I purchased this after my neighbour in the apartment below had a serious fire. I’ve been considering buying one for over a year but following the fire I didn’t hesitate. I live on the 3rd floor so this ladder is an absolute must. High quality product and compact for storage. Once purchased I’d recommend you remove the bracket plastic bag and familiarise yourself with the bracket assembly and store without the plastic over the bracket.
Decent purchase. Seems sturdy enough. Does not recommend full opening so can’t do a “dry run” so there is perhaps an element of doubt. Seems reliable though.
New house new fire ladder
Safety come first
10 out 10 with order and delivery.
Had a go with it out of the upstairs window. It was heavier than I expected but still managed. It seems sturdy enough that you’d be able to climb down.
Happy with the product, looks sturdy. Not actually open the product and tested it yet. Can’t be asked to pack it away. Hopefully we should never have to use it.
Purchased as added insurance in case of fire for children in top floor. Item is light and easy enough for them to use. Have done a practice drill and its worked flawlessly and is easy to store as well.
Tried out at upstairs window. Very sturdy and strong. Holds 16st weight. Runners metal. Easy to use and fold away. Excellent quality. Bought in case of emergency. Would recommend.
Had my loft converted, I bought this for peace of mind, if ever the inevitable happened. Fingers crossed I’ll NEVER need it.
Small delivery hold up but excellent customer service and good product, would recomend
People shouldn’t ignore importance of escape from fire if you have 2,3 floors building.
Great product. Easy to use. Easy to assemble. Just buy. Trust me. I sleep with confidence in my bedroom on third floor.
Seem to be good quality. Haven’t used but reassuring to have.
Seems sturdy enough, fit well over sill, hope I’ll never need to try it out!
hankfully have not had to use,but have peace of mind.
Excellent for my son who lives in a third floor apartment.
It looks the business & seems sturdy enough but tbh you wouldn’t use it until you actually need it, so wouldn’t know it it was up to the job or not! I have bought one for each of my kids that live in houses with more than one story. Hoping they won’t ever need to find out if it works
This is a great quality product, hopefully never need to use it but it gives great peace of mind to know it’s there !
Although tbh I’ll never know unless we have a house fire but in principle seems a much better solution than tying bed sheets together under pressure
Ladder folds down into a nice compact box, but really easy to assemble, the hooks just told out .
We bought this for our daughter who has just moved into a second floor flat. We have one at our home and thankfully have never needed to use same but on the better safe than sorry premise she now has one too
