I’m not the most savvy person with kitchen appliances but it’s to easy to use for everyone in my family. It’s also a gorgeous microwave and has a chic exterior & interior. Regardless of your kitchen aesthetic I’m certain it will compliment most kitchens. As for longevity ive only had it for a month but im sure it will last me well with good maintenance.

    Amazing Microwave and grill!!!

Looks super stylish with the mirror design and very easy to clean.

If you’re a cleanaholic or have OCD it can be a pain due to the mirror design 😀

All in all, super happy with the price and quality of this product.

The Hisense 700W Digital Solo Microwave has been a fantastic addition to my kitchen! It’s compact yet powerful, with the 20-litre capacity being perfect for small to medium-sized meals. The 800W grill feature is a nice bonus, allowing me to grill food quickly without needing to use my oven.

The 9 auto-cook menus are super convenient, making it easy to prepare a variety of dishes with minimal effort. I’ve also found the automatic defrost function to be very efficient—it evenly defrosts food without partially cooking it. The clock and timer features are straightforward, and the easy-clean interior saves me time after use.

Overall, this microwave offers excellent performance for both cooking and grilling, and the sleek black design looks great in my kitchen. Highly recommended if you want a reliable, multi-functional microwave!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLooks nice works well, easy to use.
It is a bit lightweight so does move slide backwards a bit when sometimes opening the door . Tend to put my hand on top.
Buttons easy to see, good basic functions.

This microwave is a great value for the price. It’s compact, but it still has all the features I need. The heating is even. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I’m getting used to using the oven but found it a bit primitive to begin with. I didn’t realise when I purchased it there was no clock I like a clock on the microwave. But as I say I have got used to it now and it works well does what I want it for so yes happy with it. Delivery was prompt and delivery man carried it into the kitchen so that was a bonus.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIt looks very nice from the outside, o do not like the black colour in the inside, it makes cleaning more difficult as stains are hidden.
I cannot understand why the microwave inside measures are not available even the manufacturer website.
I have taken pictures to sort our this issue.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good quality.

I bought this to replace my Kenwood which had rusted quite badly. The main thing I liked about the Kenwood was the quick start feature, where you can press, say, the number 2 on the pad and it will immediately start cooking on full power for 2 mins. Most other microwaves I looked at didn’t have this very handy feature – you tend to have to press several buttons, turn a dial first, or maybe set the power level each time, or it’s only for 30 secs. So this requirement pretty much narrowed it down to a few Hisense products. (I think Kenwood still do one but it’s too small). I also like the memory function which remembers two settings if you regularly microwave something for a time that isn’t a whole number, and it’s big enough for a large plate or a packet of rice.

    There are some minus points
    – The build quality seems a bit poor, as it rattles when opening/closing the door
    – The grill is not very good
    – It gets quite wet on the insides due to steam. Not sure if this is just something I’m more observant of since my last one probably rusted due to not wiping away the steam, so I keep a cloth nearby to wipe the insides. Depends what you’re cooking, it’s not every time.

However given the quick start feature I mentioned, I would still buy this again.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersMy wife ordered this on my account. She is very pleased with microwave/grill. Looks very smart and not complicated to use. Came very well packaged, so no damage. Digital with a 12hr clock, so easy to use. Love this make & model-900W(recommend this company, have bought a number of appliances from them) is bigger & better than previous one (different make.) Never had a combi microwave and grill before, wife loves it. Is very good quality and quite heavy, but quite quiet with a loudish ping when finished cooking. You get a grill stand with it, she has used grill to make cheese on toast, cooked very well (made toast in toaster 1st,then put all on grill stand into microwave, set grill on) need to time it for 3-5min to how you like melted cheese. Also use to bake potatoes and heat dinner plates. Wife said she will be doing more in this one. Would recommend.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersA good sized solo 900watts microwave that looks expensive. Plus It doesn’t take up a lot of worktop space. It isn’t noisy. It has more air vents than our previous one, so just needs a wipe inside after cooking. The control panel is easy to navigate. The inner light is bright enough. As other reviews have mentioned it did slip on pulling the door open, a small layer of silicone under the feet resolved this issue. Jacket potatoes cooked well. Would recommend.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI like a microwave with a grill but never used the convection function of my old combo, which was a monster and took up too much space. This is a neat little thing with the smallest footprint I could find in terms of depth. It’s only 700W so everything takes a bit longer, but it works perfectly well. The grill is fine. Defrost is reasonably accurate, but you have to keep an eye on it. All very easy to understand. I haven’t tried any of the auto settings, but the instructions for them are simple. It’s not as noisy as my old one, but I wouldn’t say it’s all that quiet. Mine sits in a dark corner and the mirror silver adds a bit of light but the digital pad, being white on silver, is hard to see.

Thought I’d take a chance with a make im not familiar with. So pleased I did. Its very neat, sits in the corner. Without being obtrusive. Defrost is easy to use and doesn’t over heat items. Only downside for me is, I have square plates, which are too large to turn on the turntable.
All in all the very happy with i

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI ordered this on Prime Day to replace my broken one and thought being Prime I would get it within a few days at most, unfortunately it was a week later that it was delivered. Whilst checking for delivery updates I could see that the stock levels had gone down and that if I cancelled the order and re-ordered it I would get it sooner and was so worried that I wouldn’t get mine however I was assured by Amazon customer service that the item had been reserved for me and would be delivered on the day I was given, I was given the option to cancel the order and re-order BUT the price had gone up so there was no sense in doing that. I was convinced it wouldn’t arrive on the scheduled delivery day but I’m happy to say it did.
Now to the microwave itself – it looks good, it is tall enough inside that microwave rice packets stand up properly without falling over. It is easy to use however the touch buttons are not very responsive, I have got used to them but my daughter has trouble using them. It is easy to clean.
All in all I am happy with the microwave

I thought good deal for price, considering grill in microwave.

Disappointed picture of microwave suggests unit is silver! What a shock when opening box! However, it’s very black. Mirrored door has slight silver colour.

Unit looks quite high tech, again good value considering cost, but overall black!

    Seems easy to use.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe only problem with this microwave is the condensation buildup inside. The ventilation is not the best. I have to clean under the turn table every time I put something in that has liquid in it, not from spills, just condensation.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI have very specific requirements for a microwave, and on paper this met them all. It’s a good size, and I can set the time down to the one-second level. (I hate knobs and dials on a microwave.) Unfortunately, it has two problems. (1) Its feet are slippery, which means I had to hold it still to open/close the door, and even to push the buttons on the control panel. So I bought a non-slip mat to go under it, which works well but effectively added 12 to the cost. (2) The controls require more pressure than a touch screen should, and the Start button is especially fiddly. (3) The numbers on the number pad could be larger and more visually prominent. But all in all, I think it’s good value for money.

I heats very fast. The grill function is not at all clear, but it works.
You can not cook pizza in it – at least we haven’t managed that trick yet, just pressing the pizza button is not all there is to it.
One mug of a drink is heated well at drink level 1, level 2 may boil it if it’s already a bit warm.
The first appliance we got rattled badly, the replacement is quite quiet running.
    Good purchase. Poor instructions.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersVery happy with my new microwave, really easy to use, nice size, makes my old one look like it’s for a dolls house haha, light not very bright but doesn’t bother me, it comes with plastic over the button’s that you have to peel off, I had to ask about this as I wasn’t sure but 2 lovely people answered my question and said yes, peel it off lol, I thought it was poorly made at first but I was very glad that’s all it was, so overall I’m very happy, glad I purchased i

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersA Simple attractive and uncomplicated Microwave .

You can quick start it as each button represents a time if you are in a hurry
    ie 1 = 1 min etc
    Start button is 30secs .

So 2 :30 mins can be activated by pressing 2 (mins )and then immediately start (30secs) and so on .
Reheat your coffee in 30 secs by just pressing start.

It has the usual controls you would hope for .
It is a little light so it moved as I was heavy handed when I first pressed it . But I easily adapted to it and It has been easy to clea

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersHad to replace old Microwave (Swan) as the internal coating was peeling, I must have had it 8 years, I have a Hisense American type Fridge Freezer which I purchased 2 years ago and I’m very pleased with the quality of it, so thought why not buy their products again, I’m so pleased I did, its of good quality, light weight and much quieter than my old microwave, “The popcorn programme is great” also the defrost is really good too, I tend to use the weight of what I’m defrosting this is really accurate, much better than my old one and defrosts in less time, eh “Energy saving” its so easy to use once you’ve got your head around the different programmes. Yes, I would recommend

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersBought a new microwave as my last one of 15 years started to rust in the joints. After looking around and comparing many microwaves, I chose the Hisence H23 as it had everything I needed in a microwave at a reasonable price. It is digital, so you can cook from as little as 1 second to a couple of hours if required. Easy to navigate control panel assisted by preprogrammed cooking times. Very quiet in use and can see clearly what is cooking so you can stop it quickly if something is boiling over. Very pleased with it so far but like everything these days, time will tell. At this moment I would not hesitate to recommend this microwave.
