This camera was easy to install. The picture is great, much better resolution than previous cameras i have.
The app is easy to use and i like the auto tracking feature. Sd card stores loads of footage and loop recording is great.
I would recommend this camera to anyone and will likely get another.
I have installed two of these cameras, one in the front garden and one for the rear. They do require a mains connection, so be sure to site near power and ensure a strong WiFi connection before drilling holes through your external wall! Other than that it’s all a breeze. The app is great and the cameras connected straight away.
I’m very happy with the image quality both day and night. I’d definitely recommend.
Used this to monitor a large area and it does the job well. Added 16gb memory card to be able to review footage. Had a dropping connection issue which was dealt with promptly by means of a firmware upgrade
I bought this camera about 12 months ago but didn’t fit it until a few days ago a following an attempted break-in, the camera worked perfectly except for the image was upside down in the frame, I emailed GNCC support, the next day I got an email from them telling me to go to settings and told me what to in an instant problem solved brilliant. This wasn’t the dearest camera on offer but it is well worth the money I paid to have such a great customer support professional polite and very helpful 5stars all the way

Bought this camera but was sceptical about the quality for the amazing price.. How wrong I was!!! The camera is excellent and has a great picture quality and range. I took out the osiao subscription for cloud storage and it is very good. I will be buying more from this company in the near future. I would and have recommended to my friends and colleagues..
The motion tracking is really good and the night vision is great. I was so pleased I ordered and installed another. I’ve used other WIFI camera but the iPhone App, setup and quality of these cameras is very impressive and far suppresses my expectation.

Very good products from this brand at a reasonable price. The camera has good night vision and I receive alerts of any movement detected on the areas that I can’t view. I installed on this area to specifically to keep watch of my well pump since I lost a well pump in 2021. I can sleep in peace without worry that intruders will jump over my perimeter wall.

Set up the camera easily, had a slight issue and contacted customer support. They were so helpful and I managed to fix the issue the next day and haven’t had a problem since!! Highly recommend, good picture quality, wide view and value for money !!
I have 4 of these cameras 2 outside ,2 inside all working great . Makesure you switch your router from 5ghz to 2.4ghz before you install if your router is set at 5ghz then switch it back once installed .
The night vision is amazing and tracks movement soon as movement is found camera can spot light it and also follow if wanted amazing camera for the money and customer service is top notch if you have any questions

The picture quality is great, it moves OK. I can’t have notifications on for this because even when the sensitivity is turned right down and faced at the front door it still goes off every time a car goes past.
Good value. Picture quality good enough to recognise someone at the door. Registration plates can be read up to 15 feet. Cheap to run at 1-2 watts.
This is accurate to what I wanted and this is good for me to know that my car is safe from vandalism and any one trying to claim on your insurance and a piece of mind keeping you home and family safe when your away
This does exactly what it is expected to do. Great clear pictures, easy to set up and operate. Moves left, right, up and down in a very wide sweeping area. I can see right down my road with this. Highly recommend camera.
This camera might seem cheap but it is as good as the expensive one I have on the front of my house it does every thing that it has apart from hd which I can’t seem to find on it.

However it come with a USB cable.
Nobody yet from an average house household has an outdoor USB socket. So will cost extra to get sorted.
Tip: scan code to find app on AppStore. So easy to set up it’s crazy. I just screwed into my window frame top 2 screws and ready to go. Was up and running in 20 mins add 10 more on coz had to write down Wi-Fi password and move furniture to install on frame.
My first impression was poor mainly because it came with a fixed short USB lead. I had to drill a large hole to pass the lead through the wall & was limited to where I could position it. The swivel motion from the app also seems to have intermittent limited movement.
On the plus side the picture quality and night vision is very good. I also like the fact it floodlights the area when you approach. (Ideal by the front door) The motion detection where the camera follows your movement is also very good. I don’t have this feature on my more expensive cameras.
I’m not sure of the future reliability but apart from the problem with the lead I would say it’s a good camera for the money.
After sale customer care was also excellent. They replied promptly to queries, and showed genuine concern to get my (perceived) problem sorted!

Had a recording problem after about 6 months trouble free use, but customer service (Elijah) sorted it out after one e-mail. Excellent service!

NOT WITH THIS CAMERA – YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN CLOUD OR INSTALL YOUR OWN MICRO SD CARD FOR VIDEO FILES WHICH ARE STORED AS 5 MINUTE CLIPS IN MP4, TIME STAMPED AND DATED SO YOU CAN EASILY TRANSFER TO YOUR MAC/PC AND SCROLL THROUGH FOOTAGE IN REAL TIME RATHER THAN STREAMING (THIS CAN BE TEDIOUS WITH A POOR INTERNET CONNECTION).
VIEWING FOOTAGE WHETHER AT HOME OR ANOTHER COUNTRY FROM YOUR SMART DEVICE IS EASY AND THE APP ALLOWS MULTIPLE CAMERAS OF THE SAME BRAND/DIFFERENT MODELS.
THE PTZ ROTATING MECHANISM SEEMS ROBUST 8 MONTHS IN. IMAGE QUALITY IS GOOD WITH THE OPTIONS OF NIGHT TIME INFRARED OR COLOUR NIGHT MODE UTILISING THE BUILT IN LED AND COMES WITH CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS, ALL RELEVANT MOUNTINGS, SCREWS AND POWER PLUG.
IF YOU’RE MOUNTING IT OUTSIDE AND YOUR MAINS SUPPLY IS FAR AWAY, THE CABLE COULD BE DEEMED A BIT SHORT BUT I’M SURE THERE ARE WAYS OF EXTENDING THE CABLE. THE CABLE IS ‘HARDWIRED’ INTO THE DEVICE SO BEAR THIS IN MIND IF POWER RANGE IS AN ISSUE.

FINALLY THE FREE APP THAT IS INCLUDED: YOU CAN OPEN APP WITHOUT BEING SHOWERED WITH ADVERTISING BEFORE YOU CAN USE ANY OF ITS FEATURES. HOPEFULLY IT’LL STAY THIS WAY!..

Initial pairing of the camera with the app can be a little frustrating but follow the instructions correctly and then all is well.
I would recommend this camera to anyone.
It also doesn’t rotate on the app on a certain axis.
That being said, the picture quality is great and if you get it set correctly when positioning, the negatives are minor.
Excellent product, easy to install, East to access on mobile. There is a few seconds delay from camera to mobile , a little lag at times, very clear picture, was able to view property while out so Excellent and cheap system if your wanting to up your security, I bought my son one as well.. definitely recommend

Got to fair I’ve had a few cctv units and this is hands down best value for money. So many different settings (patrol/ frequent viewing, motion detection(you can set a certain area) motion tracking( if triggered will follow)
Great quality pictures and works brilliantly on my phone app while away. I have paid over 150 before but got this one for less the 30. What a bargain. The camera was producing cctv images within 15m of plugging it into the mains. Highly recommended.
Update, had a few glitches with the app, but support is fantastic. I contacted them via email and had a great experience with them and with a new update sorted my issue.
