eeded to replace. works fine but not cheep if you want soft close
I purchased this as a direct replacement and couldn’t be happier.
The cover over one of the hinges has already dropped out. Disappointed so only gave four stars as a result
It rather spoils the result.
The screw broke and couldn’t be fixed 18mths after purchase but the seat was replaced free of charge. It’s a very nice toilet seat and even better customer service
The product arrived in 2 days . Easy to fit by my very non practical other half!
Arrived within 24h, proper original ROCA seat. This has the “cylindrical” hinges, I was a little worried as one image showed the seat without these but there was no problem. Took about 10m to whip the old one off and fix the new one in place. Good quality and great value at this price (75ish).

I decided to try this soft close seat instead and glad that I did ! Absolutely identical and compatible; fits directly to the same stems that the standard seat was attached to, and the soft close hinge does appear to be a sturdy metal lump – much better and hopefully will last a long time. Comes with the right size allen keys and a pair of stems.
Bit pricey but hopefully this will solve the problem I had with the standard ‘easy remove’ plastic hinges.
Easy to fit replacement seat. Hopefully it will last longer than the last one, hinge broke in just over a year.

Exactly the same as the old one fitted quite easy the old one lasted 12 years, which is brilliant because we were told at the plumbing shop they only last around 2 years
I like the fact that this is a soft closing seat so if you let the seat go it doesn’t bang down hard.
I had to order this particular seat as it was the same seat that was fitted in my bathroom when i purchased my apt.
Thankfully you could still buy this seat even after four or five years. A nice looking seat that maybe should last a bit longer than the previous one.
Excellent replacement seat, easy to fit, very good instructions, works perfectly. Only 4* given in view of the exorbitant price, a generic seat wouldn’t cost half as much.
The item was easy to fit and the ‘soft close’ works efficiently, seeming to be of good quality. Time will tell however, the original item not having lasted that long and being quite expensive to replace.
Standard delivery was as promised, seat excellent and very easy to fit. Allen key needed to fit it was not provided but I had kept the one supplied with the original seat so there was no problem
