I’m 6ft tall and bulky as built. XL i ordered and perfect fit.not tight or too loose, just enough space to move around and do my exercises. The material feels durable and definitely will last long. Definitely recommend.

I bought this suit for my husband and he seem to really like it. It fits perfectly and it’s very comfortable.
Bought XL , glad I did as large would of been too tight, the hood is a bit big so I’ll use a sweat band around my head for tonight’s session, did one hour walk on a treadmill and lost 1.8 lb, I know it’s only water but it feels good!

What can I say it does the job. Put your suit on start your workout & a steady drip if sweat will follow. The more intense your workout it will be like you’ve left the tap running Good value

Perfect fit I’m normally a medium and was perfect. Feels like the tropics wearing this definitely not for the faint hearted. I did half hour run 2 miles and left a puddle on the floor when I took it off.
I liked the design, though the size is a bit small compared to the same size UK format. Besides that, helps you sweating a lot during the workout, it’s permeable which is good during the rainy season and a good price.

Great material definitely makes you sweat whilst putting in the hardwork, easy and quick to wash by hand, only thing i would recommend if you are buying is go up by 2 sizes as i am 6ft 4 and normally a large but had to order XXL and it fit perfectly. Other than the size ranges being abit of the product is definitely worth it.
I’ve had various other sweat tops and none even come close to how good this one it. Its so durable and well made. It’s taken an absolute beating over the past months and still could pass as brand new.
Just make sure to dry it fully between uses – and wash it frequently in water with bicarb in and if possible lay it inside out in the sunshine to help stop and nasty smells from making an appearance.
Perfect, fit as I expected, went for jogging 1 miles and got sweat even in rainy day my body got so sweat. I recommend people to try is hot suits. Cool designed
Be careful when choosing the size as the table in the description doesn’t correspond, I followed that table and ordered a 5XL for my husband and it was huge. Sent it back and ordered an XL and it is perfect.
Absolutely brilliant! It does what it says. Whether cycling or running or just general exercise within minutes one can noticed the difference and the amount of sweat dripping. If one wants to shred off the fat faster this really helps.
As some of the other reviews have mentioned the sizing guide seems to be a bit inaccurate, I’m 5ft 6 146lb with 41 inch chest so its recommended a large size, but after checking out some vids on YouTube I decided on a medium which fit me well.
If your in XL territory or you have substantial mass in your traps, delts and back, you will need to probably size up.
I don’t have a particular muscular frame and a very minimal “V” going on, and I feel a comfortable snugness to my suit (which I like) without impinging my shoulders movement.
So far I have used it for multiple running and shadow boxing sessions, and as expected you get a great sweat on. Once finished I just turn inside out, shake off and hang up to dry.
Haven’t had to wash yet as it isn’t reeking yet (even though it’s pretty much been soaked in sweat for extended periods).
You can smell some sourness to it now, so when the time comes I’ll probably just hose it down in the garden.
Final points, as we are here looking at a sauna suit we probably know what we are getting into, but there seems to be some confusion on the use of it, specifically weight loss.
To clarify, you WILL lose weight after training with this (or even doing the dishes in it), BUT is only water weight which will be regained as soon as you re-hydrate.
Measuring your progress purely based on this is not a goodhealthy indication for realistic sustainable weight loss.
Long term weight loss is down to consistent diet and activity – I felt it needs to be said as I’ve been asked this a few times.
If your goal is purely long term sustainablehealthy weight loss, I really cannot recommend this as a purchase.
So I guess the 2 scenarios that I would recommend that people buy this suit for is:
1. Tool for making weight in some sport
2. Likes to sweat
I’m the latter as in the cold temperatures I find it hard to get my sweat on.
I used it for losing weight and I walked five mile this morning and for a short period I didn’t feel it was doing what it advertised but after a while I realised I was wrong and I could feel the sweat running down my arm and when I took off the sauna jacket my tee-shirt was soaking, it’s an excellent product and looks great, thank you
Unfortunately I do not fall under any of the sizes in the sizing guide as I am 5′ 8″ with a 48″ chest & weighing 250llbs so I looked at the manufacturers recommendation of using chest size & weight which suggested 5XL. Airing on the side of caution I ordered a 4XL & waited with excitement for next day delivery which as per usual with Amazon arrived on time. Out of the box & into the Hotsuit &…….I was wearing a TENT! It was MASSIVE!
I returned it the same day & ordered another one, XXL which came the next day…perfect size. With the perfect size now known I ordered a 2nd one in a different colour.
Just to show how well these work, I lost 9llbs in two days by doing 30 minutes on the running machine each day. I had swimming pools in the arms (disgusting I know) but that is what they are designed to do. Just make sure you take it off while standing in the bath or shower or you will be cleaning up a sweaty mess.

Worth the money
Amazing product, reviewed it extensively and used it to go on bike rides & after just one week already lost weight Witch is my aim, after lockdown I’m sure there are a lot of people like me me who have gained a few pounds but this hot suit has put me back on track.
