I have to say firstly I was very lucky to buy these 128 Gb Micros SD cards for around 4 pounds each. Secondly, I have used Kingston for a long time and they do have a good reputation with me. These were sufficient reasons to buy. Strictly speaking, I did have a problem with their 64 Gb card some time ago which worked hard for about 10 years. I wrote to them with a photo of a card and the new one was with me in a couple of days. So yes, you cannot go wrong with Kingsto
I purchased this after realising that the old 16GB card that came with my NextBase dashcam was really not big enough and recordings were only present for a day or less before being written over. After checking online it turned out that 128GB was the maximum permitted and this one was highly rated.
For some reason it refused to format inside the dashcam, but after formatting on my Mac it worked perfectly and the price is steal. We have all experienced high inflation this last year, but to put this in context I purchased my first memory card 20 years ago. It was 512MB and cost 120, so 6.49 for 250 times the memory with faster speeds seems like a pretty good deal!
Bought a few of the 128gb version over the past year. All but one functioned correctly. The one that didn’t work properly caused errors on a vehicle camera system and a home security camera, but still works when connected to a laptop. Strange
My wife had a 16gb sd card originally, but because of Audible, she filled it pretty damn quick,so I wanted one with decent capacity. This was cheap and would be easy to replace,or so I thought. The card itself was no issue, but as a warning to others,be aware you may have to format the original card if it was set as INTERNAL storage. If you set it up as external you should be ok to just take it out and copy it straight to this card to set this one up as external storage, which means you shouldn’t have to redownload any stuff, but its a different story if you had the original as internal storage.I tried cloning the card, copying it,allsorts and just couldn’t get it to work.
So in the end I just formated the old card, formatted the new card as external storage, and told her she had to redownload all the stuff she had.Wasn’t an issue in the end,she just wanted the extra space, but it did frustrate me a little.
in conclusion, the card works great, was cheap, and easy to install.Worth every penny, until she fills it up again 🙂
I’m using this card inside of my cctv camera and considering the size that it has it can record quite a long time which for me it is very practical and since I have it I didn’t experience any issues with the card itself but when it comes to the adapter from time to time when I connected to my laptop it just doesn’t show any memory storage and I have tried different computers which all have card reader and it was the same so I’m not really sure what is the issue but after it removing and inserting it for a couple of times I can access the files from the card.
The transfer rate is pretty normal nothing major to mention about it so per general the card performs as it should, probably there is something wrong with the adapter.
We keep more and more on our phones, so storage matters to keep it running smoothly.
6.39 for 128GB of memory is great value.
I have used Kingston Canvas SD cards before and they have worked well for me.
For this small amount, you get what you pay for, great.
Just as I expected and it arrived very quickly. Great buy.
Exactly what I needed for my 4k action cam 😀
I always use KINGSTON sd card ,this one at very good price
We recently purchased a pair of TP-Link ‘Tapo’ cameras and wanted to utilise the SD card recording function.
Both cards recognised and initialized immediately. Great value and super quick dispatch.
Kingston is one of my favourite storage brands they’ve always exceeded my expectations every time I brought from them.
I would 100% reccomend Kingston for any storage solutions.

I compaired prices on Amazon and ebay, this one was the cheapest I found. Will buy agai
I bought the 128gb micro sd card. Yes you do lose 4 system data but it still gives me plenty of storage. Installed it and it was accepted with no problem.
This was very easy to install. 128g is good value for money for just 7 euro.
Thought I’d give this card a go seeing as the price is pretty good. Using it in a Netvue Vigil 3 CCTV camera, it’s only been in a day or so, can’t comment on durability it it records and plays back the images fine. See no reason not to get another when I swap the next camera out.
Results from testing the card with F3 probe indicate that it is a genuine capacity as sold (64GB in my purchase)
A speed test using my laptops internal card reader gives me 36MB/s read and 19MB/s write speeds. This is quite a bit below the claimed max speed of 100MB/s but this could be a limitation of my laptops internal SD card reader. I dont have any other devices in which to test this SD card to see if perhaps it would achieve nearer the 100MB/s. But as i bought it for going into a dashcam the read and writes speeds I am achieving are more than enough for that usage.
It’s good value works fine it’s an SD card functions well but it’s an SD card so not much to say it works it’s reliable it’s an SD card!!!
A great set of quality micro SD cards at a super cheap price…
Ordered as previous one i ordered wouldn’t work, This one arrived quickly, works perfectly in the camera i bought it for, great storage capacity, I have no issues and Kingston is a brand i would always go back to
Not much to report, other than that it works. I performed the obligatory memory-test, which being one-quarter of a Terabyte, took ages. But I’m happy to report that it’s a genuine 256gig and reasonably fast. Can’t ask for more than that, given the price. Recommended.
Works but not in dash cam as category it was listed under during search.
Great value for money for capacity and brand received. Would highly recommend.
Arrived in time or even slightly earlier. Good quality videos. So far so good
Genuine product at almost half the price of high street shops and other online retailers.
Using to backup cctv, so far so good.
This card is fine, it works in a CCTV camera. What you won’t get with a 128gb card is 128gb of story space. These things have to be formatted to accept whatever you want to save.
All SD cards need to be formatted to be functional in the device, you are not being shortchanged.
I can now have ALL the books I will never be able to read in my lifetime on my Kindle Fire 7 along with my 56 hour-long music files. Now I can read AND listen to 4 hours of flutes so that I don’t have to hear people breathe around me. I can do all this but I’ll probably be playing Fishdom anyway and I’ll probably download even more mind-numbing games because the card is Class 10 and it can act as internal storage on my Kindle and it means I can transfer the apps to the card and get EVEN MORE useless apps that bring me momentary joy. I’d take a picture of how easy it is to install onto the Kindle but no one wants to see a close-up picture of my slot.
Bought as back up storage for phone and hence factory reset. Did what I wanted very well. Recommended at right price.
The Kingston Canvas Select Plus microSD Card is a great choice for expanding storage on devices. With 128GB capacity and Class 10 speed rating, it provides reliable performance for recording and storing high-quality photos and videos. The included SD adapter allows easy transfer of files to other devices. Overall, a good value for the price.
Needed to transfer 210gb of data from an Integral Card which I have had for about three years. The Kingston Card write speeds were very fast. Looks like these cards are high quality. Top brands for micro sd cards. Sandisk, Samsung, Integral, PNY and Kingston. Highly recommended
A great deal for this amount of storage! I didn’t have any trouble transfering my data over to this card and after a while have had no issues so far. Happy with the purchase.
I use this for my GoPro and it has a good capacity for 360 images and video. The adapter is a little awkward to use but useful to have as most ports are for standard rather than micro SD cards.
I bought one (64GB Micro SD card) for a dashcam, sadly when I needed video footage of a bad driver driving into my car, I found out the footage was no good, this was a fault of the Kingston memory card.
I got in touch with KIngston & they replaced the card without too much trouble, nearly two years after the purchase from Amazon.
Had I checked the video footage occasionally, I would have established there was a fault with the card much sooner, my fault, not really Kingsto
