We didn’t installed it yet but was a good value when we purchased it.
I like that is a tall tap and you van wash underneath big pots as well.
There are two functions the water can come our.
Looks like is a well made tap.
Was easy to fit and looks great, my only gripe is the button for the stream/spray function as it’s very easy to flick the spray on, and gets water spraying everywhere. If it was a bit more tight would be 5 stars
Going on from my last review that the tap switch wasn’t working so I got no water flow, I have to admit that customer service has been spot on trying to get me a replacement they have been so prompt and very professional, so if you do have a problem just contact the supplier and they will be able to sort it out as soon as possible.
I specifically chose this due to the silver braided hose. Mine has a black hose which I didn’t want. Had to have it fitted on the day as the sink had to be taken out by fitter who was booked in. Very disappointing. Also the hot water flow with a gravity fed system is painfully slow.
Would of sent back for refund if I could of.

Customer services contacted me regarding the above and were absolutely spot on hence adding some stars. Gives confidence in purchasing from this company in the future.
Easiest fitting tech I’ve ever seen! Wish all taps came with this! If they had a longer version with a bigger hose I would replace this instantly! Well worth the money!
Installation instructions are not great, how do I tell the difference between 2 pieces of rubber, 1 of which is a gasket and the other an o-ring?
The supplied pipes were tied in a way that they deformed, had to massage it back to a round shape.
Other than that it works great and is about half the price of what you would pay for one from a brick and mortar store.
The flow rate is noticeably lower than my previous tap, but since I have high water pressure it actually helps a bit to prevent splashing.
Very pleased with this purchase. Looks good and easy to fit (by my son) . Love the dual spray and flexi tube. Time will tell if it lasts well. Excellent value
Our old swivel tap was coming to the end of its life and saw this during Amazon Prime Day. There was a cracking deal on it, so had to get it.
Instructions were a little confusing on which o ring and bracket went where but once i started putting it together it all came together.
Brilliant tap, makes it easier to washup and rinse dishes.
No issues so far.
Useful swivel function which helps us clean the sink.
As the tap is connected to the sink with rubber washers it will turn if you twist and pull at the bottom with some force but realistically you should never have to do that as the top swivel part turns freely.
This is very nicely presented and seems high quality with all required fittings. I particularly like the robustness of the fitting ring for securing the tap (vs. the usual screw and nut arrangement). The tap works well and looks great. Very pleased.
I got this during the prime days and I know I had a bargain. This tap is quality and very sturdy. It was really easy to install as we already had a mixer tap.
I like how the top part moves and you can fix the nozzle. It makes rinsing the dishes effortless.

You won’t regret this purchase and I would recommend.
The button that switches from 1 mode of water flow to another is very sensitive and I found the tap to be a little on the short side for me. I guess these taps come in various lengths and I would have preferred one a little longer.
You can keep the tap secured in its holster while you turn it in any direction or use the tap free style like a hose. This is so helpful when wanting to rinse the sink or wash bigger plates or pots/pans.
Good material and easy to clean. Well worth the purchase.
The old one was horrible and needed a new tap. This is the one. It was replaced and installed by a plumber (a friend), it seems very straightforward and easy for him to do so in 15-20 mins. Looks at the video and you want to what and how I mean. Started to use it straight after installed, absolutely spot on. It’s fine so far (3 days now).
Purchased for our utility room. Would not say it’s easy to install but i guess it really depends on your sink and the piping underneath. We had to get our plumber out and he had no problems, we had to remove sink to get to the pipe work. Obvs not the items fault but they way our sink had been fitted originally. It’s look amazing and we are super happy with the affect and its performance.
Works well, quick to install and looks great.
I have given 4 stars for 2 reasons:
1) It is a bit low then expected, but thats more to personal preference
2) The button to change from shower spray to linear spray works well but very sensitive and you dont get to know which setting you are on.
Overall, recommended and great value for price

Decent tap for the money, arrived yesterday and fitted in 10 minutes. Looks the part. No leakages so far. One thing though, I ordered stainless steel and I’m struggling to see where the stainless steel actually is, is it the connectors because the nozzle itself does feel like cheap plastic which won’t let. You do get a nice tight seal to the basin though. Note as well it does sit a bit low into the sink.
Would have preferred the spray to be on all the time, it is a minor complaint but perfectly acceptable it looks very stylish

Looks great, definitely value for money – extremely happy with this purchase
But it could be more robust. The instructions are terrible and too small to see the diagrams.
However now it is installed which with a bit of common sense wasn’t too bad, it is fabulous. It looks really good and is working exactly as hoped. Just wish it was slightly more sturdy.
