El sistema se instala bien y tiene buena calidad. Llevo ms de un ao con l y funciona bien excepto por ciertas ocasiones en que se queda “en negro”. En estos casos slo hay que salir pulsando * varios segundos y volver a entrar. El soporte de la empresa por WhatsApp funciona muy bien y atienden todas las dudas.
ica manera de tener carplay en clase c w205. En algunos aspectos la integracin no es tan perfecta como sera un sistema de serie, pero en lo fundamental realiza su funcin sin graves inconvenientes. No causa ningn conflicto con el sistema de serie, funcionan con el los mandos del vehculo, cmaras 360, etc. Los mayores inconvenientes que encuentro son: que no se pueden escuchar las instrucciones de navegacin si se va escuchando la radio del coche o el reproductor de cd del mismo, que las actualizaciones haya que pedirselas al fabricante y no esten disponibles para su descarga en algn sitio y que el reproductor de archivos de video y audio por usb que incluye no funciona muy bien la msica no se reproduce del todo fluidamente, se producen micro interrupciones perceptibles, sin embargo permite reproducir archivos flac, cosa que el sistema del coche no permite.
In den Beispielvideos fr den Einbau, wird immer nur die Konsole eines Automatik gezeigt. Hatte dies zuerst nicht beachtet, bis ich es einbauen wollte. Zusatzproblem ist der Schalthebel. Dieser lsst sich aber mit den handelsblichen Plastikwerkzeugen so aushebeln, dass der Rest durch die ffnung der Konsole passt. Anschlieend kann der untere Teil der Konsole wie in den Videos herausgenommen werden. Bei den Automatikgetrieben ist es nur ein Teil, bei den Schaltgetrieben besteht dies aus zwei Teilen. Der obere Teil hinter der sich das Command/Audio 2.0 und die Lftung befindet lsst sich ohne weiteres Schrauben herausheben, es ist nur an der oberen Kante eingehngt.
Die weitere Prozedur verluft wie auch bei der Automatikvariante.
Ist alles angeschlossen, wird zuerst der obere Teil wieder eingehngt und anschlieend der Schaltknauf mit Verkleidung wieder durch die Konsolenffnung hindurchgefhrt und die Konsole kann somit wieder eingehngt werden.
Es hat auf Anhieb funktioniert. Bin sehr zufrieden damit, da die Navigation nun mit aktuellen Daten deutlich besser funktioniert! Auch das Musikhren ist besser als mit der Media Anschlussmglichkeit.
Me ha gustado poder tener el apple car play en mi coche de 2015 que no lo traa de serie. Instalacin super fcil y ya todo operativo. Comunicacin con el vendedor de 10. Cambio modos diurno y nocturno a la vez q las luces del coche. No me gusta que se deja de ver la consola de fabrica del coche (aire acondicionado por ejemplo y que todo el sonido del coche sale por un jack 3.5. No hay otra solucin q yo sepa o lea. Mandos volante derecho funcionan. Contento con la compra en general.

Works perfectly followed instructions and no problem at all. The tricky part of the operation is the removal of the centre console. Make sure you protect your screen with a bag or something and your will and dashboard before you remove it. There are loads of YouTube’s on it.
You and have to find a place for the module. It seems like a lot of room underneath the original radio but the centre console storage compartment actually needs most of that space under the radio so if you position it there it needs to be pushed right back. It would probably be better to put it in the glove box but I managed to get mine under the radio but pushing all the cables the star back as they will go go before pushing the unit in firmly. Position it sideways so that you are not putting pressure on the wires either side of the unit.
Use of the favourites button to switch between the system and the car display means that when you want to exit to the car menu, you often get dropped at the save favourites screen trying to save the media interface, which is a bit annoying.
Occasionally it does have a problem connecting to my phone via Bluetooth and I have to switch my phone’s Bluetooth off and on to resolve it.
But overall it has been a positive addition.
Fast delivery from Amazon – I dislike how convienent you are and how much pollution your vans produce but crikey your quick and efficient – I use you loads (guilty pleasure)
I was a bit sceptical buying this kit and thought that if it didn’t work I would use one of the specialist companies at 2-3 times the price – can cheapish stuff work, look good and be of reasonable quality.

clear instructions – check the orientation of the video cable (the double ended one goes into the new box, not the radio).

it was complete.
The whole process of stripping the centre console and installing the box took about 2 fun but nervy hours.
Had a smug sense of satisfaction when it worked!! no holes drilled. GLC has a little shelf above the usb and sd card panel in the arm rest stowage area – The rubber pad that sits in this shelf is removable and reveals a square hole big enough to fit the WiFi, Aux and Lightning cables through, I just cut the rubber pad to the size of that hole – no need to drill.
CarPlay works well – wired or wireless –
You just need a bit of patience and reboot the system once after installation.
Is is as good as a factory fit version – probably not quite as smooth or integrated quite as well –
However – great value by comparison to a dealer solution (buy a newer version of the car) or custom after market instillation company.

Das USB-Kabel sowie das AUX-Kabel habe ich in der Mittelkonsole in das Staufach unter der Armauflage verlegt. Hierzu mssen entsprechende Aussparungen gefrst werden. Ich habe es mit einem Dremel gemacht. Den AUX zu USB Adapter habe ich nun im Staufach liegen und in den USB-1 Anschluss gesteckt. Die Tonqualitt ist perfekt.
Installed well and all the features work. When installing just make sure you have plugged in all the cables. You don’t need the usb one though if you’re using the original reversing camera as the decoder gets taken over when you hit reverse.
Got a buzzing/humming noise at the moment so order a new aux to usb converter. If the issue persists then I will return and re order as my unit may have faulty grounding cables.
Besides that it’s all good.
At first it did, around 15/20 minutes but i just couldnt get a carplay picture on my display (just the default Mercedes display) I had audio, siri, everything just no picture whilst holding the * button.
All the video and the instructions show a PURPLE display connector. So i used this. After 2 hours of no operation i had another look at this connection. Purple is not correct. The display cable is BLUE, once i used this cable everything worked perfectly.
A nice solution.
