Das Design der Uhr gefllt mir richtig gut. Gold und Silber scheint nicht fr jedermann zu sein aber ich finde die Uhr sieht super aus.
Sie hat ein rundes goldenes Edelstahlgehuse mit schwarzem Zifferblatt. Ist Silberfarben und hat ein Edelstahlband, das sich auch nach belieben verkleinern lsst.
Sie hat ein 44-mm-Gehuse, Mineralglas, Quarzwerk mit analoger Chronographenanzeige und 22-mm-Bandbreite.
Die Uhr soll Wasserdicht sein bis zu 50m. Tragbar beim schwimmen im flachen Wasser. Aber zum Schwimmen ist die Uhr viel zu schick und zu schade.
Ich bin mehr als begeistert von dieser Uhr und der Mann der sie trgt hat sich riesig darber gefreut. Ich mein die Uhr sieht ja auch richtig edel und schick aus. Vor allem wenn man dazu einen Anzug trgt.

If you like a chunky and heavy watch, this is a fantastic looking timepiece. It carries a classic style, in simple silver and gold. Beyond the face, there is very little to distract the eye. Inside the wide face, Roman numerals show the time, with small dials which can be used as a stopwatch (one for seconds on a 60s dial, one for minutes on a 30m dial and one for 24hr clock conversion). There is also a small day of the month display. These dials are quite small, so keen eyesight is required should you need to use these.
The watch is very quiet in operation, the manual ticking can only be heard up close. The hands are easy to see with white filling the gold outlines (faintly luminous hands).
The Michael Kors logo is not overstated, despite the large face.
I found the inside presentation a little lacklustre. The watch is presented around a cardboard tube, which unfortunately looks like a toilet roll. I’m sure the MK design team could have done better. A manual is included, which is in a tiny font, which is more prevalent with manuals now, though no less frustrating.
Link removal kit not included. Likely to fit large wrists out of the box.
A beautiful classic watch, well made, with some weight to it.
Sehr schnelle Lieferung und uerst sichere Verpackung – die Uhr wurde binnen 24 Stunden nach der Bestellung geliefert. Es handelt sich hierbei um die nagelneue, ungetragene Ware.
Die Uhr sieht sehr solide aus und wiegt auch einiges, so man das alte, gute Gefhl bekommt, wie es vor einiger Zeit noch sehr schick und stylisch war. Die Zahlen sind recht deutlich zu sehen und zu lesen, auch wenn sie etwas gewhnungsbedrftig sind, weil sie weder arabisch noch rmisch sind. Allerdings finde ich das sehr besonders, denn solche Zahlen hat bestimmt keine andere Uhr. Das Aussehen kann allerdings tuschen und zwar in die teurere Richtung, denn in der letzte Zeit habe ich schon 3 Fragen von meinen Kollegen bekommen, wozu ich eine berteure goldene Uhr brauche. Also, das besttigt meine Meinung ber das schicke Aussehen relativ eindeutig.
Das Armband lsst sich um einige Einheiten verkleinern, sodass quasi jeder Mann sie tragen kann. Fr eine dnne Frau oder ein Kind wird die Uhr dennoch etwas zu schwer sein, sowie auch etwas zu gro. Fr die bestimmte Kleidung wie zum Beispiel ein blauer Anzug passt die Uhr perfekt. Auch ein Mantel erzeugt einen tollen Kontrast damit.
Sehr schicke Uhr, die von mir absolut verdient 5 Sterne bekommt, sowie eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
This is a lovely looking watch which arrived in a nicely presented box; however, i feel for the price the interior could have been better cushioned as the watch kept wanting to drop down and fall back.
Talking about the price, this watch is currently priced at 186 which for similar watches on Amazon appears to be at the higher end.
Michael Kors is a luxury designer brand and this watch certainly does give that appearance, it has a nice weight to it and the analogue face looks expensive and attractive.
The face of the watch is oversized which has been in fashion for a while now and is unlikely to go out of style, the only product potentially to be worn more daily is the smart watch. This watch for most won’t be worn daily, however, and would more-like to be brought out for special occasions.
Die Uhr kommt in einem hbschen Karton und ist sicher und kratzgeschtzt untergebracht. Der Michael Kors gebrandete Chronograph stammt tatschlich aus dem Hause Fossil. Damit sollte eine vernnftige Qualitt gewhrleistet sein, wenngleich man vom Innenleben nichts weiter erfhrt als dass es sich um ein Quartzwerk handelt (klar bei diesem Preis) und dass die Uhr in China hergestellt wurde. Vom Armband bis zum Zifferblatt ist die Verarbeitungsqualitt der sichtbaren Teile jedenfalls tadellos. Dass man hier nicht die Qualittsanmutung einer Schweizer Uhr in der Liga vierstelliger Preise erwarten kann ist klar.
Die Gre von 44mm wird nicht fr jeden Mann geeignet sein. Das wei man aber vorher. Nachteilig ist daran allerdings, dass die Chronographenzifferbltter etwas verloren aussehen. Das kommt davon, wenn man ein kleines Standardwerk verbaut, aber das Gehuse grer macht. Ein hufiger Designfehler, auch bei mechanischen Uhren.
Die vorstzlich groen rmischen Zahlen weisen darauf hin, dass es sich hier um eine reine Modeuhr handelt, bei der die Funktionalitt im Hintergrund steht. Dass Herr Kors hier auf Bicolor setzt, also Gold und Silber kombiniert, ist speziell bei Herrenuhren etwas fragwrdig. Da sich das Gold aber nicht im Armband wiederfindet, sondern nur als Ring ums Zifferblatt und bei Krone und Drckern halte ich das noch fr ertrglich – es ist aber sicher nicht jedermanns Geschmack (als Tipp, falls Sie die Uhr verschenken wollen).
Erfreulich ist, dass entgegen der Produktbeschreibung und der Produktbilder doch ein Kalender eingebaut ist. Dieser ist sehr klein, aber immerhin.
Insgesamt also eine vergleichsweise hochwertige Modeuhr, deren Design man mgen kann oder nicht. Wenig Gefallen findet allerdings der Preis: Hier bezahlt man in erster Linie den Namen, der natrlich kein Name in der Uhren-, sondern in der Modewelt ist. Fr das Gebotene ist die Uhr zum UVP jedenfalls deutlich zu teuer (was hier nicht bewertet werden soll, da sich Preise ja oft ndern). Wenn einem die Uhr gefllt und man sie zu einem guten Kurs erstehen kann, spricht aber nichts gegen einen Kauf.
Die Uhr gefllt mir sehr gut, Das Edelstahlgehuse ist zwar etwas schwerer, macht die Uhr aber auch gleich wertiger. Das Mineralglas ist nicht entspiegelt. Das Zifferblatt und die Zeiger lassen sich leicht ablesen. Beide haben auch eine Fluoreszenz-Beschichtung. Die Zahlen 12, 4 und 8 sind in rmischen Ziffern dargestellt. wobei normalerweise die 4 anders geschrieben wird. Die Stoppuhr-Funktion ist nur Sekundengenau und es kann auch keine Zwischenzeit genommen werden.
Das Armband lsst sich um 6 Glieder krzen.
Uhrzeit und Datum knnen ber die Krone eingestellt werden und die Uhr bleibt solange stehen, bis sie wieder hineingedrckt wird.
I can’t explain why (it eludes me) but this suggests Italian elegance (maybe the Roman numerals). The person wearing this would be successful in their chosen business. They would wear this as a fashion item with a tailored white shirt, some gold jewellery (maybe cufflinks, or a simple neck chain) for a subtle statement of success.
If that is the image one wants to project, this watch will do it.
What it isn’t is a great timepiece. Yes, it keeps great time but don’t be fooled by the photos – the dial is much smaller and the three inset dials almost impossible to read, certainly without effort. Trying to check the date or read the stopwatch – give up. Wear it as a statement. Be OK with just knowing hours and minutes. Have something that is not run of the mill or copycat of Rolex/Omega. The wearer of this watch does not follow the crowd.
This is a really nice watch with a pretty clean, modern design. it reminded me a little of a Cartier Calibre in its styling with the curved, bold numerals and that’s no bad thing at all as the Cartier is one of my favorite semi-formal watches ever. It’s quite large, following in the 44-45mm “oversize” trend, which I actually really like and if you have worn any modern watches you’ll likely find the size to be about average for what’s on the market these days. It’s nice and chunky and has good heft, but it’s not overly ridiculous and evades clown territory.
Traditionally, designer watches in this price bracket are rarely recommended as good investments from “watch people”, with the idea being that something from Seiko or Citizen would be a better watch for the same money as you’re paying mostly for the name with designers. I feel like that’s a bit of an outdated view now though and this watch is really well made, with all the quality touches you’d expect. The face is really cleanly and crisply printed, with all the embossing, raised areas and texture being really well done. I’ve tried to include a macro shot of the face so you can see for yourself.
I took it apart because.. well of course I did. I like watches and I was curious. The movement is a Japanese Quartz movent. These movements are quite cheap but reliable, keep good time and are very easy to find a watch dealer who can service and repair if you ever need to as these movements probably make up 90%+ of their business. Ultimately, Michael kors watches are made by Fossil, so they’re not messing around. They have good QC, are reliable and function at a good level in my experience.
Overall, as a bit of a watch nerd, I thought this was a great looking watch that is well made and holds its own amongst every other watch I have in my collection at the same price point. I actually think Michael Kors makes some really good looking watches and the Calibre-like styling of this one is really beautiful. All the details are spot on to give it a luxury feel and as designer watches go, this one looks classy, feels good and I’m confident in its construction. If I was to knock it for anything, I think the box it comes in is a bit simple, but then I suppose on the flip-side you’re not paying for an extrvagent box, so maybe that’s a good thing. I think this watch is ideal if you’re looking for a classic, modern chronograph with a versatile, semi-formal feel, either as a gift or for yourself. At the very least it is worth putting on your shortlist for sure.
