Advert says it heats up your water, but the instructions with the item say, the built-in heat function allows the hot water you pour into it, to cool down more gradually.
I returned it and bought a ‘Crystals’ which is much better.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis study device is nice to look at and has a good set of tools with it
the bath is not heated so you need to top it up with warm water every 20 minutes or so…

oo bad there s no protection to use anything else rather than water, cord could be longer to be safer from outlets
otherwise for this price the product is very good only 4 stars because the cord could be longe

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersI got this for a present for my dad on Father’s Day. I at first felt bad because I pretty much got the cheapest one I could find but when he opened it he thought it was a really fancy expensive one because of the excellent quality. But Because I am mean, I was aware of the over bubbling if you put soap in with the foot spa based on the other reviews but I deliberately didn’t tell my dad and I can confirm do not put soap in this foot spa unless you are like me and want a good laugh.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersIt’s a really good size, I’m waiting for both hips to be replaced and have trouble with reaching my feet. So this is lovely for a good foot soak with the bubbles as well. Really soothing. I don’t know how I managed without this!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersA foot spa at home for FREE… amazing value for money. Lovely massage and bubbles. The only thing that bothers me is that it fails to regulate the water temperature- cools down way too fast.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersBought for my other half for Christmas, made for a great gift, although I wouldn’t recommend putting soap in there unless you want a great laugh and a big clean up

Good foot spa but feels very cheap in its construction. It is easy enough to use but does need to be cleaned regularly as it seems to like collecting dirt in the basin.

Golden Review Award: 50 From Our UsersBought this as a birthday gift for my grandma. She loves it! However, the first time she used it she put some bath soap in it thinking it would clean her feet – big mistake! The bubbles kept growing and growing, slowly engulfing her legs. Every time she would throw some bubbles outside, it grew double the amount. She thought she may have to surrender her whole dining room, that was until my grandad came to the rescue! He raced in and reached behind the table to the plug socket and yanked it out, saving my grandma from being overpowered by the tower of bubbles. Grandma learnt her lesson that day: don’t put soap in electric foot spas.

4.0 out of 5 stars Don’t use soap!

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersHaving used a few other foot spas in the past i have to conceed that this is by far the best one i have used. It comes with a drawstring bag containing several handy little tools including nail scissors, toe dividers and an emery board. The spa itself is nice and lightweight yet sturdy, the instructions are very easy to understand and the set up takes literally 2 minutes. Simply add water at your desired temperature to the max fill line located on the left hand side (it is quite hard to see bur can felt if you run your fingers across the inside of the spa). Plug in only once the water has been and the spa is in place on a flat even surface and press the power button located on the top of the spa. I wouldnt recommend using any other products in the water as the bubble produced when the spa is turned on are quite powerful. I added a small amount of moisturiser and ended with bubble overflowing from the spa. There is a massage wheel inside of the spa above the max fill line which is a nice addition and a removable pumice stone located below the power button.
Overall i am more than happy with this product and will recommend to friends.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWe bought this foot spa to provide some much-needed relaxation after busy days of working on feet.

The build quality is very good. Given its size and robustness, it is surprisingly light weight. It holds more than enough water to cover your feet and the bottom of your ankles.

The power cable is a useful length without being overly long. It’s long enough that we can plug it into the wall behind the sofa, run it round and then sit comfortably.

Some buyers have mentioned a loud noise caused by the bubble function. It’s true, there is some noise, but we haven’t found this to be a problem, and we can still easily hear the TV.

It retains heat well, as described. The bubble function can be switched on and off via a central switch (which you can control with your feet!). It’s worth noting that some liquids, such as bath foam, cannot be added to the water.

My only recommendation for improvement would be the addition of a detachable power cable, which would make it easier to fill the spa with water.

Overall, a good buy. Very good value for money and the result is exactly what you’d expect — softer, happier feet.

Golden Review Award: 86 From Our UsersI purchased this due to the fact that we have a wet room with no bath.

Obviously, a shower does not soak the feet and clean them as well as having a bath does.

The spa is very well made and sturdy. The on/off button is located in the centre of the foot cover and can be operated by using your big toe. There is a massage roller incorporated in the centre, along with a pumice stone.

You fill it up to the max fill line with water at the desired temperature and then plug it in.

The electrical cord is very long and I am able to plug it into the utility room, which is adjacent to the bathroom.

We sit on the shower seat and away you go. It doesn’t heat the water but the water stays warm for a long time. The incorporated mat in the bottom of the spa produces bubbles.

It’s worth noting that you shouldn’t stand up in the foot spa, as with any of these, whatever the make, they are made from plastic, so if you stand up in it, you risk causing damage to it.

You can’t use any type of bath foam or shower gel as this will cause the bubbles to overflow from the machine. I bought a non foam peppermint liquid, which is perfect.

I found it both relaxing and invigorating. My feet felt lovely and soft and fresh after using it.

I would definitely recommend this foot spa, you even get a pedicure set with it in a nice bag.
