To flimsy plumber would not install the door said the pivet on the folding door bottom was not robust enough and he would was not having his name put to an installation which would probably collapse in a couple of weeks. We had to purchase another door consequently the elegant one went to the rubbish tip
Bought this for the shower room in our shepherd’s hut after reading reviews here. As some have remarked, the printed assembly instructions are a bit vague, but when they’re combined with the video, everything becomes clear. After watching the video a couple of times, it took me around four hours from opening the package to screwing the assmbled door to the wall and silicone-sealing it. It looks great, and at just over a hundred quid, it offers fantastic value for money.
My workman had a lot of trouble fitting this and had to make quite a lot of adjustments as it says there is
an allowance of 40ml, I think they should this clearer.
Yes a bit of head scratching reading the instructions, but got going and built it in half hour, fitting was ok yes some of the screwheads are a bit week , but you can see that , but fitted it snaps shut nicely looks really good and for the price definitely would get another one
This bifold door was very good value and looks very smart. It was a bit tricky to preassemble some of the parts, but the online video was very useful. The suppler Elegant Showers were brilliant at replacing a seal that I damaged so that’s really good service too.
If you manage to install this without swearing repeatedly, well done. The video instructions are certainly better than the useless paper copy but even that is hard to follow as you have no idea which way round the camera is faced..top or bottom, inside or outside. Also the guy doesnt talk! Do use the paper instruction to work out which way to install the seals, I think it is wrong on the video. It will likely take you all day to install but… looks great in the end.
You need to use the instructions and the you tube video for the best results when you construct this! The instructions look much more complicated than they actually are. Once it is installed and sealed it looks great.
For the money this is great. Took a bit of working out to assemble but the YouTube video is really helpful – using the paper instructions alone is not good. The company service is great too – has one piece not machined correctly and they quickly sent another. Reconvened
Thank you and your company for outstanding service. It was my mistake in ordering the wrong size, none the less you dispatched a replacement quickly and have been more than fair about the full refund. As for the door itself, it is easy to assemble, well made and faultless in operation.

Great value for money and considering the price very well built. A little hard to follow the printed instructions but with the help of the video I had it built within an hour. Only downside is the aluminium seems to mark easily but that’s it.
