This is a very high quality gaming mouse. Light, easy in the hand and responsive. The battery life is excellent too. A truly superb mouse.
I’ve gone through many a mouse over the years however having one of these for the longest time without any issues I can’t recommend anything other than the Logitech g pro wireless.
Pros
– Battery life is excellent
– Input lag, never heard of her!
– Wireless
– Very comfortable to hold with alot of grip types
Cons
*cricket noises*
uhm the software has a bug or two that gets fixed within a few days… rarely?
I have tried Razer death adder and SteelSeries Rival 310 so far this is the better mouse for me. Never thought I will enjoy a wireless mouse till I got this baby! Charging is rare as hell the battery last for ever and it charges quite fast! not like the keyboard that charges slow af and the battery does not last at all…
I have large hands but this mouse feels nice and fits them. tho I would try a big hand version.
The only problem I had with it its that the sliding pads at the bottom worn out after quite a while but still they did worn out had to buy new ones. that were easy to replace and ware cheap so not a real issue there. For sure worth the money!
It’s so smooth, and with it being wireless there’s no more pulling on the mouse for the wire to extend. I had a deathadder and this g pro is 10 times better.
This is by far in a way the best mouse I have ever used.
I went from using a cheap, wired gaming mouse to this and the difference was amazing after switching. It’s so responsive and light. It has made playing FPS so much more enjoyable for me!
One small issue I have had, is that I would like a little more of a heads up that it is low battery such as a windows notification or something. I have been in the middle of FPS games and all of a sudden the mouse has completely died on me and I’ve had to rush to grab my charging cable and plug it in.
Other than this, I would recommend anyone looking for a high end mouse!
Had this mouse for over 3 months. Perfect in every way and very sleek and comfortable to use. Side buttons are easy to add or remove and it can charge whilst being used. Only downside is it’s a bit pricey but it’s well worth it in my opinion.
I wasnt sure if the wireless mouse would be good for gaming but im pretty impressed with it. It has great ergonomic design, battery life is great as I thought I would have to charge the mouse often. I have it for like 2 months and i only charged it once so the battery life is great. Overall very happy with this mouse, will never swap for wired again as I always had a problem with cable getting stuck or annoying me. This mouse is great for gaming, great response. 9.9 out of 10 for me.
There is a reason why this is a Pro mouse, a few reasons actually. The shape I have 19 x10 cm hands and palm grip my mice and honestly I feel like this shape was made for me. It’s the first mouse I’ve got that instantly felt right. The hero sensor IMO another pro level experience, fluid and accurate it really feels next level. The buttons feel exact and crisp as well helping you feeling in the zone when you use them. Then there’s the weight I mean how….. I was using a Logitech g305 while waiting on this coming(also a great mouse btw) but how is the g-pro both bigger and lighter. I got the German version and the only difference was the writing on the box as the g-pro did you dpi measurement. So as you can probably guess I highly recommend this mouse.
Incredibly quick, feels like using a wired mouse in terms of speed. I was worried there would be input delay, however I actually noticed there was less input delay on games where I would usually feel it. Battery life lasts for weeks, also able to switch to left handed if needed. Very good mouse, can’t recommend it enough
FYI. The German packaging is exactly the same as the UK. That was my initial concern before my purchase as I play fast FPS games.
First wireless mouse, not detecting any latency issues at all, battery is fricken awesome and lightweight which is a bonus. Not as light as a glorious model O which I had before my right click broke. Logitech G Pro fits my palm a lot better. Would recommend!
Since having this mouse I’m the best I’ve ever been on first person shooters. This is no joke.
The mouse is so light, it feels like a part of my hand when I’m using it.
Feedback is amazing, I can flick to targets with ease, the mouse does exactly what you want it to do.
The battery life is amazing in my opinion, it charges so quickly too. Even plugged in its usable, if the wires at the right angle. Otherwise it causes a bit of drag.
I upgraded from a wired logitech which was 6 years old.
And its a clear upgrade. I cant see myself ever buying another mouse, unless this decides to break one day.
I purchased the German version for a cheaper price but can’t see any difference.
A overall great product, as a pure gamer you should prioritise optimal gaming performance and movement with a Mouse and Keyboard, this product exquisitely shows the masterpiece of Gaming.
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS…
Firstly i will start by saying i think this mouse is kind of overrated. Good mouse overall it just is not worth 130 especially in this market where there other great wireless alternative that offer more for the same price and, also options thats are fat cheaper but offer a lot for the price. Main reasons i returned were the shape doesn’t fit palm grip well and also it doesn’t turn off with my pc even though USB port power is also off.
Absolutely the best mouse I’ve used so far, after a little upgrade with lizard skin this mouse is just a monster. Don’t know battery life ( who cares anyway). Highly recommended!!!
I love the product – its very accurate and balanced. I encountered an issue during the purchase but as always Amazon looked after me and resolved it in an instant.
I am very happy with this value product – it feels simple yet very well engineered and perfect clicks
Mice are a subjective thing but I think this might be the best mouse I ever bought.
It didn’t take a lot of time to get used to and I like that it doesn’t have tons of buttons and a flared side and tons of adjustments. I think adjustments would make me fiddle with the mouse rather than just get used to it – which I did very quickly.
Battery life is great, accuracy is, of course, top-notch, the buttons and scroll wheel ooze quality. I’m very happy indeed.
My other favourite mouse was the Logitech MX310 which they probably haven’t made for 15 years and this is the first one that I’ve thought was as much as a direct replacement as I was going to get.
I also have a Logitech G603 and although it looks identical it isn’t – it has a similar sensor but it isn’t as ‘built’ as this. I’d buy one of these again without a doubt.
Still not getting any chicken dinners but’s that’s because of my ageing brain, not the mouse 😉
Amazing for gaming, specially for FPS games, I mostly play cs go. Run very smooth, battery is lasting loads and u have a cable to pug just in case you are out of battery and u can still play. It’s amazing that I don’t have the cable anymore to get stuck under the mouse or monitor! Definitely a buy!
Really good for gaming and working. It is light is comfortable to use. The only complain i have the the software for this mouse is not working. I tried my windows 10 system and Mac OS. None of them can use this software smoothly. It’s really disappointed.
I originally was not a big fan of logitech as going back 15 years my experience with them and their first generation of desktop webcam were attrocious.
Put the past to the side and I decided to get this mouse because of my favourite siege player – Beulo.
I must say I am very impressed at the features of the mouse… the first one that threw me off is the fact that is it ambidextrous mouse, so it will fit left and right handed users. The side buttons even come with caps to replace the side that isnt used. For me personally I replaced all the side buttons as my previous mouse is the Razer abysus which has no side buttons… and i prefer it as i dont want to accidenally hit one of the buttons and end up a page back on my browser.
The mouse also has its own on-board memory meaning you can use the ‘Logitech G Hub’ app to download your own customised settings such as DPI and light colours/pattern. Then you can uninstall the app or just dont have it running in the background if you find it intrusive (which suprisingly compared to razer synapse it is far from being intrusive). This is the reason why i switched to logitech, I found that from my experience razer synapse is just a badly made software. You can also check the battery on the app and decide if you should charge or not.
Build quality, it certainly has the typical matt texture which is great. The mouse is very light and I did not expect it to be really light. The bottom also has an area for you to store the usb reciever inside for travelling. The click is very audible and feels very good.
The really cool thing is the charging cable can also attach the the usb reciever and act as an extended reciever. Then later to be detached and used for charging!
All in all very good mouse, defintely must get for the new wireless mouse meta.. you wont feel any wires tugging on your mouse when gaming.
I started with the g703, which was great until i switched up my mouse grip. I then purchased this mouse, its light, great battery life, and most importantly its perfect for all grips. The only thing its missing in my opinion is the rubbery bits that the g703 has on the sides.
TL;DR An extremely comfortable mouse with amazing battery life and clicks. I highly recommend this mouse for someone who wants a premium and long term mouse for gaming.
My experience with mice is pretty decent, as a CSGO player with 1500 hours I’ve gone through a fair share of mice throughout a few years. The G Pro Wireless in without a doubt the best mice I’ve used thus far.
Battery Life: Never been an issue, lasts for days as I keep the RGB off on the mouse and charging it takes a few minuets so there’s no complaints.
Responsiveness: I can’t tell any difference between this mouse and any other wired one. No issues whatsoever.
Comfort/Shape: The grip is use for mice is a fingertip grip and this is the most comfortable mouse I’ve used. The mice feet haven’t caused any issues and it glides very nicely without feeling too fast. Plus it’s a decently lightweight mouse so that’s an added bonus.
Clicks: The clicks on this mouse are pretty good. Nice and clicky and mouse 3 gives good feedback too. I keep my fingers on the buttons when I play and I haven’t had any accidental clicks so they aren’t too light.
Software: The software is good, you can setup different settings for different games but I don’t really bother with any of that. Easy enough to navigate and use so no complaints.
This is genuinely the nicest mouse I’ve ever owned and I’ve had my fair share of mouses side buttons are a bit funny at the start but was quick to get use to 10/10 recommend
Amazing if not the best wireless gaming mouse there is, perhaps not currently as you’re reading this but it’s probably still a great competitor with the leading mouse on the wireless gaming side of the community. Also, shroud god.
Alright, so I deliberately left creating a review for a few weeks after I got my mouse just to get a feel for it and experiment with the different uses of this mouse. Coming from a PC gamer of 5+ years, I can say that this mouse is a great addition to your peripherals if you are looking to get into shooters, RPG games, or just anything that requires quick strafing and swiping with the mouse. The fact that it’s wireless is insanely liberating given that I used to use a fixed wired mouse (Final Mouse 2015 edition) so its very practical when surfing the web and then switching up to competitive gaming.
BUILD QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE:
The buttons and scroll wheel are all exceptional quality in the build and are made of fine plastic with very slight indents on the Left Click and Right Click for a more pressure sensitive response (great for precision tap firing for FPS games) and also takes off that extra bit of build up pressure on the finger tips that I personally have experienced when using my other mouse; call me over the top but personally I feel that every little feature helps here.
FIRST THOUGHTS:
I’ve experimented with the side buttons which are very easy to install, swap and/or replace- simply slip your fingernail under the elongated part of the button and it pops off. You can clearly see where the buttons align indicated by the slot design and the pressure plates that the buttons slide into and click seamlessly!
BUTTONS AND FUNCTIONALITY:
For those who tend to map a lot of buttons to their mouse binds, installing the G pro HUB, which I’d say is quintessential (because why wouldn’t you want to customise your mouse and map it to your liking?) you can control all your page management, windows functions and even bind macros to the buttons so you can have a fully spec’d out mouse with 4 side buttons if you so wish, this can also be used for binds in games (although a lot of games tend to only allow and follow the basic rules of having your primary functions such as LMB, RMB, MMB, Scrollwheel and two side buttons but if you play heavy MMOs or RPG games where there are lots of binds that you can independently map you can feel very comfortable with 4 side buttons for sure! ;))
PLAYTIME AND FEATURES:
One of the most important features of this mouse is the lifespan of it as it is a wireless mouse and requires to be charged. Firstly, the average lifespan of this mouse when playing with is is estimated at around 72-76 hours worth of use with the RGB and LED features turned off. Personally I play with the RGB feature turned off and I just have a LED indicating my DPI and I’ve actually managed to get about 80 hours roughly before it needs to charge up.
LIGHTING:
When playing with all RGB and LED features enabled you can realistically hope for about 60 hours or so from consistent use which makes sense because its more power being used to operate. Again, it’s up to you and your intent.
CHARGING:
Charging time it cames in at there and about 2 hours of consistent charge, there is also the option to play while charging the mouse; of course this means that the mouse will charge a little slower but it is possible to get it to 100% while still using it, just bear in mind that you’ll be converting the mouse to a wired mouse for that duration so don’t attempt those MLG mouse spins across the mouse pad!
CONCLUSION:
Overall the mouse has a great weight, it’s completely ergonomic and will be ideal for someone with average sized hands, for those who favour claw/ claw fingertip grips this mouse is ideal for you but you can make it work if you’re a palm grip mouse user- just be aware that you’ll lose some precision in your fingertips due to more pressure on the buttons from your fingers.
69/10 for me personally, this mouse is great for pretty much anything, Logitech went full send with this mouse and it’s pulled through. Oh and it’s lightweight so you’re gonna be feeling as if you’re effortlessly clicking away at whatever it is!
This mouse has the best quality I’ve ever seen in a gaming mouse, the clicks are crisp, the scroll wheel is silent and smooth as butter and the removable side buttons are really neat, highly recommend for medium hands.
I had been contemplating buying this mouse for about 2 months and was mainly put off due to the price.
Initially all the mouses i have used previously where razer devices, such as the copperhead and death adder and death adder elite, However what constantly kept annoying the living hell out of me was that the rubber side grips on the death adders would fall off after 1-2 years so i decided to invest in a mouse that has no rubber grips at the side.
This is my first wireless mouse that I’ve owned and was skeptical at first because i work from home, and after I’ve finished work i generally spend most of my time on the PC playing fps shooters or watching movies so am on a PC about 16 hours a day.
I’ve had no problems with the Logitech G Hub software however did find i needed to adjust the DPI to a lower setting than i previously used with razer mice, i can only assume this is because of the superior hero sensor.
I’ve got the brightness for RGB constantly on set to 70% and have had to charge this i guess probably less than 6 since times since 12th Dec , When you do need to charge its super fast i haven’t timed it but its around 45 minutes or less.
The current battery is lasting me 57hours.
I’m not sure of how long the inactivity sleep is i guess about 10minutes or so, so it will conserve battery if you haven’t used the mouse for a while, but as soon as you move the mouse its instantly use-able.
The only one thing that does severely annoy me, is that when i turn my PC off the mouse is left on and because it can’t detect that it’s not in use because the PC is off it doesn’t go into “autosleep mode” I think the only way around this would be to go into my BIOS and turn off Power to USB whilst turned off. I’ll try this and hopefully it works!
To sum it up though, I would say the mouse is just as comfortable in my hand as Deathadder, the scroll wheel click is a lot more solid and quiet than on the razer. I do think the price was a bit steep at 115 hence only 4 stars should this lower to 100 i’d say don’t hesitate and buy and i’d give it 5 stars.
What can I say? It’s one of the best mouses out there. First, I purchased the product before 3 months. And for these 3 months, I can tell I love it. But there was a major flaw with most of the Logitech mouses and that is the scroll wheel.
I had over 100 Logitech mouses over my gaming carrier but almost everyone had that issue. The scroll wheel either stop register or middle mouse button stop working. I expected this mouse to hold reasonably good but I did not expect to break that fast. I’m using the middle mouse button a lot and the scroll wheel when I’m playing WoW, PUBG, Tarkov,CS:GO….etc. So I have a suggestion over Logitech. PLEASE MAKE THE NEXT PRO MOUSE WITH GOOD MIDDLE MOUSE BUTTON AND SCROLL WHEEL. Of course, I’ve had a replacement, but when I contacted Logitech I had to wait over a week time only to be told that I had to contact Amazon instead. And they were great, with awesome customer service provided me with a replacement just over 3 days my new mouse was with me.
Overall the mouse I great but again the weak spot is the scroll wheel and middle mouse button.
Great fingertip mouse for larger hands, or palm grip for smaller hands.
A bit slippery though, I recommend adding friction tape onto it’s sides for extra grip
A bit pricy, but worth it if you can afford it.
Great mouse, extremely lightweight with little to no drag, fits most hand sizes but concerned about durability as I’m having to replace my current g pro wireless 6 months in due to double clicking.
Bought this for gaming and I cant stress enough how nice it is to use. Lightweight and a great sensor. Probably have to charge it only once a week and then you’re good to go for long gaming sessions every day. Worth ever penny
I was searching for mice for long time and had really hard time finding one for my hand. Didn’t want to buy one which looks like space ship. For me more basic the better – I just needed them 2x side buttons. Not bothered about ambidextrous design – perfect for the hand
Super lightweight and ergonomic mouse – perfect for FPS games. No lag whatsoever.
Is price worth it? Well for me yes – no regrets, just perfect mouse in my opinion.
This isn’t the cheapest mouse in the market but it is certainly worth the money and here’s why. If you want a full detailed review check out my bio for my YouTube Channel where I’ve done an in-depth review
DESIGN – It’s been created by LogitechG division who have collaborated with eSports Pro’s and Youtubers to create what they say is the perfect eSports mouse. The design is sleeked with a nice curve, symmetrical sides allowing both left and right handed players to benefit from the shape. The overall design is subtle with the only RGB being on the rear lighting up the G Logo.
PERFORMANCE – Well what I can say the new Hero 16k sensor is sublime and both tracking and power efficiently. I’ve had the G903, Hyperflux Mamba, G305 & Corsair Dark Core and in my opinion, the G Pro Wireless is certainly at the top of the class giving me no reason to complain or feel the wifi isn’t performing as well as a wired mouse.
WEIGHT — Wow what can I said this thing feels super light and this isn’t a surprise given it comes in at 80grams. If you want a light wireless mouse then this is the one to get. If you remove the button and USB dongle you can get it down to 77grams.
QUALITY – The mouse is built for plastic and has no rubber on the sides as you might expect. This for me makes it slightly slipper than most mice, especially with the tapered edges. The coating used is smooth but in my opinion is too slippery, so you need to grip it harder than mouse mice.
BATTERY — This has been amazing with well over two weeks if not a month of use before needing to charge it. It can also be used in combination with the power play charging mousepad if you don’t even want to have to plug it in to charge it. Usual USB charge time is about 1to2hs for a full charge. The battery can’t be changed as it is integrated.
SIZE — The mouse is a medium-sized mouse with an even size all over e.g the width on the back, front and sides are very similar within 4mm.
BUTTONS — These feel great with a nice short press and click on the left & right buttons. The side one can below blanked off and if used have a very short press allowing for a rapid press and zero spongy feel.
CONNECTIVITY — No Bluetooth but you can use a USB Dongle which is slim with only about 1mm sticking out. There is also a USB cable for when it needs charging or if you want to use it wired.
SOFTWARE — This uses the Logitech G software package and within this, you can fully customise the mouse from which button you want to do what to turning off the RGB logo. The software also provides a live status if the battery status which is nice.
IN THE BOX – The box includes a custom 2m soft rubber USB cable for charging, USB block a manual and blank button. The USB dongle is located and stored under the button inside the mouse.
CONCLUSION – If you are looking for an awesome wireless mouse that can hold it’s own against the top wired mice then look no further as this G Pro Wireless is here. If you are concerned about how slippy this mouse is or are on atighter budget then check out the Logitech G305 Gaming Mouse.
Mainly got this as I really really really got tired of cables, entanglement and the weight of the cable as I move my arm around.
This solved all my issues, the battery life is really long and the sensor is really precise.
Would be a bonus if the side buttons were removable (I only use the left side buttons) and if it was more equal on the mouse feet (Back mouse feet are equal, but the front has a small ridge to pull the mouse feet out on one side only and I can feel the oddity when moving the mouse left and right at the front part of the mouse – either remove the ridge or add another on the right side too to make it more equal as an improvement suggestion. ( I have quite the sensitive hands)
The input delay must be very little, feels the same as a cable.
Bonuses would be adding adjustment of liftoff distance and modification of X/Y coordinates.
I rate this mouse 9 out of 10.
