My only complaint is that the little rubber domes are a very unique size and cannot be replaced by “generic” domes.
PLEASE consider offering replacement domes so I don’t have to order a whole new unit just because I need some replacement domes! Or perhaps including more spares? Either way, it would be much appreciated.
Per il mio problema utilizzo protesi digitali per le attivit professionali e relazionali, che non posso utilizzare per le attivit all’aperto per il rischio di perderle.
Utilizzo le MEDca Premium Active Modello”MZ-21″ solo per le attivit in campagna e sono utilissime, i suoni della natura e i mumori ambientali si percepiscono adeguatamente. Per la mia patologia sono meno indicati per l’ascolto della voce umana. Risultano sicuri una volta posizionati ed basso il rischio di perderli perch ben saldi nel condotto uditivo senza fili o tubicini che escono all’esterno.
Keep in mind these are not hearing aids, however they do the job. I have used two other brands ones cheaper and ones for more money (I travel a lot and keep losing them). I like these because you can adjust them to work in one ear at a time, when you find the right dome for the ends they fit very well, and most people have no idea you are wearing them. MY only beef is that I use the large dome and I cannot buy them in this size they only come in an assortment of sizes. When you first start wearing these you have a hard time filtering out noises in the background in time this goes away. These are a great product for the money
Ho dovuto rendere l’oggetto per fischio a volume anche basso. E’ difficile regolare il volume in modo tale da evitare il fischio e conservare l’amplificazione. Invece, le frequenze di amplificazione sono ottimali perch amplificazione le frequenze elevate e dovrebbe essere adatto alla maggior parte degli utenti che necessitano di amplificazione. Ero tentato di mettere 4 stelle invece di 5 perch ho reso l’oggetto. Per considerando quanto costano sul mercato strumenti simili con risposta di frequenza personalizzata, sono felice di dare 5 stelle perch la differenza di costo talmente enorme che mi sembrava di penalizzare il produttore. Non per tutti ma un tentativo al costo di cento Euro potrebbe fare risparmiare moltissimo a qualcuno.
Questi apparecchi acustici si rivolgono alle persone con ridotto deficit acustico, sono dei semplici amplificatori da collocare all’interno del condotto uditivo e compensano soprattutto in ambienti non particolarmente rumorosi.
Per quello che costa un ottimo rimedio, migliora la vita.

Interferiscono un poco con alcuni apparati Ad esempio con il piano di cottura ad induzione quando acceso

al primo uso hanno funzionato benissimo tutto.
in molti melle recensioni dicono che fischiano ma in realt questione di usre il gommino pi grande e inserire bene dentro l’orecchio.
Sono sordo al 60% dalla nascita e quindi sono da sempre abituato alle protesi acustiche “mediche” e devo dire che queste appena acquistate su Amazon (per problemi di disponibilit bckup d’urgenza) non hanno molto da invidiare alle altre che per costano quasi 10 volte tanto!
Se durano allora l’acquisto perfetto. Vedremo.
RAPPORTO QUALITA’ PREZZO OTTIMA
Va’ trovato la giusta taratura di volume e l’anellino di gomma tra quelli forniti che si adatta al vs orecchio e spariscono tutti i fischi
Sono molto confortevoli una volta inseriti ci si dimentica quasi di averli

OLD INFO. I purchased on September 19 2020. They worked for about 3 weeks and stopped working. The thing is they really are comfortable. Easy to change the volume, etc. Too late to return. I was very busy during that time period or I would have returned them for a replacement. I really like them but has to last longer. Will contact manufacturer to see if they will replace. Will add results to this review.
Surprise number two. Had a minor warranty issue and e-mailed the company, imidiate response! With apologies for the problem they led me through the warranty process. Much to my surprise the issue was handled quickly and professionally. Great service with no hassles.
