My little dog seems to like this mat. It’s very good quality, bright and cheerful, and very suitable for holding food and water bowls, a bone, etc and cleans up immediately, under a tap.

This set of 4 x ORTOTO interlocking massage puzzle floor mats arrived boxed.
According to the description these mats are orthopedic mats for dogs, but I couldn’t find this information on the box.
I’ve ordered it for my border collie, who has hips displasia.
The mats look and feel of a decent quality, quite flexible and are easy to keep clean.
I’m not sure how these orthopedic sensory mats help my dog, but it seems that she enjoys to walk and sleep on them, so I’ve added it to her daily rehabilitation routine.
Interestic design, my dogs likes them, but I’m not sure how it supposed to help with her condition, quite pricey.
Excellent quality of these acupressure mats.

I really like that they interlock if needed but you can also use them apart from each other.

I confess to being baffled by these mats at first. They were advertised as being for dogs, and the raised paw prints seem to support that idea. When they duly arrived in their lovely box with its carrying handle, disturbed, because they had slumped to the bottom and taken a set, the accompanying instructions had no mention of dogs, or pets. The text and illustrations referred to people jumping up and down, and performing other exercises on the mats. I can confirm that these mats are quite challenging to stand on, and I wouldn’t consider jumping on them. I had to go back to the listing, and then to the manufacturer’s website to get answers The listing seems to have been updated now with more relevant information, and a video. They are indeed intended for dogs.
The four mats are hollow and quite light, and they can be joined by their jigsaw-puzzle articulated edges. Ours still haven’t quite flattened out yet. The material seems to be of high quality, and should last, as you might expect at 45 for the set. With a little encouragement, the dogs have ventured across them, and have not indicated any discomfort in doing so, but equally no desire to repeat the challenge. The Chinese Crested in the video seems similarly unenthusiastic.
I am not able to offer any insights about the therapeutic uses or benefits of these mats, but I don’t doubt that they have a place.
I ordered tbese for my son who loves all things sensory and he loves them so much. Kinda hurts to walk on with bare feet but it’s also relaxing at the same time
Really excited about these mats – I’ve seen our chiropractor use similar mats with kids so I’m looking forward to using them in our sessions with the dogs.
I like that they interlock if needed but you can also use them apart from each other for a larger dog or if you just want to work on only front or back legs for example.
I think they’ll be great for proprioception work on dogs and would be a great addition to anyone training their dogs for activities like agility, HTM or flyball where back end awareness is important.
The mats are much more flexible than anticipated and I think they must be more comfortable for dogs to stand on than the pods you can get as my dogs were much happier to stand on these than the plastic pods that a lot of people use.
Great addition to a training/maintenance kit for active dogs.
Wir sind wirklich zufllig auf das Produkt gestossen (Amazon scheint vlt doch mehr ber uns zu wissen, als man es manchmal vermuten wrde).
Da wir (4 kpfige Familie) begeisterte Waldbesucher sind und dort auch oft auf Abenteuerwanderwegen unterwegs sind, kennen und lieben wir natrlich auch in der Sommerzeit die zur Verfgung stehenden Barfusswanderwege.
Da die Gelegenheit hierfr recht begrenzt ist, hngt ja auch sehr vom Wetter und der Jahreszeit ab, haben wir uns insgeheim auch schon gefragt ob es ein vergleichbares Produkt gibt.
Hier wurden wir letztlich, zwar zufllig und ungeplant, auf das beschrieben Produkt aufmerksam.
Wir haben uns entsprechend auch mit der Produktbeschreibung der Firma beschftigt und waren auch im Kurzen Austausch was die Qualittsmerkmale betrifft.
Wichtig war fr uns, dass es nicht irgendein China-Ramsch” ist.
Als uns dies besttigt war und wir ein gutes Gefhl hatten, wurde natrlich umgehend geordert.
Was soll ich sagen:
Das paket traf wie bebildert ein und die Liebe zum Details war schon zu erkennen. Die Verpackung ist nicht foliert und die Beilagen sind allesamt recyclebar.
Die Haptik der Baustein” ist sehr wertig und riecht auch nicht unangenehm.
Es war alles schnell aufgebaut und lsst sich frei anordnern. Erkennbar auch den Produktbildern des Herstellers – es lsst sich natrlich auch beliebig erweitern.
Wir haben den Barfuss-Indoorwanderweg” nun im Bereich der Kinderzimmer aufgebaut und hier wird voller Begeisterung nach dem Aufwachen, dem Heimkommen und vor dem Sprung ins Bett ordentlich marschiert”.
Meine Frau denkt sogar, nach Austausch mit Kollegen in der Schule, nach, hier weitere Sets zu ordern. Diese dann auch zu gewissen Projekten mit den Klassen zu nutzen.
Also wir sind begeistert und freuen uns auch in den nicht ganz so warmen Jahreszeiten unseren eigenen Barfusswanderweg nutzen zu knnen 😉
I rarely write product reviews but given that this one doesn’t have many I decided to write one. I was very satisfied with the quality of these acupressure mats; and the ability to assemble those into various patterns and place around a house was a great advantage for me, especially since I often work from home. They also integrated well into my daily stretching routine. In sum: great product, would definitely recommend!
