160 sind definitiv zu teuer. Fr 100 aber eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Dieses Set ist modular aufgebaut und bietet so viele Gestaltungsmglichkeiten und vor allem lsst es sich toll erweitern. Die einzelnen Wohnungen sind leicht gebaut und es lassen sich sicher mit den Resten aus der Legokiste noch weitere Wohnungen bauen (wer die Dcher weglsst und nur Bden verbaut hat auch gleich noch ein paar Bodenplatten^^) Fr Friendverhltnisse viele Figuren, auch ein paar Seltenere, es lsst sich auch leicht fr die normalen Figuren umbauen. Leider gibt es wieder viele Sticker, aber bei Kindersets ist das ok ^^
Ein wunderbarer Einstieg in die LEGO Friends Themenwelt. Sehr liebevolles Design mit vielen schnen Farben, Figuren und Ideen fr Rollenspiele. Unsere Tochter hat an mehreren Tagen dran gebaut und jetzt viel Spa damit. Hier gibt es auch wirklich viele Teile fr den Preis. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes LEGO-Set!

keep the kids entertained for hours
Now there are so many build instruction booklets here – 10 to be precise but i actually preferred this. It means you can just do one and then get to the next booklet next time you want to do the next piece and then at the end pop them all together.
The attention to detail here is fantastic, along with their being a little diversity with the little playfigures too which i was quite impressed with. Little things in this like the sliding doors etc just make it that much more exciting and i can say that lego has definitely come on since i was younger! Now this did take alot longer than i would normally care to admit but it was approximately 4ish+ hours. I actually like that it took that long as it is quite an expensive activity it felt like it was worth it at the end.
Overall lego is and has always been expensive but the attention to detail in this set is truly amazing and i would honestly whole heartedly recommend.

Meine Tochter (11 Jahre) besa bereits zuvor diverse Stze aus der “Friends”-Reihe. Diese sind zwar alle hbsch anzusehen, aber es gibt durchaus grere Unterschiede in der Detail-Gestaltung und den Spielmglichkeiten nach dem Aufbau. Mit dem “Wohnblock in Heartlake City” macht man hier definitiv keinen Fehler. LEGO spielt hier nicht nur seine Erfahrung im Design von Spielzeug-Gebuden aus, sondern liefert auch besonders viele schne Extras. Insgesamt liegt der Design-Schwerpunkt klar auf den Spielmglichkeiten und weniger auf Realittsnhe.
Natrlich war der Aufbau fr meine 11-Jhrige mit “einschlgiger” LEGO-Erfahrung keine groe Herausforderung. Sie hat aber immer wieder groe Freude dabei, denn das Suchen und Basteln, das haptische Erlebnis, die neuen LEGO-Bausteine zu verbinden und eben die vielen pfiffigen Details lassen keine Sekunde Langeweile aufkommen.
Nach unserer Erfahrung sind die Altersangaben von LEGO realistisch, d.h. etwa ab Erreichen der unteren Grenze haben Kids echte Chancen, den Aufbau alleine hinzubekommen. Neulinge aus dieser Altersgruppe werden trotzdem am Anfang Untersttzung von Erwachsenen bentigen. Die Kids mssen vor allem lernen, in den Aufbauanleitungen genau hinzusehen.
Fertig aufgebaut ist das Set sehr schn anzusehen und von den Kids gut zu bespielen. Neben dem modular aufgebauten Wohnblock selbst mit seinen verschiedenen Themen und den vielen sehr verschiedenen Figuren laden natrlich auch der Lieferwagen, die verschiedenen anderen Gefhrte samt Zubehr dazu ein, sich Geschichten auszudenken und nachzuspielen. Da strt es auch wenig, dass es in diesem “Wohnblock” zwar Geschfte, aber keinen Eingangsbereich und weder Treppen noch Fahrstuhl gibt.
Wie die meisten anderen LEGO-Packungen hat auch diese einen Lernwert fr rumliches Denken, Konzentration und Fingerfertigkeit. Man muss sich darber im Klaren sein, dass man fr das Geld eine relativ geringe Menge “Kunststoff” erhlt. Wer hier erschrickt, hat den Mehrwert nicht erfasst: liebevolle Gestaltung und durchdachte Spielmglichkeiten bei hoher Qualitt von Material und Verarbeitung.
Lego is ridiculously expensive anyway, but my children love it, and this was the best deal around for this set. It’s a good set as each part is packed separately, so not to confusing for beginners, you could give them a small pack at a time, and the packs can be constructed in any order. My girls are Lego experts though, it took them several weeks to save up for this, and maybe two hours to build it!
This is the largest Lego Friends set I’ve come across. The sheer amount of detail here is amazing. Endless potential storylines and plots to play around with.
The build is quite complex, so it took a while to get through, but the instructions are pretty straightforward to follow.
I love how vibrant and colourful the different settings are. They can be assembled as a line of places on a street, or as a street corner (which is personally my favourite). The truck and ramp are sturdy.
The mini figures look wonderful. Each one has their own unique clothing, style, and facial expression. The animal additions look adorable!
A very versatile gift idea – it’s great for both young builders and older kids. Makes for an impressive display piece too! The value is great for the price. I’d be happy to recommend it.

This set is very colourful and like all lego sets, very good quality, typical LEGO well made. Cute details with the different characters.
Instructions are as clear and concise as ever, easy to follow. Once I set my daughter off and she got the understanding of what to do. She needed very little help. And came in numbered bags so putting together is a lot easier for children.
However I feel It was not that easy to build up (it comes with a lot of parts), and naturally it gets taken apart when played with. You also need to keep good track of the tiny parts (some are really small).
We took our time over it just to make the experience last longer, not difficult to do but there are lots of parts , so patience is needed. It was challenging enough to make her feel capable.
Great set, a lot fun with assembling and then playig, good challenge and teacher of patience.
No missing parts. No issues. Great fun to build and seeing the finished product is amazing. The end result is actually very impressive. LEGO is always great value for money and this one now sits proudly in my girls bedroom to add to the other sets for hours of play!
I think once you get to this size of a build you are getting much better value for money than with some of the smaller builds. There is a huge amount going on here; shops, apartments, cafe, it’s like a great big dolls house.
For all that it’s very big, it’s not a complicated build and with it being modular we’ve been able to set it up a couple of different ways which was a great novelty at first, although my daughter sticks to the same configuration most of the time now.
As ever with Lego, there are loads of little details which make this special. I’ll jot spoil it for others by listing them but there were regular squeals of delight from my daughter throughout the build.
The set really is an all in one set! So many figures, so many aspects, so many accessories, so many play opportunities. The box alone is impressive, immediately our three children (7, 5 and 4 – two boys/one girl) were enthralled with the packing looking at the images of what was to be built, what came with it, what it could be changed and made into. They had expressed they had seen adverts for this and it was “mega cool!” Even as an adult Lego fan I was pretty excited to get stuck in and build. I was unperturbed by the size of the build assuming that being a Lego Friends set aimed at children it would be a breeze. Well it challenged me! Not because it was challenging, in particular, but because there are just so many aspects to this set with it being modular. The different rooms/buildings, the different styling, and my particular favourite all of the tiny accessories such as a small coffee machine so on point in design it had me inspired at how the designers come up with these ideas! The tiny playroom with dolls house, a little baguette with removal filling I won’t give it again and spoil the build but on just the accessories alone I would say this set is worth it! Yes the set is in the higher bracket of Lego purchases for children but for me it’s huge value for money with the time is takes to build, the fact it’s split into different manuals makes it easier to pause and restart the build. There are different modules which can be played with in a variety of ways, and lots of mini figures. It would make a great birthday gift, or addition to any budding Lego Friends fans collection, and has 100% inspired me to get more Lego Friends sets.

This is a modular building system that creates a masterpiece, it is like a fully functional LEGO town in the shape of a big dolls house.
So flexible you can build then take down and rebuilt completely differently. So much variation and selection of what to play with when built. City Cafe, Hair Sallon, Toy shops, offices, grocery store it’s an endless list.
To play in and with this main street set you are provide with 7 everyday mini LEGO people including a young child, also 4 LEGO animals a cat, dog, chicken and a bear.
This modular set is basically 3 floors of 3 separate buildings that are joined together to make up a Dolls house on steroids’.
Overall, this is a fabulous LEGO build and game play afterwards is endless due to variety of shops and figures. Let you imagination run wild and start a LEGO hobby that will last you a lifetime.

Suitable for ages 8 plus with a satisfying 1682 for the young and Lego-hungry enthusiast due to it’s colossal nature.
I”ve got to admit, my little one is still only six, though she likes to think herself older. She was floored by this set and what she sees as lego’s interpretation of a her doll’s house’s extension.
There is a lot going on in this set, many characters included, 12 in all. We love that fact that it’s very inclusive giving a real representation of life, representing people of different races, a visually impaired character with a guide dog and a mobility cane and also a wheelchair user. Some of the shops are wheelchair friendly with the inclusion of wheelchair ramps and an elevator designed for all.
The design of the set is dynamic, in that each module/store can be placed where our little one chooses. The possibilities makes it fluid and interchangeable increasing the storytelling through imaginative play.
We started off with the cake shop which kept out little one engaged for hours. We like that we can open a new module and keep adding to her original build, and then chop and change them about for literally hours of play
There’s also a friendly neighbourhood removal truck to assist newcomers in settling into the area.
There is so much to see and do, sliding doors, rooftop garden and a lot of detail, even on the little items in the stores. I hope they release further modules to add to this set, as our little one has been totally absorbed by the imaginative play.

This is one of the largest Lego sets I have had the pleasure to build. It took a whole week of evenings but we enjoyed every second of it. Your reward for all this building is a brilliant large Lego playset and it fantastic.
The set is modular so you can build it and arrange it different ways and of course it is also compatible with all the other friends Lego out there. It’s a bit like the Lego assembly square which is available but a friends version. This is also a 10th anniversary edition so might be limited in the future.
It comes with some great mini figures which they call mini dolls are they are larger and more real life designed. A total of 8 is in the box and you get 9 different scenes. Some of the mini dolls are very inclusive, you get one in a wheelchair and one has a blind guide dog.
Building it was quite easy as you get full coloured step by step instructions and the bags were numbered. There was 12 numbered bag and another one with larger parts in. You build it in sections then stick it altogether at the end. There also some stickers to put on the bricks as well.
The set includes some fab accessories and some vehicles. I like the moving truck and you can open the back of it. The shops have some lovely details in like the grocery shop has cute honey pots and mini vegetables. The caf has little cute tables, a coffee machine and it includes a ramp of the wheelchair. There is a salon and beauty shop and a roof terrace to enjoy afternoon tea.
A lot of fun and imagination has gone into this set. If you are a friend Lego lover then this is the flagship set to get.
I was very lucky to get this luxurious lego suit. It’s a set of quite large architectural models, which can be arranged according to my heart and combined flexibly to stimulate children’s diverse creativity. You may be frightened by the price, but I think it’s worth it.
This is a huge collection of ten color printed instruction manuals and 15 packs of individually packaged small bricks. These small bricks are very fine, without any defects, and are easy to assemble or disassemble, you don’t need to press them hard. In addition, there is an interesting sticker and a variety of exquisite small objects, which can add a lot of vitality to the building.
To be honest, the price is really expensive, but I think it’s worth it. Think about it, there are book bars, beauty salons, apartments and elevators with two lifting devices ( lifting beds and elevators) . These apartment rooms can be randomly grouped and flexible. I found that the eight mini dolls can be freely combined with good friends to create new characters, which is a very great detail.
In short, my children are I love and enjoy the fun of building LEGO.
This is a wonderful large friends set which marks the first time (in 10 years) that the series has strayed into modular build territory. The build depicts a city block with various apartments arranged in a neighbourhood. Below the apartments are a number of shops and amenities. There are additional builds of a removals truck and a small skate park, a diverse and varied selection of mini-doll characters complete the set.
Being a modular build it is constructed in sections and can be arranged and re-arranged as you like. As such, there are lots of possibilities with this set and the play value is obvious. Stand out features include a working lift, a sun terrace and the downstairs businesses (a coffee shop, salon and corner shop) which are fully detailed and offer numerous accessories for creative play. Positive themes of accessibility, sustainability and eco-consciousness are present throughout, as with other recent friends sets.
Overall, this is a fantastic flagship set in the friends range and a great introduction to Lego modular building techniques. Yes, it’s expensive but this is a huge set (over 1,600 pcs) with tons of play opportunities. I’d recommend it to fans of the friends series and also those into Lego city, as the colourful build would certainly brighten up any urban environment.
This is a great lego set. It’s a high street, with lots of different shops and activities. I love the fact that it is modular and you can change the structure of the street as you wish. As always, the Lego instructions are easy to follow and the set is relatively simple to construct and most 8 year olds should be able to manage it with a little or no help. However, it is a big set so it might have to be done in stages as attention spans may fade. I like the colours and the design – it’s nice and bright and looks good when built. I like the mixture of commercial and residential space. Once constructed it is sturdy enough to keep intact and then the real fun comes – time to play!
One of the fantastic aspects of the Friends range is the inclusivity and diversity of characters and this set really is excellent. There is a wheelchair, along with a lift for accessibility, and there are also sight-aids for visually impaired. There are 8 people in toal with a mixture of ages and backgrounds, and some pets, which really increases the community feel of the set. There is a removal truck and some boxes so you can move people about the place – this has created a lot of entertainment in our house. The cat gets accidently packed away a lot!
There are so many accessories in this set, it really is amazing. There is everything you can think of from a hairdryer to coffee maker – the detail really is incredible, so much more than the sets when I was young. Some of the pieces are a bit small, so might be lost if not careful. I love the skatepark – this seems to be the central focus point for most of the kids stories.
This is an expensive lego set but you actually get a lot for your money and it is a good investment. There are lots of characters and lots of potential storylines for kids creative play. I really like the everyday theme, this is something that kids can relate to and engage with. It encourages community spirit and being nice to neighbours which is good.
Highly recommended, this has endless hours of play and can be used over and over.

A great quality product, well made and so much fun to put together. My daughter loved it as she is a total fan of Lego friends. This set has a lot of detail and lots to play with once complete. Would defo recommend. Totally awesome!
My daughter is a big fan of lego friends so when she saw the size of this set she was blown away. The build took several days, perhaps an hour each time, and the finished product is brilliant. Packaging was great and the instructions are super clear as expected from lego.
I had a bit of a roller coaster journey with this build. I was super excited about it when it was released and couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. When it was delivered the pack art really drew me in but I started having reservations as it all started to look a bit bland and detailess. On unpacking everything I was initially really disappointed, it just all looked really boring and then I found out there were TEN booklets of build instructions. Really, why would you do this Lego? It really put me off and I only managed to build the first booklet after unpacking and then put it all away for a week.
Returning to the build I quickly realised this is actually the Friends version of the 18+ modular sets. There is SO much going on in such a small space I was thrilled by the detailing. The premise of the set is you have a row of three shops (a hairdresser, a deli and a corner store) and above that some apartments. I am confused how many apartments there are supposed to be – the post boxes make me think it is 2 but the interiors don’t add up to two full apartments (nothing like overthinking a child’s toy). On the whole though this makes a wonderfully customisable dolls house style playset with the rear completely open for easy access.
There are some fabulous architectural details – sliding patio doors that really work are just perfection and a fun inclusion. The large corner apartment probably has the best decor internally, not to mention the blue / yellow stained glass effect window. I could go on for about 1000 words on the build and each interior but I figure the photos cover everything better than I would. Just one major shout out to the chicken coop on the roof – this made me laugh as soon as I built it.
There are a LOT of minidolls included with this set. Major props to Lego for including a visually impaired minidoll and a mobility impaired one as well. We are used to seeing different skin tones represented in the range so it is good to see some representation for differently abled people. Somehow it never feels like a sop or about the company being “woke” it just feels like a natural extension to this bright and funky world. Access details for these representations are also thought about with lowered curbs and a lift access to the apartments.
This is a great set – the only downside for me was I prefer everything in one, or maybe two, build booklets so the TEN booklet thing drove me potty. 30+ stickers are included to decorate the build and they are fun and really do add to the build, even if a lot of mine are on the wonky side.

This is a pretty impressively big finished model which features a main street apartment building which has a grocery store, hair salon and sandwich shop, along with a flat upstairs with disabled access via a lift and a granny flat with roof terrace.
All the rooms are modular and can be rearranged in orientation to add to some playability and keeping things fresh. You also get some fun mini figures with a mini skate ramp and a delivery van too. As always with Lego Friends they have crammed a lot of detail into the buildings and decor with a lot going on in each of the rooms. But the fiddlyness of the facades might make this a challenge for a younger builder (this set is recommended at 8+)
All in all a pretty impressive build and our son has enjoyed playing with it, especially the lift!
Price can be scary but what a lot in a set. The Friends (nothing to do with THAT programme but with its own animation series). The figures are more realistic than traditional Lego characters although all the building parts can be used with such sets as City.
So many variations of building only limited by imagination. Stick to the plan included – easy to follow pictorial manual – and allow enough time to do properly and not hash it up.
