I am a bit of an idiot with technology, so it was not too difficult for me!
Great picture and sound quality and at a very reasonable price. I have a similar sized LG OLED and there’s almost nothing between them (except the price!) so very happy.
I had the 43″ but unfortunately broke it by mistake with impact to the screen so thought to order a bigger one as I love watching movies – it’s such a great smart tv and it was delivered with such great care and the delivery guy was very friendly 🙂
Very happy!
Easily set up bur slow to respond to hand control.
Excellent picture and sound.
Once we put a booster on the antenna cable and got the TV on our network using a cable – we live in the country – it delivers Freeview and TV via apps, Netflix, Amazon etc.
It is easy to connect Apple devices to it and play content or display photos.
Add a USB storage device and it records TV and will playback your own content. One down side is that USB does not appear on the network as a shared device so you have to unplug the USB device and plug it into a computer to transfer files.
On the strength of this TV I’d buy another LG every time.
As a television, it’s fine. The picture and sound are good. But the software is a bit intrusive and pushes the LG content a bit too much for my liking. The was a replacement for an earlier model LG TV and I preferred the earlier version of the software, which might have had a few less features but was easier to use. Just goes to show that you can sometimes have too much of “a good thing”.
The best overall is the quality of the image.
May be I have to send it back but let’s talk to my family First. My grandson is naughty I am afraid of him. Sorry for inconvenience. Thanks
The packaging was intact…this damage occurred during transit… Believe me, I work in the logistics field. Unfortunately these things happen. Having said that, returning it has proven difficult. Apparently UPS were supposed to collect on the next working day… It’s been over week now. TV still here, refund, not here
… update!! I can confirm that this particular model is UNBEATABLE at this price point. In a twist of gd fortune, I stumbled across the very same model at 55″ for the same price!!! Very gd value for money. As with all TVs, you will need to tweak the settings to get a picture that suits you, but saying that, there are a whole host of settings so you WONT be disappointed! There is a game optimiser for all us gamers & 3D sound settings….it goes on!! Also, if you download the ThinQ app you can use voice control (Magic remote required otherwise which doesn’t come in the box). Overall, Pretty Darn good!!
Still awaiting the collection of my 43″ version.
I did not want to spend thousands on a 4K TV so this was ideal at 569.00 on Amazon Prime day. Delivered within 48 hrs and although it had a 2mm mark on the screen I was happy when Amazon reduced the price further by another 60.00. The mark is not visible when watching.
The picture quality is impressive for both terrestrial TV and digital content but comes into its own when watching anything with CGI. Various picture modes can be used such as cinema, vivid, standard etc. Although in vivid mode the screen can stutter sometimes.
All modern LCDs seem to have their speaks integrated so my concern was the sound quality compared to my old Sony which had the speakers at the bottom. There was nothing to worry about the sound quality is fine. Ok it is not 5.0 surround sound but very decent if you are happy with standard sound.
Only complaint is the power cord is short at 1.5m. I have this wall mounted to purchase a longer one.
