I absolutely love this baby monitor! The picture quality is great and it’s so easy to set up! There’s many positives about this not needing wifi. Not only does it mean that there’s no set up required, but it also means that it’s not connected to the internet. You can get all sorts of cheap wifi cameras, but you never know who’s watching on the other end!
For something like a baby monitor, you want utmost security and assurance that nobody else is watching, and you can only achieve that with an offline device like this which works flawlessly!
Overall, I think this is a brilliant baby monitor that works flawlessly, has great quality sound and picture, and is offline! Would highly recommend!
This is a great setup, very well made and easy to use. The camera gives a great picture on the large bright screen and two-way audio means you can talk to your little one or play a lullaby without missing a minute of Strictly. You can even pan and tilt the picture or zoom in too. Great stuff and though quite expensive would make a great gift for new parents.
Although this is a fairly basic baby monitor it does have most of the features that are needed.
I found this easy to setup and install following the instructions provided and I like the fact that this can be used without Wi-Fi or needing to download an app.
The screen is a decent size and the picture quality is pretty good. It has two-way talk and a selection of lullabies. The the feeding schedule and thermometer are also a couple of useful features.
I think my only negative is that the sound could be improved but there again this is a basic monitor at a budget price.

I’ve not heard of this brand before but I am really impressed cannot fault it. I was having so much trouble with a Motorola one I bought it just kept picking up excess noise that wasn’t in the room and disconnecting so I decided to try this one. It is brilliant haven’t had any connectivity issues, worked straight away and the image quality is really clear. Would definitely recommend.
Compared with 1080p monitor, this 720p doesn’t have good picture quality, however other functions works good ,large led screen,easy to use.
Very happy with this baby monitor! The camera was easy to mount. Easy to set up the monitor. Good quality video images. I like being able to talk to my kids through the camera when they are playing. I love that I can rotate the camera. Again great for when my kids are playing as I can see where ever they are in the room! The parent monitor is easy to navigate. Easy to adjust sound and to play the lullabies. Overall I’m really happy with this camera and it’s quality!

I really like this big screen and the fact the it’s 340 too helps you the the entire room which is helpful when little ones are older and are playing in a separate room to you. The picture quality is nice and everything seems to work well including the night vision and the microphone. Would recommend!
This is a really good camera and I love the screen that comes with it and the picture but for a cheaper price(at the time of writing) you can get the 1080p version of this camera which has a slightly bigger screen and of course a better camera so I would personally go for that one instead

This is a very decent baby monitor. It’s better than BT monitors, at it is more reliable, but it is not quite as refined as the Motorola monitors I have tried.
It has a portable 5-inch screen for parents, and offers a two-way talk feature, so you can try to calm a crying child without going into their room.
Other features include rotating the camera from the parent handset, and a temperature monitor.
The image is clear, but with and without night vision, and it’s easy to set up and use.
Price possibly a bit steep given what else is on the market.

It is easy to set up. It includes a 5″ screen in 720P HD clarity baby camera monitor.
Image is crisp and clear. It has a 2 way audio so you can hear the baby from the other room. It has 4x Digital Zoom tilts 110 and pans 340 to provide better view of the room.
This is something that provides peace of mind while doing other stuff at home.
Overall I am happy with it because it’s easy to set up & video quality is great too.

This is a very nice baby monitor with plenty of functions and features to assist you with taking care of your baby. For me, personally, I don’t require a lot of the features, so it feels “too powerful” for me.
My main use is pretty much just the baby monitor, which is the most important factor, and in this regard, it serves really well.
The picture quality from the camera is really good and the monitor is a 720p display, so combined, you get very good picture quality. The night vision of the camera is pretty good as well, so all-in-all, it does well as a baby monitor.
The two-way sound is also a great feature, because it allows sound to be communicated both ways. This way, if your baby starts crying, you will find out quickly, or if you hear them stirring, you can gently speak to them, which may help them fall back asleep.
I don’t find the VOX mode particularly helpful for me, so it’s not really someone I rely on. Similarly, the lullabies aren’t something I use, and this goes for the temperature and feeding reminders as well.
There’s a zoom function for the camera, but again, not really a required feature for my use.
94.99 with a 5% off voucher still puts this a 90.24, which is very expensive in my opinion. While the camera is of a very nice quality, you can get marginally cheaper alternatives that do what I need it to. The additional features are nice and is what makes this price justifiable, but only if you need it. In my case, it’s just too much for me, since I just need a basic baby monitor.
For a baby monitor this one is up there with the big boys, the screen quality and picture was great, very suprised at the range, there wasent a place in the house that it didn’t work.

This monitor is pretty good – being a standalone camera and monitor it can be used independently of any wifi network and not needing a smartphone/app which reduces the risk of others hijacking the feed.
The volume is good. We didn’t encounter any issues with range. Connection remained throughout – no issues here. The image quality was good, the sound sensor was effective. Unexpected bonus was the built in thermometer, the lullabies and a multitude of settings to fiddle with. At 95 this is a decent monitor.
The picture quality on this is really good, it’s definitely not 4k but for a little monitor like this you definitely see all the details you could possibly need.
The night vision is just as crisp and the infrared light does not cause any irritation.
It’s very easy to move the camera around and see the entire environment.

A neat and well-made baby monitor with good video feed quality at an acceptable price. It’s a simple plug and play device that doesn’t require internet connection to work.
All the functions are easy to use and work as described. It has two-way audio so you can both hear what’s going on and speak remotely from the monitor. The image is clear and sharp with a zoom function which negates the need to squint to look for the finer details and the night vision mode works well too. I appreciate that the 5 inches screen is large enough for the purpose.
The transmission works within 1000ft, so you can take the monitor anywhere around the house as long as it is within the range, it should work fine. We live in a three storey townhouse, we tested this, took the monitor downstairs and upstairs, and had no problem with the signal.
The sound is clear, volume is also very good, battery life on the unit lasts quite a long time too. The monitor itself is quite robust, and stands being thrown by my toddler son.

This is a great quality camera with monitor. I was previously using a camera and an APP to monitor my daughter but when you need to use your phone then monitoring is impossible. So this is perfect as it has a dedicated 5inch screen that’s portable. It allows you to talk two way if needed so I can talk to her without going in the room.
I like the temperature monitor too.. helps me to see if she may be too hot or too cold.
Overall a nice quality camera and monitor that can be moved around easily and gives me piece of mind.
On the flip side of not having an APP it does mean you can’t see when away from the home if someone else is looking after your child and you want to check in.
Great baby camera. The video quality is clear and it has a good range for staying connected with the monitor which you can carry around the house while viewing your baby. Great high end baby monitor. The picture quality was crystal clear.
I had no issues with range from the camera to the monitor itself. I was able to take it outside in my backyard, and still have a solid connection. Distance wise was about 300 ft and another story up.
Set up was a simple plug and play, which is always a bonus!
As for speaker quality, it’s loud enough to hear with the monitor by you, but its not overly loud where you can have it placed a distance away and still pick it up.
All in all I find no flaws with this baby monitor, It is on the pricy but for the quality, wireless capabilities I’d say it is priced accordingly.

This is a baby monitor that features a separate screen from the video recorder, rather than use an App on your phone to monitor, the dedicated screen is sharp and concise, and since its 5″ screen is reasonably big for a baby monitor, the 720P resolution is perfect.
Like all good baby monitors, the cam can pan and tilt. However, there is an added feature which I found be quite impressive; that is the VOX mode. The cam will automatically switch on and alert you when the cam detects a sudden noise i.e a baby crying. You can then tend to the baby’s cries or use two-way talk to soothe the baby. Very useful and smart indeed.
Overall, a very effective and functional baby cam that does more than the usual cam.

You don’t have to worry about WiFi or apps as the monitor and camera connect via wireless. The image quality and PTZ controls work very well. Overall a good quality baby video monitor and worth the money.
No one doubts the value of babycams and this one (early days) is performing as one hoped. The father of my new niece set the system up and the only issue was getting power to the camera where it was to be placed as it requires a live power feed through USB cable.
Test runs worked and the reassurance it gives enables the new parents to be more relaxed.
The view screen is chargeable, meaning it can be moved around, so into the kitchen when cooking or making drinks, in the lounge when relaxing. It even has the range to work when out on the patio (but that would vary in other homes).
This monitor has good reception and was able to power through our home with over a hundred competing wireless devices that may or may not cause interference. Picture and audio was fine for a monitor – good enough for peace of mind.
I really like using the large monitor instead of needing to use my phone. Very handy and I’d never go back.

The Paris Rhone Baby Monitor is priced at $279.37 at the time of this review. The monitor and camera pair without each other instantly upon turning on the power function and doesn’t require any connection to wifi or downloadable apps, which I appreciate. The monitor itself is feature rich – audio detection notification when your child makes a sound, with the ability to communicate to your child immediately using the microphone function. When sound is detected, the screen will illuminate itself, you can even adjust the sensitivity to level – we had to do this because our little one snores and if the sensitivity is medium or high, the screen would constantly illuminate, so we keep it at low sensitivity.
Other functions include the ability to zoom and rotate with a pan option. The daytime vision is crystal clear with good quality picture and the night vision is above average with no complaints. The range between both devices is fantastic, I can take the monitor anywhere in our home without the connection being interrupted. And finally, the settings on the monitor have a temperature, lullabies and feeding options – basically everything you can think of is included in this baby monitor.
Baby monitor does everything you need it too. This is great, the video quality is the best I have ever seen, normally its grainy In low light and that’s when you need it most, but this one doesn’t have that issue. Its super easy to set up and use, and really is a fantastic piece of kit, just what you need to help ease your mind when you have a baby or pet you need to monitor closely
Our previous baby monitor was ditched once our little one was out of her cot into a bed. She now has a large treehouse style bed and I’m always worried about her trying to get out of it in the night and fall down the ladders. Great little video baby monitor. The camera itself and the receiver screen are a little bulky but other than that I can’t fault it. It has a really clear, full colour 5 inch screen, night mode is just as clear although greyscale. The camera can zoom 4X as well as being able to adjust the view horizontally and vertically from the screen panel. There is a 2 way talk function so you are able to talk to your little one without entering the room. You are able to purchase additonal cameras to link up to the same screen which is incredibly useful if you have multiple infants. The screen displays the temperature of the room as well as showing lights for volume levels if you prefer to not have the audio turned on. There are also some more unusual features like there are 5 lullabies you can have the camera play for your little one and a feeding reminder. Really easy and quick to set up. Competitively priced in comparison to similar products. Would recommend.
The camera has good rotation angles both horizontally and vertically. Up to four cameras can be placed with a single remote.
It has a coupling at the bottom to screw to camera supports, an advantage that will allow you to place the camera suspended in the air if you wish.
The camera has good battery performance and the image is quite sharp.
Disadvantages that I see.
The screen is not touch, you have to use the buttons on the control.
However It’s a good product. It works very well.

It comes with a very sober look, although the shape is that of a classic surveillance camera, the materials used give a touch of captivating design.
Being able to be positioned both on a wall and on a base, it is a real surprise of technology and innovation.
Controls are fluid and immediate.
Video quality is excellent even in poor light or absolute darkness.
The audio is good and does not tend to “croak” when trying to reassure your child and environmental listening manages to pick up even the slightest noises.
The screen is particularly large, 5 inches, and offers clear and realistic images, even in night vision.
It offers a stable, secure and interference-free connection.
In addition, I can move it freely, without the clutter of wires.
It is particularly compact and space-saving and you can place it anywhere without too many problems.
My older daughter helped me test this while I was downstairs and she was upstairs.
Pros:
The video quality was crisp and clear. And I was surprised that you could spin the camera 360 degrees around, which is certainly a useful feature in the toddler years when they start sneaking out of bed. I walked around to see if I’d lose connection or get static, but no issues. The option to play lullabies remotely is great. It also has a feeding schedule reminder.
Cons:
I had some trouble getting the talkback feature to work (so she could hear me speaking), but eventually I figured it out. The audio wasn’t as crystal clear as I would have liked, but we were still able to communicate back and forth.
If the monitor and the camera are in the same room it emits a high-pitched feedback sound. It mentions that in the manual as well — so you definitely don’t want them to get too close if you have a sleeping baby in the house.
Overall, I think it’s a great baby monitor and would be a great addition to any nursery.
The picture quality is decent at 720p, there’s no real lag in time to the monitor, and the monitor size is plenty large. I’d like to see it in 1080p plus the option to connect wirelessly with other devices, but it’s not a bad price for what you get.

Convenient baby/pet monitor. The 5 inch screen is bright and clear. It supposedly has a 1000 foot range, which is crazy. I have only used it within my home , camera on 2nd floor and monitor on 1st floor as well as basement, with no issues at all. The night vision is as good as any security camera I have ever tried. It works on 2.4 GHz. The pan is almost 360 degrees, 340 to be exact, but the tilt is only 100 degrees, but that is all you really need, unless your baby or pets can walk on the ceiling. Over all A good camera monitoring system, that should last the test of time. I hope this helps in your decision making.
Absolutely a good baby monitor to get. It has a great size screen to to view. The screen is clear and pretty detailed showing. There are many functions as well and they are all very useful. The speaker is well made and it can play the sound clear to differciate how the baby is doing.

– This baby monitor system from PARIS RHNE is really good and has good quality built material. The monitor screen is solid. The camera and pan and tilt are very useful. I like the design of temperature probe to read the room’s temperature.
– The unit comes with 2 long usb cables and 2 adapters, which is excellent as many electronics don’t bother to include adapters nowaday. Both units use usb-C ports. Kudos to them for using the usb-c ports instead of micro-usb. The camera requires to be plugged in all the time and the available usb-cable is long enough that you can use it quite far from a power plug. There is also a bracket for you to install on the wall if you like.
– The monitor is battery operated and so you can really bring it anywhere in the house with you when needed. It’s not a touch panel and the buttons on the sides really make things easy to use. Simple to operate.

This baby monitor from Paris Rhone has a 5 inch 720p display. While wifi security cameras are much cheaper and you can usually use a free app for viewing, I would rather avoid them for the baby. The main reason is security, and I do want to keep the images of the baby off the internet. The other reason is when travelling. It is such a pain to redo the setup at every new location. This baby monitor solves both issue. Set this up once, then you can take it with you and use it anywhere. No wifi? No problem. The range is pretty good and I can use the camera and display anywhere in the house but the display resolution is just okay so I will call it adequate.
Overall, this baby monitor is for parents who value the added security and who travels with the baby from time to time.
The Paris Rhone Video Baby Monitor is just what a new mom needs. It is very safe to use and will provide the security a new mom wants for her baby. It has sound detection, sound alarm, cry alarm, plays lullabies, two way talking and overall surveillance when baby is in the crib. It has a rechargeable battery. Small enough not to stand out too much. Every nursery needs one.
I’ve used this to monitor an infant mostly during the night. He is pretty active and so it is important to watch and put him back in his crib when/if he climbs out. The infrared high def display has been pretty helpful, I can see clearly what is going on and can find where in the room he is if he leaves. I mounted it to the wall, and it doesn’t seem out of place and is sturdy. I can also call out to him, and make noises when he is afraid after being left alone in the room when it’s time to go sleep. Overall, this is a great and highly functional baby monitor! Really happy to have gotten this, and would highly recommend.
Man oh man, this is a great monitor. Everything you need is provided in the box and both the camera and monitor have protective covers overtop to ensure they are not scratched. I am so happy that we don’t have to waste our entire battery on cellphones to watch our children anymore like with our old monitor system. The display screen is a very generous size and like that it has a little kickstand to support it being upright if you are in the kitchen or just busy and still wanting to observe. It does need to be placed closer to the desired viewing area than with our last which was able to be tucked on the other side of the room but it still does a great job. You can pan and tilt the camera with the display screen along with a talk function that works well if needing to communicate which allows you to stay out of the room. It’s easy to install/use and the range on this is perfect, we havent cut out while wondering around with it once. It’s good for charging and overall and we would certainly recommend this.
This is a fairly decent baby monitor system (or whatever else you wanna monitor without involving your phone) that’s well made and works right outta box without any issues whatsoever. It supports a max of 4 cameras (sold separately) should you need it.
The physical build quality is fairly decent with any visible defects or any other quality related issues which I occasion find amongst products of this type. The camera must be powered via USB-C in order to function while the monitor/display does have built-in battery rated at 3600 mAh (didn’t test) and it can be used WHILE it’s being charged. The reception is pretty decent and while I dunno what the absolute max is it does work at about 50-60ft indoor with 2 walls in between and that’s good enough for me.
The user interface is reasonably intuitive and it’s easy to work with all the buttons and whatnot. A number of settings can be adjusted including brightness, audio sensitivity, multi-camera view (supports a max of 4), temp monitoring etc. The video quality is fairly good (better than expected actually) given the circumstances (720p/H.264 @ 15 FPS) and the color reproduction is reasonably good (not that it matters as a baby cam I suppose but it’s still good to know).
One of the best features (amongst many) is its ability to PTZ although the zoom is digital (2x/4x) but that’s still adequate for the most part. The panning and tilting is relatively smooth although the tilting function seems to lack certain sensitivity at times. It’s also got other functions such as Lullaby and 2-way talk which absolutely helps (though it might not work that well for the, well, stubborn type). In addition, it also has a built-in [table] stand as well as an external antenna for better reception should you need it.
All in all, this is a fairly decent [baby] monitor that works as well with decent quality video/audio, clear display, intuitive menu, and good reception. It’s reasonably priced at $210 for what it provides and its overall build quality (both hardware and software).

Tout d’abord, la matire de fabrication est bonne pour un moniteur ce prix.
Il vient assembler et son installation et assez facile, juste la branch dans une prise et c’est tout.
La connexion entre la camra et l’cran est directe, je n’ai pas eu besoin d’un deuxime essaie.
La configuration est trs facile, et une fois configurer, elle marche merveille.
Ses images de la journe sont excellentes, celle de la nuit un peu moins bonne, mais l’on peut voir clairement ce qui est dans l’image.
La fonction de communication fonctionne trs bien et le son est trs clair, on peut vraiment changer avec le bb.
La port est bonne, j’ai install le bb l’tage et je peux le surveiller tant au sous-sol.
Ce moniteur est vraiment efficace et il comble mon besoin.

Price point I suppose is fair given the beefed up and generous screen size, however a decent coupon/discount would still be nice so it doesn’t break past the $200 mark.
Love the screen size of this unit. Much more clear and easy to identify subjects thanks to the decent resolution, although it’s not 1080p the 720 is more than adequate, although I still would prefer the crisp clarity of the former given the price point.
The range seems pretty decent. I was able to use this throughout the full three storeys of our home without a glitch. Even outside at the front of our home and backyard.
Yes, there still is a place for these type of baby monitors with screens. I’m glad I dont have to drain my phone’s battery and can leave the included viewing (and audible) screen on for extended periods of time.
Great quality baby monitor that I strongly recommend to any newborn family. It does have some minor issues, but it doesn’t change the quality of the product:
Pros:
-Easy to install. User friendly
-Long lasting batteries. While charging it takes about 1 hours to get to 100%
-Good range. As long as I stay in my house (4 bedroom, 2 storeys) I did not lose reception
-Manually pan and tilt. Simple controls through the app, which is also completely free to use
Cons:
-The camera cannot zoom in without any pixelating images
-Pan and tilt motion is restricted
-The camera is cheap, you need to install it less than 8 feets to see images clearly. Any more and it’s almost entirely dark..
-Sound quality is sub-par to other baby monitor I have tried
-The night vision sometimes turn on when the room as alot of brightness
First of all Packaging is good all items were intact, also contains detailed reference manual.
Now setup: Pairing up with display and camera is extremely simple. Charge display first then go to camera option from menu then press ok button twice to tur on pair mode. Now press pair button on back of the camera. This is also explain in manual.
Pros:
Overall menu interface is easy to understand.
Camera functions are good even gives proximity alert on display.
Display comes with screen guard applied
Two way talk feature is amazing.
You can also set different reminders for feeding baby and sing lullabies to baby.
Temperature monitoring for baby room is good t have feature.
Lastly screen comes with side stand for comfort viewing.
Cons
Only cons is I was hoping camera with battery in next version.
Otherwise for price it is very good choice for baby monitor.
