I received this laptop yesterday and really being amazed by its smart appearance, especially it’s full aluminium body finishing which looks really hard, good quality and durable. Apart from it’s smart look, I was also impressed by its ultra-portable 1.84kg light weight, which was the most thin and light model when comparing with the others with at least 2.2kg or more in weight looked dull and bulky. Another good reference for me will be it’s 144Hz refresh rate and the extra high 87.3% screen to body ratio, both are good for me to do powerpoint, edit photos, watch videos and play online games. Also, It’s screen has anti-blue light ray function protecting my eyes’ health which is one of the best considerations for me to choose this laptop.
After installing the OS, I set up its finger print sensor power button. I found it very fast, sensitive and accurate. Then, I watched 2 Netflix flims for the whole afternoon roughly taking about 3.5 hours, but I found that the battery level was still in a high level without dropping much. I also tried its fast charging function which took about 30 minutes to top-up 50% more battery life. I had experienced fast charging from my mobile phones but had never experienced such wonderful fast charging experience in any previous laptops. One final sharing will be that if you press Fn+P, a high performance mode will be activated to speed up the overall performance by 43% just like turning to a sport mode of your car to speed up your car when you need. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy a 16.1″ thin and light laptop.
