Not stuffed enough, abit floppy in middle definitely wouldn’t pay 100 for one!
Bought for our grandson who is tiger mad, he is still in love with it four years down the line , would highly recommend.

his is a Christmas present bought early to avoid disappointment, but from what I see through the cellophane packaging it’s really quality soft and huggable and I’m sure my grandson will be delighted with his present from his grandparents

My son is a big fan of Jungle animals, we already have the tiger and lion from your collection. He has had these for a few years now and they are still going strong, we decided to buy our son this white tiger for his 8th birthday to add to his collection. Tiger is absolutely beautiful, better than I imagined actually. My son has named him snowflake we absolutely love your large plush animals the quality is phenomenal and I wouldn’t purchase from anywhere else. It’s hard to find such good quality these days. Comes in a plastic wrapping and box, the tigers fur is soo soft! 10/10 makes an amazing gift.
My 3 1/2 year old grandson in the UK loves this penguin that we sent him for Valentine’s Day. It is very realistic looking and soft and cuddly. He likes sleeping with it and holding it when he reads his penguin books.
We bought it as a birthday present for a lockdown 4 year old who loves penguins. We only saw her response on zoom and ongoing in photos, but it was an instantly adored gift and such a lovely size for a 4 year old (almost as big as her!). It is incredibly soft and cuddly (we received it then wrapped it to deliver) and good quality. Melissa and Doug toys are always spot on, lovely quality, reasonably priced, instantly loveable, it was a complete hit!

My Granddaughter absolutely loves her penguin. We were unfortunate in having to get a replacement as the first one came apart at a seam on the cheek and the fluff started to come out. I had no problem in getting a refund on this and so far the replacement appears to be OK. Fingers crossed as she will be so upset if this one develops the same flaw

Elephants legs bend very easily. They must have wire in them but it’s not sturdy. I have a one year old and after learning on the elephant the legs are bent. Body is sturdy and snuggly. Looks great as a centre point / visual

Absolutely beautiful penguin very realistic looking. My son had asked Santa for a really life penguin’ this is the closest thing we could find without adopting one (which he would expect to come live with us) he fell in love with this and sleeps with it every night, sits and watched movies with it too. Amazing softness and really stuffed. Brilliant worth every penny.
Used this guy for a raffle and everyone went nuts for him it’s very well made, good balance of cute and realistic. Voted as great for hugs perfect size and quite firm. If your kid wants a penguin this guys the next best thing.

This really is a large toy, longer than my son. He now has a double bed and looks hilarious curled up next to this at night. The Melissa and Doug brand is very reputable and the quality of this is no disappointment. If there was a disappointment is that after snagging a bargain, the price dropped by about 7, although now gone up. Besides I’m very happy and so is my son.
Thought it was a /lot/ smaller then it was when purchased, my mistake, as it’s half the size of myself as a 5’6 woman – but, my friend loved it! So didn’t have to return it. Child friendly besides the eyes, which are made of plastic. Not tried to pick off, but, they seem sturdy. Is a little bland to the touch, but still pleasant. Very happy
Ok, so yes this is nothing but a very large penguin but if you have a penguin fan then this is something that they will no doubt like. My seven year old daughter got this for her twin brother for Christmas, he’s a big penguin fan and loved it. It is probably the most popular present that he got! He’s even taken it to bed with him which is quite amusing as it really is large. I’ve no idea what we will do with it long term but for now it stands next to his bed and he’s happy. It seems to be great quality and is soft and cuddly.
Gorgeous lion, full of character, great detail and size make it look much more realistic than many plush toys, majestic but not scary. Autistic son loves it, big enough to hug and lie on while engaging in other activities. Quality is good, each lion we have purchased (a few now) has given years of love under extreme 24/7 use. Each lion comes well packed in a relatively small box quickly springing to full size upon removal.
I read the reviews on this before hand and was cautious but I am so pleased with this. It’s gorgeous and really well made! I can’t wait for my little boy to unwrap on his birthday as I know he will love it. The price changes often so I wouldn’t have wanted to pay the full rate but had the price not lowered I think it’s worth every penny even at full price! Very rarely are we let down with Melissa and Doug Toys.
He’s lovely soft material, well sewn and much lighter than I expected, money well spent, sadly the daughter now wants other giant cuddly toys and I suspect I will end up living in the shed to make space for them all.
Purchased for my daughter after she saw the John Lewis TV Advert. Fantastic quality, superb price, it’s bigger than her and she LOVES it, thank you Amazon for excellent service and delivery, we had it in plenty of time for Christmas but couldn’t wait to give it to her so she had it immediately. It was so lovely we had to buy another one for her Grandmother who loved it too when she saw it!!
What attracted me to this model was the side and the price of the item – similar plushies can go for more than double the price (paid 30 quid), and this model really was great value for money.
The best aspect of the plush is that it’s great to hug and snuggle – there’s just enough stuffing in the top half of the tiger to make it wonderful to hug, and in my opinion, this is the best thing about the tiger.
Now onto some drawbacks. Comparative to the positives, there will be a lot of them simply because I’m pointing out all of the small aesthetic errors in this model and compared to the positives, they are small:
1. The bottom half of the tiger is smaller (and less stuffed) than the top half. This is one of the easier things that could’ve been prevented.
2. The head is plastic – not a bad thing in my eyes but be careful if you were expecting a full stuffed head.
3. Some of the sticking is visible and dodgy here and there. None that I’ve seen so far to be easy to break, but if you’re giving this to a reckless son/daughter, just be careful.
4. The tail is limp and kind of represents a long sock.
Overall, the sheer value for money for this product beats the little errors here and there. I’m not sure about others but I would pay an extra tenner or so to see these errors ironed out and a little more time spent in the stiching.
Looked everywhere for one of these for my little girl and when I found this I was shocked at how realistic it looks, some of the other plush lions out there look a little cartoony, and thats fine if that’s what you are looking for, but this looks really authentic. It’s pretty big as well! My three year old loves anything to do with lions, so this was ideal. She climbs all over it, cuddles it and does horsey rides on it. Seriously, if you have a child who adores lions get this!
