this one performs very well and is excellent value at the price. Decent amount of power. The tray is very easy to top up. The disc is very well shrouded. Nice and compact but also very sturdy.

I’m using it to cut not only tiles but also 25mm thick stones and it does it perfectly! Just watch the feeding speed to make sure the blade doesn’t overheat. I used to cut stones with huge bridge saws and I’m impressed with what this small device can do. Defo value for the money!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersWhile this is not really for stone cutting it works. No it won’t cut big stone. But cuts small stone to shape before polishing. Just remember top up water and switch off to let it cool down. I have cut many stones so far and still on same blade.

Found easy to use, although with the bigger tiles it would be an advantage to have a table extension to accommodate 60cm x30cm Tiles. Found one for another model but not sure it would be compatible

This is a great item and good for small DIY jobs. The only issue Ive had is that the fixings for the bar that keeps the line straight are quite poor. Other than that, I’d say the item is good with a 7/10 rating. Will use and will recommend if its for a DIY job.

overall this item is good value for money did wot it said on the can, downside for bigger tiles the guide has to be removed, all in all i was satisfied with the item.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersTop up water reservoir after every cut and wash blade and reservoir. If cutting a large tile make a small cut at the end before making the big cut to avoid the end of the tile breaking off. Remove blade guard in order to cut wide tiles as the blade guard stops you making the full width cut. This might sound complicated but it is not – just take care and be steady. Wear goggles and do the cutting outside or wear a wetsuit!

Great product for the money. This cutter done all cuts I needed; straight, angles and awkward notching. I borrowed a score&break type and all I did was waste tiles on it. Couldn’t go wrong with the circular cutter. The only fault I found is with the clamp. It took a bit of time unscrewing it and tightening it. The clamp is also a bit flimsy but overall the rest of the product is sturdy and strong.

Very good value for money and made light work of cutting 11mm porcelain tiles. Uses a lot of water and soaks the user. The protective guard is a little flimsy and has to be secured inline with the blade which is hard to do as it doesn’t have screw holes but opened sided holes. Also the cutter had to be secured via screws to a table.

No issue with power plug or start button as others have commented on. Made quick, clean cuts. It does fling quite a bit of water about and the fence could be a lot better, it needs a lot of tightening to clamp into place. All in all a good product at a reasonable price bit by no means a professional tool.
