Really good sound from a small unit. I have listened to reggae where the bass comes out really well, through to blues, rock and pop. All sound really good with good clarity and volume. I definitely recommend this speaker.
The speakers base is surprisingly powerful give the fact that it is both battery powered and portable. I recommend! Great battery life, great audio quality , good design and amazing bass.
Can’t get over the power this small speaker has, not much bigger than a can of fizzy drink and it is way too loud to be playing in my flat at full volume, highly recommend as the sound quality is ace too!
I use this speaker for music lessons and also for personal use and it is a really great product am planning on buying another one to use with the party mode, well made product.

Once you get the jbl portable app you can mess about with the equalizer as well.

I tried the cheaper Anker speakers around the same sort of prices and promises, but this is far superior and I had issues with the Anker sound which they could never resolve with the updates which should have been addressed, and I don’t use them anymore. Glad I bought this, and it just grabbed me visually more so than the similar Bose.
I find the speaker useful for watching YouTube videos on my phone and want better audio quality than the phone can produce.
The audio sounds much richer with speech and you hear allot more low end audio.
The speaker sounds great with music.
The speaker is mono which isn’t an issue for me.
The very high frequencies are not as distinct as the could be which doesn’t bother me, somebody else may have a different opinion on that to me.
The speaker is well made and good quality it lasts a long time on one charge, i haven’t actually counted the hours but don’t feel i have to charge it too often.
The sound is amazing and the mobile app really helps us bade lovers. Would 100% recommend. The first 3 weeks i had it i used it every single day. Now it is every other day. I can say it was money extremely well spent.
Bought as a present for our 11-year old we were amazed at the quality of the sound. We have had similar Bose products and this was equally as good, but a bit more fun. If I was to split hairs I would say the higher tones on this are slightly clearer than my Bose products (compared to both soundlink micro and soundlink colour), but the Bose soundlink probably has slightly better bass. We love the fact that the end bits vibrate when it’s played, and you can also get cool coloured protection cases to match. Controls are also really easy to find and use on this. Great product and would happily recommend.
No speaker this small should sound this good. It is impressive, truly. It does a good job with all types of music. I will get another one and try the stereo feature. Everyone at JBL should be proud of this product.
Heard really good things about these JBL speakers, decided to try it out myself and the reviews are true. Very good sound quality for the price and the battery life lasts long.
Two things yoy want in a portable wireless speaker. Sound and charge. Has both in abundance. Really like it. Easy setup and connection, plenty of bass, good mid and treble, simple controls and fantastic battery on it. Really good value and really well made.
I bought this to replace my old Flip4 (still works but battery life down). This sounds even better and can be adjusted with the App. Battery life is excellent. I have other more expensive brands but IMHO this beats them all at a fraction of the price.
I’m normally a Bose or bang and olufson fan but I had seen excellent reviews for these portable speakers
I have to say the sound is pretty decent and more appealing because of the price point. I ended up buying another when my portable Bose stopped holding charge

The letters JBL on the front of the speaker are huge. I don’t like the way they put blatant advertising on the front. I got the white version of the speaker and the JBL letters are bordered in orange, which makes them stand out even more.
I bought one to carry around the house to play some music on the background. I am astonished how good the sound quality is. How on earth they managed to make such a tiny small thing to sound so rich? The battery life is really good. It keeps playing all the 12 hours. I presume this is because I don’t blast it in full power. Luckily I am not deaf, hence I don’t need to crank it up to the max.
I heard this at a lunch and thought the sound was from a stereo hi-fi. I couldnt believe that the full spectrum sound was from this small bluetooth speaker. My kids had them and they all sounded flat and tinny. I bought this and continued to be surprised at the quality. I use it primarily for listening to audio books, replacing my usual headphones. Lovely, rich vocal tones. Also good for music of all genres, but sound quality falls off at higher volumes, but this isn’t meant to be a “room filler”. The battery life is great, many hours of play without recharge. Solid, waterproof construction, with simple operation. It doesn’t have any tone alteration on the body, but you can alter the sound via the JBL app. I used in in my workshop, sawdust, no problem. All in all a great little speaker.
Gerade wenn man mit dem Kind unterwegs ist, ist Musik und/oder Hrbuch doch eine tolle Hilfe.

Produkt hat keinen Anschluss um Handy zu laden, wofr auch grerer Akku ntig wre. Weiters mit zu viel Bass scheppern! Nicht so toll!
Suono eccellente, pulito e potente, bassi buoni a seconda della base di appoggio, usati in coppia fa un effetto surround celestiale. La migliore cassa portatile provata finora, anche delle jbl versioni precedenti .
C’tait un cadeau, pas eu l’occasion de trop l’essayer, apparemment mon fils en est trs content !!

Was a bit worried about the price for a portable speaker but shouldn’t have been. The sound for its size is perfect for me, crisp highs and deep lows. I’ll maybe buy another to link them up but for now I’m happy with 1.

Good value Bluetooth speaker with excellent sound quality. Build quality great too.
The sound quality is excellent, it’s robust and is now dust proof as well as waterproof. Volume level is great, whether it’s indoors, outdoors or in a noisy environment. Not the cheapest but of kit, but if our Flip4 is anything to go by, it’s worth the money as it will still be going strong years from now.
I wanted a speaker to play music from my Alexa echo smart speaker device . Tried a couple of budget speakers and sent them back. After more research I chose to try the Flip 6. The sound is top notch, wonderful, they don’t add bells and whistles, it’s a great sound reproduction speaker. Worth every penny and looks great.
Great speaker that sounds really good, however for that price I would like something that feels a bit more rugged. This has a few parts that I feel will break over time like the rubber parts on the end and the buttons
Sounds much fuller than a Sonos Roam. Good strong bass and refined treble.
