I like to use a hot brush on dry hair to smooth and give volume. I have a chin length bob and baby fine straight hair, although a lot of it. This brush meets my needs well. Best bits for me: two heat settings, fast heating, a medium barrel, lightweight and long swivel cord. Not so keen on the soft, well spaced bristles. I find I have to guide my hair on to the bristles as it doesn’t easily grip and have already burned my fingers and knuckles a few times. Rarely got burned with my old hot brush. Will need to get a heat glove. It gives good volume and body. Also great flicks (haven’t tried creating curls). Overall, it’s great value and does the job nicely. It’s really hard to find a decent hot brush that isn’t a hair dryer and has the right sized barrel – glad my search is over.

Infrared straighteners apparently doesn’t do damage to your hair. So this came up , bought it on sale because my ghd needs a change. Came with a silicon mat and instructions,heats up quick . Let’s see how long my straight hair lasts

This is the first time I’ve used one and it has transformed my hair styling. I always used straighteners, but no more. This brush is very flexible in its use land effect, and it smooths my hair whilst giving it a bounce and style. Just be careful removing the brush from your hair as the bristles hold well and it can bring bring a few strands of hair with it! But I have a better technique and wouldn’t be without them now.

I have bleached thick hair, I only straighten my hair twice a week. These are amazing they get hot quickly. And straightens my thick hair so quickly. But it looks shiny after. Great for thick coarse hair.

Tested four Hair Straighteners and while all were good in their own way, this was best of the lot. Lightweight, the temperature control is exact and fast. Easy to handle, can curl and straighten. Very good for beginners.

Bought this in 2020, no problems at all till now, one week out of guarantee and the on button will not keep the straighteners turned on. I deliberated whether to go to the hassle of contacting manufacturer and postage etc for repair but decided to cautiously order another.
IF this one goes wrong I will know to avoid this brand in future. When it was working I found it great.

These are really good for anyone who needs straighteners that are fast and portable to use. You can take them anywhere with you you can even use them in the car as they run on battery. Really good idea. They are small too which adds to the portability!

I bought these in the sale after reading loads of good reviews. I’m happy with these, I was hoping to be able to turn the temperature down but it wasn’t to be, I need to use them at 185, same as GHD’s but they work just as well for a fraction of the price. I can’t fault them.

Edit: I started to notice that my hair wouldn’t stay straight and it was taking longer to do, it was also drying out so I’ve switched back to my GHD’s after 2 weeks of using these.

These straighteners arrived beautifully packaged, and I’m impressed straightaway, but let’s wait… it’s alright that they look good but what about the straighteners?

I’ve curly hair, that needs a lot of attention, any hint of moisture, rain, or heat and it frizzes, not always great when I’ve spent hours styling it just so I can look like I plug myself into an electric socket. My hair also tends to be on the dry side, which is natural for curly hair.

Well, these straighteners powered through my curly locks, without that overheated dryness that some straighteners give. Instead, with its ionic technology and Progloss oils, my hair not only looks but feels gorgeous.

The straighteners heat up quickly and glide through the hair. These straighteners are the most intelligent ones I’ve ever had and I’ve had some of the top brands over the years. Heat control technology means that the straighteners continuously regulate the heat they provide. They aren’t cheap, but worth every penny.

I always use heat protection as well as a styling product and would advise doing so, even with these straighteners.

I have gone through quite a lot of hair straighteners in my life, I have veeery curly hair and I like to tame it at times. I did a lot of research before committing to buy my next hair tamer and this one ticked the majority of boxes for me. I have to say I’m very glad that this is the curly hair whisperer that I’ve settled on as it hasn’t left my hair static and dried like other ones do. Its very easy to use, and I like the way it has the different temperatures to choose from. It also heats up within seconds. I would recommend this, curls have been tamed!

I don’t often write a review but felt these deserve to have a good one. I’ve had them for 3 months & they do all I hoped for. I only use them on lowest setting -130 degrees & find they really make my thick, coarse hair smooth & straight & shiny. They Heat up quickly & come with a useful heat mat. Can recommend.

This hot brush is soo good. Silent which I’ve never had before, and gives a very smooth professional finish, and great if you want a bit of a curl. Much better than any other brush I’ve had. And I’ve had quite a few.

Little to no hair damage which is great. Bristles like this usually knot and damage my very fine hair.
I don’t find the volume/curl holds however which is real shame as the initial finish is great.

Bought this on Black Friday with good discount and well worth it
I have fine hair chin length with a layered bob
I found brush easy to use by blow drying my hair until it was almost dry
then finished it off with hot brush
left my hair with a fuller looking bounce

These straighteners are everything I wished for plus more! I have 4C Afro hair. I have tried GHD’s before and thought that they were good. But when I tried Revamp, OMG, they surpassed all my expectations!

These are way cheaper than GHD’s and do a better job! Winner, winner chicken dinner!!

These are THE best straighteners I’ve ever used. I’ve gone through about 4 in my 20 years of life but these are by far the best. Leaves no frizz, my hair doesn’t feel frazzled. Doesn’t catch my hair at all which is amazing for someone who is head sore like me!

So, my GHD’s broke which I have had for 15 years. Done some research and these came up on top,great price too. I was not hopeful. I have super curly/frizzy hair so I need great straighteners, these are amazing and I only use them on medium heat, controls are super easy to work. Highly recommend. Even bigger bonus of they last 15 years but only time will tell.

I am in love with these, I haven’t used straighteners for many years and when I did I had the more expensive brand but these knock them out of the water.
The cord is lovely and long and twists at the base with your movements, heats up in good time and leaves me hair so so smooth, unlike my previous ones

Great irons
Bought these after my 10yr old GHDs finally were not up for the job.
I have very fine natural Afro type 4c hair. It’s incredibly fragile.
I wanted an iron with temperature control. GHDs don’t and I found I had to do several passes over the hair to get it smooth. I managed to get my hair straight with ONE pass at 200oC
The cable is really long at 3m and it comes with a heat mat .
I was so surprised at how good they were and only 50!

I have had my hair straightened by my hairdresser and never been able to replicate it once at home. Not so now! This straightner easily rivals more expensive brands like GHD and Cloud 9. I don’t mind spending money where it is required but this is a bargain for what it does. It is extremely quick to heat up and does what it says. My hair stays straight between washes. I have fine hair and lots of it if that helps you make a decision. Too much packaging is the only disapppointment.

What more can I say? When she asked me to order them for her, I thought the price was terrible until my wife showed me the cost of her previous straighteners, the market leader. She was hesitant that these might not be as good, but now she’s used them for a while she’s delighted with them. She says they work brilliantly. Love my Revamp hair straightners. I’ve actually replaced my GHD platinums with them!

I’ve been after better pair of straighteners for a while as I have never been truly happy with my most recent pair of GHDs. Tried the Remington shine therapy ones which were utterly useless and felt so cheap.

Read all of the reviews on these and thought I’d give them a go and wow! The plates are super smooth, love the adjustable temp, the shape is much thinner so can get closer to the root and my hair is so shiny!

Don’t usually leave reviews but I have with these.

These are brilliant! I’ve always used GHD straighteners but looked at reviews and decided to change. The temperature control is great as I have fine over processed hair prone to breakage. I have been using 185, the lowest temperature, which works great. Feel like I have been conned into damaging my hair by GHD over the years as they only have one temperature – hot! These straighteners leave your hair silky, shiney and smooth and are such good value. Really worth buying -don’t hesitate – buy them now!

My straighteners if a certain top brand finally gave up the ghost after years of service but I didn’t fancy paying the hefty price tag to replace them. So after much online research I opted for these! I’m so glad I did they’re perfect they have temperature control which is essential for my fine highlighted not to mention mature hair. I’m thrilled with these they are easy to use and heat up quickly. Do the job perfectly.
