I usually use it to watch videos and movies and it does really well its job
No complaints, great to take in bag.
Good keyboard, bright accurate display.
No problems with any connectivity.
Not as fast as my 2.5k laptop but a lot lighter and battery lasts well.
Serves its purpose as a lightweight basic device
Wish I had discovered this little gem a longtime ago as it is so quick to boot up and uses my favourite Google chrome and got for an outstanding price through Amazon, only negative is that it has no sd or micro sd slots to add extra memory.
Had this product for over a month now and can say that it is a good bit of kit. It runs perfectly fine, I personally have not experienced any slow load up times or bad connection issues. Only thing I would say is that the magnetic keyboard connection can be a bit weak but thats minor. If the laptop is on a nice flat surface then it’s all good, the screen in my opinion is very clear I see some people complaining about the brightness etc but the only solution I can give to that problem is the obvious, and that is to basically turn the brightness up on the settings. Same goes for the volume, absolutely nothing wrong with it. Very convenient as you can use as a tablet or laptop, easily packable and discreet. I had a job interview via TEAMS and the screen was clear, sound was good and no glitches or loading issues. In my opinion again a very handy tablet/laptop.
I am very happy with this devices although it sometimes unexpectantly reboots when woken up from sleep but it has a great battery life and lets me use it for general internet browsing and with additional software I am able to remotly login to my other systems with this when I am on the move.
Amazing for college students I was worried it would be too heavy however feels like the same weight as a normal school book I got the app squid which lets me write digital note which saves so much time and paper believe I bought the penovo digital stylus to go with it and works fabulously would recommend for a college students not willing to spend out and get an apple table
Brought this for my daughter for Christmas who wanted something like this style. The keyboard is a bit flimsy & detaches easily. I though the keyboard could of been better built then it is.
Got it for my daughter for Xmas she loves it. The tablet only feature is a great plus but she is also able to do her school work on it when needed
A very good product and I like it alot, however its abit slow sometimes, and i have nothing new downloaded on it other than netflix and spotify. I dont know if it has anything to do with the DPD delivery guy throwing it on my doorstep, but overall its a good produc
I bought two chromebooks , and one for my personal use and one send to my home country.
Its really really good product and cost effective as well as easy to handdle.
Appreciate your service and received withing 3days.
Great little semi laptop semi pad. It works better for me with the keyboard but the pad functions are very good too. I have tried it for browsing and streaming and it is quite fast. The laptop key board might not have all the function buttons but you can check on the web for shortcuts and they work very well. The battery lasts at least 10 to 11 hours. The difference between laptop mode and pad mode are a chromebook OS thing. In the pad mode you do not have all the buttons but if you go on the web you will find many websites telling you little clever things on how to swipe. For the price and if you want to work on the go it is a very good deal. At the promotion price it was very good value for money. However, if you need to do a LOT of word processing you might not find all three of screen, keyboard and apps a bit on the disadvantaged side.
Bought for son starting college. He tells me it is really fast, the brightness is good. Value for money is amazing. He can remote play off the Xbox without any hiccups. His s21 cannot do most things this little laptop/tablet thingy can do and the s21 was 3 times the price. Its a good size, great for carrying on buses etc. All in all I highly recommend and will be buying a second one for an Xmas prese
I think that for people with more basic uses it works great, but be cautious about how it uses an ARM Processor, If you develop desktop software you might want to look for an x86 processor.
Overall, brand new for 250 i’d say it’s a deal you can’t miss for the performance.
Bought this on special offer and I’m very pleased with it. Have downloaded Nebo and bought a stylus and discovered the joys of turning handwriting to text. Only slight down side is that it’s slightly heavier than I’d imagined but hopefully that means it’s quite robust….
Overall, a neat quality package with good speed and features. Sadly, on the first real-life task after setting up, the Android tablet emulation failed to draw a web page correctly, making the page unusable. As soon as I connected the keyboard, the problem disappeared. I can’t begin to guess what percentage of web pages would draw wrongly, but since it drew wrongly in both the Chrome browser and DuckDuck, the glitch is somewhere in the Chrome operating system. Sadly, we returned ours and would still recommend the purchase, but do test it thoroughly to make sure it does what you need it to do.
All the features are great that you already have read somewhere, but the biggest turn down is the speed and performance. I wouldn’t demotivate to buy, nevertheless it’s a fact to consider that the processor inside isn’t very capable of a Chromebook. Especially the simple graphics performance is sluggish. I got it for almost 200 on Amazon sales but I’d recommend some other Chromebook with better Chipset for 250 or above. The features and accessories will feel just a gimmick if you practically can’t use it for what it’s intended for. So better think twice before buying.
i did have a knowing friend to help me set up but she doesnt take over and even though id broken my arm quite badly the day before i did manage to do most of it without too much help.
only problem at the moment is needing 2 working hands for word processing but hope that wont be too long.
its very robust and well made. at the moment the magnet connecting the keyboard to the screen is so powerful i cant detach it. not a big problem and hopefully that will be possible soon.
delivery was quick. unpacking and charging easy having watched a how to youtube.
am really enjoying it and for the price am delighted.
