Absolutely amazing for the price even had money off using the token even cheaper & got the last one
I bought this to take out and about, to watch TV on and keep up with emails etc. I only need a simple laptop at a good price. It has new windows 11 on it. Good battery. Handy size. Nothing fancy.
Ticks all my boxes as a simple day to day machine. If I break it or use it itsnot the end of the world.
Dislike the inbuilt storage capacity bit with Microsoft 265 premium you get 1tb online storage accessible from all your devices. I was sceptical at first, but this storage media seems the way forward. No problems with this pc so fa
I can also say i was hesitant about buying this just by reading some of the reviews to the point where I had someone else press the but button for me.
All i can say is don’t listen to these people- this laptop is absolutely brilliant for the price that we paid. Ive put it to a test and it has held up quite well. For the average consumer this is simply going to be used for day to day “office” work. Any how you think that you can get a computer of this price range and be able to download an excess amount of high quality games, you are definitely on one.
All in all this laptop is perfect for anyone who isn’t a hard core gamer or edito
after struggling with my previous laptop, which was on the verge of making me pop a blood vessel, or travel to Blackpool tower to launch it from, I decided to give this a go – what was the worst that could happen? It didn’t work so I could send it back? I needn’t have worried, it works!!! OMG I am so happy! I am even using it to review it, rather than using my trusty smart phone. Best 90 I have ever spent. Sure it is teeny, but I actually quite like that. I don’t know what it is like for videos or stuff that will really put it through its’ paces, but I don’t care! I am happily browsing social media, doing Xmas shopping, and it is perfect. I saw a review about battery life – who cares?? it’s 90 quid! plug it in! I have been messing for the last hour on here, and it still has 86% battery. Set up was a piece of p’ss as well – literally sailed through it. And, office 365 thrown in for the year as well – amazing! how can they even do it for this price?
I am so happy! buy it!
Purchased from Amazon Warehouse as I wanted a light weight lap top- I wasn’t impressed with the quality control as I had to reinstall the operating system luckily I had the experience to do the job – it is now running Windows 11 and running the software needed – disappointed that apart from the micro sd slot It is impossible to fit additional memory as you can in competitors ( running now with installed 64gb ssd and 64gb micro SD card from which I am running portable versions of software
The cosmetics of the lap top were much better than the description given on Amazon
Great Value for the 60 I paid for i
he version / configuration of windows on this chokes it….i replaced with a good looking lightweight linux and its a wee champ…flies along, everything opens in an instant …really happy with as i bought it as a project to try linux distros on it.
everyone wont be using it like me of course, just my feedback on how i use it.
I was looking for a really light notebook PC to take to libraries and meetings, and this does the job perfectly. It is the thinnest and lightest Windows machine I have ever handled, but the design is excellent and the keyboard feels comfortable to type on. The panel is sharp and clear, and looks good with the brightness turned down to let dark shades be dark. Web browsing, video viewing, Zoom and all office work are handled smoothly. The 64Gb storage is enough for Windows and software, as of course one should be backing up all documents regularly rather than keeping them on an ultraportable. Support is good: I had to contact them over a wireless connectivity issue, and received a prompt and expert response.
Read some reviews which said speed concerns so was hesitant at first b4 purchase ran it with windows 10 with no problems whatso ever was quick ran youtube streaming etc however ive used linux on another machine and have got used to it so i removed and wiped windows abd installed linux mint the machine runs even bettrr and even faster with linux tge only issue i had that caused me a problem was i had no wifi after onstalling linux which was an issue i ended watching u tube forums etc to try sort finsly i found that because safe boot was enabled in the bios settings it wouldnt allow wifi switch this over and came straight on been using this now for several months its brilliant and was on sale for 109 which was an unbelievable price very happy would recommend and also would rec running linux not s dan of new windows 11
Wanted to recover old files off my now useless lap tops. Easy, once I had adapter to connect them. It’s adequate for my use, which is to adapt my CD collection to mp3’s to add to my phone so I can listen to in my car via apple play/ android play. As every car now seems to have as CD players in cars are now like dinosaurs………..extinc
This was super cheap in the sales and I ordered it. To be honest I did not expect much, but this is a really useful device. Its quick enough for everyday use, like working from home and browsing. Its made me mobile as I can work from home from anywhere I have Wifi now. The screen is awsome full HD IPS with clear and sharp display.
I easily changed from Windows 10S to regular Windows 10 Home and then joined the “Windows Insider Programme”. This allowed my humble tiny laptop to upgrade to Windows 11. And its running just as fast as Windows 10. Not sluggish at all. If powered off, and I turn it on, its 25 seconds to the login screen. Which is way faster than my i5 desktop PC.
Well done IOTA.
This laptop has Win 10 S pre-installed. It takes 30 seconds to change this to Win 10 Home and it is very easy. One thing – the screen is not full HD (1080), but it is very nice. The battery life is good, but not excellent. The laptop itself runs quickly enough for browsing, watching films and surfing. The first time you switch on and set up it is very slow for a few minutes as it sorts itself out, but don’t worry – this passes and apps open immediately upon clicking. Boot up time is around 10 secs. Very good. If you need more memory, simply connect a 128GB USB. The mini HDMI works fine connected to my TV and I have tethered my phone with 4G to the laptop, which works fine. After installing a few small apps the total useable memory available is 25GB. More than enough for future Win 10 updates. I would highly recommend. I managed to get it for 106 a few weeks ago. A complete bargain AND it came pre-installed with Office 365 with a year’s subscription. Basically, I got a free laptop because Win 10 Home and Office 365 cost about 100! Well happy.
Great little laptop, such a bargain for how well it works. People leaving bad reviews are confused because it comes delivered in windows S mode, this is normal and a lot of laptops come like this. If you want to turn it off go to settings, update & security, activation and then it’ll say that you’re on windows s mode and give you the option to go to the Microsoft store to change to windows 10. Click that, it’ll take you to windows 10 on the store, then click “get” and it downloads in like 2 seconds and that’s it done, super easy. The battery life is long, it does everything I want it to do. I’m so pleased.
I had to replace my first one as the SD card slot never worked. The replacement is fine. It’s very ligh, portable and convenient. I’ve boosted the storage with a 68 gb SD card. (Remapped to make it appear permanently mounted.) I have a cheap DVD drive connected via USB so I can rip music CDs and get album information from the internet. I’m very happy with it. Great little PC for the money.
I was looking for a small form factor laptop that I could easily carry around in my bag for a few writing projects as well as general web browsing and email, while on the go. The iOTA Flo 11.6-inch laptop seemed to fit the bill perfectly. When considering a machine like this, one has to bear in mind that it is not designed for speed or any kind of heavy duty data processing. With that in mind, I am very happy with this little machine.
After I took delivery of it, the first thing I did was replace Windows 10 with the Linux Mint operating system. Linux Mint uses much fewer resources and runs faster, especially on lower-spec hardware like this. The installation took about 10 minutes, everything is working fine (graphics card, soundcard, webcam, wifi, bluetooth). I couldn’t be happier. The laptop starts up and is usable in under one minute, it connects to my mobile hotspot on my smartphone, and has been a very welcome travel companion (while I’ve been visiting my extended household during lockdown).
I am very happy with this. It does exactly what I need it to do.
I like the product because it’s light weight and easy to use and you can chose if you want to keep the pc in s mode on you can just as easily use the windows 10 home on this laptop as well. Their is just two down sides to this laptop 1 is the battery doesn’t seem to last too long and the second bad thing is that when it’s fully charged the laptop starts doing a weird noise when it’s at 100% charged. Apart from that this laptop isn’t bad for what it cost with 4GB of RAM which isn’t bad for a cheap laptop I bought an expensive one before this one which was constantly crashing however I haven’t had this problem with this pc I would recommend this to anyone who needs a pc for watching videos or creating documents.
This product arrived quickly (in fact a day early). It was packaged well. It’s easy to set up, just charge, plug in and you are up and running. I am new to this technology, so took me a while to figure out, it has Windows 10S Mode which was not compatible with Google Classroom. I downloaded Google Chrome and hey presto. Stored all my Google apps in favourites and I am up and running. It does not leave shortcuts on the desktop. After several factory resets I am getting used to accessing emails, studying apps and school home learning apps. It also prompted me.to download Microsoft Edge. I am sure it has much more capabilities but as stated I am new to this. I am on charge when doing Google Meet etc, so think the battery life would be acceptable but cannot comment for sure. A compact little device it fits inside an A4 pocket wallet folder wrapped in a T-towel for transporting to college . So far so good. Pleased with my purchase. If only I could sort my internet out, as I tether from my phone to use
I bought this for 140 pounds in the black Friday promotion and saw some of the reviews with people saying it is slow etc. So far I have been using it and clearly it is not as fast as a top of the line laptop but the delays are nothing that are at all bothering me right now. Pages load without any problems and you can have three or four programs running without issues. I have just bought a Windows 10 pro license and disabled S Mode so I have Chrome and Firefox etc downloaded and it is still running fine. Next I will be installing Office 2019 pro on here so will update if that ruins things but honestly I would have no hesitation recommending this laptop to anyone for the price that I paid!
Ok, so seen a lot of reviews and issues to do with Windows 10S and activation…
So, I found that my Windows version was 10S and that when I follow online (Googled) instructions that my Windows isn’t activated. After some digging (ok, lucky guess…) around I found that all I need to do was:
On the page (Settings> Update And Security>Activation) that says in red writing ‘Your Windows is not activated please select store Select the troubleshoot button – this will register your Windows, then you can visit the Microsoft store to exit Windows 10S mode…
Hope this helps someone out there….
Bought this in an Amazon Prime Day deal for 135. It’s very slim and sleek . Weighs less than 1 kg so ultra portable.Set up was very easy and as a budget Laptop with Windows 10 it’s fantastic value.
Cannot understand some of the reviews. I feel the performance is really acceptable and am overall very happy with it. Full HD screen which is great for Netflix etc
There seem to be several reviews about windows S mode. I didn’t know much about S mode but when I Googled it I realized it was very easy to switch to windows 10. I just wish some of the reviewers had googled S mode. It really is not an issue and should not affect the review score of this laptop.
Just to reassure everyone thinking of buying it , yes it comes on S mode but it is incredibly easy to switch to Windows 10. By the way , a lot of computers are shipped on S mode not just this one!
Super Fast Delivery, so thank you for that!
I do not normally leave reviews but this is such good value for money I have to do one. I think I’ve told everyone I know about it now lol :)) I have been using the laptop daily for over 3 weeks now so my review here is based on daily usage, 7 days a week for 3 weeks.
I have never heard of this laptop company before but I have a Chrome Book and needed something to replace it. I did not want another Chrome Book but I did’t need a powerful machine or want to spend a huge amount of money.
After Googling and searching Amazon doing some comparing this laptop stood out. The memory, cpu speed and size of the drive is comparable to something twice the price. Seriously other laptops the same size with these specifications are twice the money. So I thought I would give this a go and for the price I thought you can’t go wrong!
Well you can’t! It’s a fantastic little laptop, perfect for browsing the web and writing emails and banking tasks. I have streamed Prime and Netflix, iPlayer with no problem and I use YouTube a lot nowadays and that worked like it does on anything else 🙂
Obviously this machine is not for editing videos or large photoshop files which I use a MacBook Pro for but I have been able to edit WordPress website on the go with it and some simple image cropping. It’s my perfect companion when all I need to do is access the web and do office type tasks. The keyboard is great and easy to type with confidence, not had any missed key presses or stuck keys at all. Works really well.
You get a full version of Windows so setting up was easy. I entered in my Microsoft account and was up and running in no time 🙂
The build quality is shockingly good for the price too. I am really happy with it. The laptop is lightweight and portable and I can carry this one handed with ease. The battery life so far has been top notch. I charged it up to 100% last night around 8-9pm, and still at 37% at 3pm the next day.
I haven’t come across any problems so far, so 5 out of 5 from me and thank you this is a great laptop!
