I had 6 in my wishlist, but having a vegetarian in group, needed separate grills and then this one came on special. Best buy! Top 2 grills enough for 4 people. Spatulas worked for trays, and luckily had little tongs for meat up top.
Jokes aside this is the best fondue pot we’ve ever owned. It kept the cheese a perfect temperature and was so easy to clean. I absolutely love it!
Heats up instantly, very sturdy & well made. Only switched it on briefly. Will be using it with cheese in the next week.
Bought this as a gift for my husband and we both love it, have used it several times it’s great for fajitas and you can do your nachos in the little trays underneath, everyone who has seen it thinks it’s great and one of my colleagues have now bought one too. It’s a real showstopper and kids love the novelty of it as well. Really recommend.
I bought it to do the famous Italian dish Bagnacuada and it’s perfect. You can regulate the heat and keep the sauce at a great temperature.

It was a dream to use and easy to clean and looked really good. There are only two of us so I didn’t need to have more than the two cooking compartments simultaneously. It was fun to use and I was sorry to pack it away when the new hob came into action. I can imagine using it as a supplementary cooker to keep food warm in addition to an oven or BBQ or used in places when you aren’t in the kitchen.
Product exactly as described and as seen on the pictures. Bought this for Christmas, to do something different for a change, for dinner. My kids and I absolutely loved it! Works very well, brilliant product, good quality and no problems at all cleaning it afterwards. Will use again! Possibly for Easte
We used to have something like this as a treat many moons ago.
It has brought back good memories and is help making new memories.
My family love this set it is lovely when we are all eating and talking together.
Really well made and comes with beautiful wooden stand. It’s electric heating so constant temperature settings for chocolate, cheese and frying your fillet steak. The electric cord is really long so no problem with positioning in the middle of a large dining table.
Longer cord is a plus – as old one needed an extension lead – heated well and cheese melts and comes off easy.
The raclette set worked well as it is meant to the first use, its only use so far, hence the 4 stars only.
I am not sure that the rectangular set is as convivial as the circular one- but that doesn’t diminish its effectiveness .
It is a beautiful item.
I normally use the top plate to put the pan of boiling new potatoes to finish cooking while we eat: I am not sure that it can carry the weight as it the Princess raclette set is a fairly long item without middle support so it might be worth doing 1/2 the potatoes at a time.

NO MORE! This fondue is super easy to use, control, clean and the fondue remains a consistent texture from beginning to end. After it has been finished – and it will be finished, I wipe it out with a paper towel, and then a damp cloth with washing up liquid. I hope it stays this way. You will never look at fondues the same again. Love it!
It would be nice instead of a divider in between on the tray that you will get one single hot container or an option that you could remove the divider otherwise great product lovely highly recommend i
Bought this as a wedding gift for somebody who had never had a fondue before the one we served them. Looked like a good product but not used yet so can’t say anything more
Temperature is well controlled, easy to disassemble and wash. There is no difficulty in assembling. The pan is too large and tends to smoke when set to maximum temperature. Recommended to medium temperature can be used

Temperature control is a bit lightweight and I have reservations as to if it will last. ? Time will tell.
So much better than naked flame. Some other models have the pot sitting on top quite high and risk falling over,This one in wooden frame is lower and I doubt you could knock it over.
Perfect for something different when it comes to a night in. The grill trays underneath are perfect for cooking or reheating things or better yet melting cheese whilst the non-stick trays on top are versatile for cooking meats, vegs or even keeping pans warm. Use as a teppan or the heat source for a fondue, the list of uses is mindblowing.
I bought small grill for two. It’s fun but I need to practice to make fried eggs on the edge of the grill table. Other wise they run into the middle hole. Easy to clean and making our meal time fun!!!

Really good looking and a high quality item. It provides good heat but you need to be willing to take your time. Raclette is a fin and leisurely meal to have with friends.
Fun bit of kit. Enjoyed a few family meals with this cooking a mix of cheese-based delights and pancake based pudding. Without around small kids – it gets super hot – but that ought to go without says.
Looks great. Doesn’t burn the chocolate/cheese. Good and quick heat. Exactly what was required. Mine was a gift for my daughter so I got to enjoy it too. Definitely a good buy.
It arrived as described and is easy to clean and operate – just switch it on and off you go. It melts the cheese as it is supposed to and the grill plates above are ideal to cook vegetables and other meats while you wait for the actual raclette to be ready. I can only recommend this. The size is good as well as it is on slim side so you still have space on the table to eat and have your plates where you need them.
Beware it doesn’t come in a Amazon box therefore will be seen like it was in my case by the person it was a present for .

The power cable its a little short for having it on a table, an extension cord its needed.
A great opportunity to try out different meats, marinates and vegetables. The grill and pans at the bottom are good for melting cheese but don’t expect to cook anything.
The griddle pan at the top is great, big enough for 4 people. I guess you would struggle to find enough space for 6 people.
My only real complaint is that the griddle plates on the top take a bit longer to clean. Depending on your marinade, things can bake in properly and you will need to soak the before trying to clean them.
Overall, a really good raclette grill – I can recommend it!

The raclette is very simple to use and easy to set up. It heats up to cooking temperature very quickly.
We have had six people using it at the same time, and despite us saying it is for 8, cooking space would be very limited with 8 users at the same time.
Overall this is a great product and a lot of fun for a different approach to dinner.
The only things I would change on it would be if the if the lid was on a hinge so it could be lifted up and down instead of taking the whole lid off completely and that the 2 sections of the pan could be controlled at different temperatures for each side however there is a control dial that has High, Low and Warm settings. Both of these things I don’t think are major problems. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase, I’ve had lots of compliments on it and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I wI’ll definitely be purchasing other products from the range.
