The product was nicely packaged and appeared just as it was pictured in the ad; however there area few fabric “wrinkles” underneath the flap cover when the case is opened but I don’t think it will affect the usage performance. Overall a good value for the money paid.
I bought this to be able to take a few watches with me when I travel. It is well made and nice looking and will certainly protect the watches. I took off one star because it is a bit bulky. I will certainly use it, but wish it was about 75% its size.
I was looking for a good watch storage solution. I bought this because it was recommended on YouTube. It’s not bad, but it takes up a lot of room for only 3 watches. It’s easy enough to get watches in and out of because of the sliding pillows, which is a nice feature.
I bought a cheap glass case that holds 6 watches, a bracelet holder, and a cheap 1-watch zip travel case that I use regularly. This one sits in the drawer because it’s too bulky and it doesn’t display watches or make them easy to get to. I kind of regret shelling out for this expensive one as my other watch storage solutions were much cheaper.
The best use for this is to keep watches safe in a drawer. It’s a bit too bulky for travel and not transparent or convenient enough for daily use.

The case itself is very nice. Out of all the color combinations, only the tan/tan is real leather – all other colors are PU-“leather” which is why so many reviewers have written review comments “not real leather”. After a way too difficult process to determine which color combination actually was real leather, I finally found and ordered it. The leather is dry to a degree that it wrinkles very badly upon opening the case, as shown in my attached photo. This could certainly be prevented during manufacture by treating the leather with a conditioning balm but this crucial step was in fact neglected. So now I need to do it myself to prevent the leather from cracking, hope this won’t void the warranty. BTW, I really would have preferred the blue case but it is only available in fake PU-“leather”.
You can’t go wrong with this watch roll. Full grain leather at fraction of the price of an Everest watch roll. Owner Justin based in San Francisco stands behind his products. Don’t settle for the a little less pricey faux leather, go for the real deal!
This is an excellent watch case and ment for keeps. I love the leather scent and can’t wait for it yo age so it will show its rustic style. Highly recommended

The leather feels nice, looks more expensive then it is. Bought it for my bf when we travel. He loved it and the color brown was perfect.
Great product and great value. Craftsmanship is not Wolf caliber, but is very good. After all, it’s for travel, not every day use. I was very surprised to find the pillows have wings that fit into slots to keep my your watches very secure. I didn’t expect this at this price point. This was definitely a good purchase and I highly recommend it.
I ordered this watch roll for a combination of its features, price, and styling. Once it arrived I was pretty disappointed to find that one of the snaps wouldn’t close, several corners of the inner liner were peeling away, and there was visible glue showing in a couple of places. I know this isn’t the most expensive watch roll, but for the asking price, that did not meet my quality expectations.
There was a warranty card inside so I decided to go directly to the company rather than go through Amazon. This proved to be a great move. The owner of the company, Justin, reached out directly in about 20 min. He was invested in knowing what the exact issues were so he could discuss with the supplier and work through their growing pains.
I was sent a replacement at no cost to me, and it arrived quickly and without flaw. I highly recommend this roll if you’re in the market!

The case is very sturdy and will do a great job protect your watches for travel. The first case I received had an issue with the snaps. They just didn’t want to stay closed. I contacted Rothwell and told them about my issue. Their customer service was A+. They immediately told me that it was an abnormality and that they were going to send me out a new watch case. It arrived quickly and the snaps and craftsmanship are all flawless. It’s nice to get such great customer service. I won’t hesitate to go to Rothwell for all of my casing needs.
Love the quality of the product! Beautiful contrast between black and red. Packaging is also presentable.
This Rothwell 3-Slot Watch Roll was included in a combo offer with their 10-Slot Watch Box. I already have their Dual Watch Winder and the quality of these items did not disappoint. I have never had a Watch Roll before and know this will come in handy while traveling.
Custodia da viaggio per orologi in pelle molto ben fatta, anche il materiale dei cuscinetti buono. L’altezza della custodia sufficientemente contenuta e permette di riporla anche nelle piccole cassette di sicurezza delle banche. Il sistema a binari per inserire i cuscinetti nella custodia molto pratico ed efficace. Se i cuscinetti fossero leggermente pi corti permetterebbero l’inserimento di orologi con bracciale dimensionati per polsi tra i 15 ed i 17 centimetri. Per un polso da 18 / 18,5 centimetri, gli orologi con bracciale si inseriscono sui cuscinetti ed il bracciale resta abbastanza teso ( col tempo probabilmente i cuscinetti dovrebbero ammorbidirsi un po’ ). Questa custodia perfetta anche per orologi con casse di 15 millimetri, anche con questo spessore della cassa resta ancora un po’ di spazio tra la cassa ed il profilo sia superiore che anteriore della custodia senza che l’orologio tocchi sulla custodia. Non la prima custodia per orologi che acquisto, ma questa mi ha soddisfatto, sicuramente consigliata. Ottimo rapporto qualit / prezzo. Vedremo come si comporter nel tempo, ma sono fiducioso.
This is a high quality leather watch case! I plan to use it to store watches, as a travel case and as a carrying case to visit the watch repair shop to replace batteries, and watch bands.

The product looks premium and feels premium. For its price, there is nothing to complain about. The craftsmanship, the build and stitching is superb. You get more than what you pay for.

I have to admit, that for the price I was not expecting much but I am very happy with my purchase. The watch roll does appear to be made of real leather but it does not have that rich wonderful smell of leather. I’m not sure why! Also the leather was very dry looking but not necessarily in a bad way. I debated whether to keep it this way or condition it and I chose the latter. Just a heads up, I conditioned it with Saphir leather conditioner and it turned the leather from a lighter shade of brown to a dark milk chocolate brown. I was kind of shocked at how much it changed. I have other leather watch rolls of higher price and I have to say that the construction and build quality is very similar. I think for the price this is a great value and would strongly recommend it.
Great travel case to hold my super clones! Im not dropping 15k on a Rolex so why not get a deal on the travel case too. Saved over $50 by buying on ‘zon vs this retailers site.

I looked at other watch rolls offered at well know watch enthusiast sites. Comparable rolls were much more expensive. This roll has exceeded my expectations. Watches are well protected and easy to access for daily rotation. The case is compact enough to easily put in a safe while traveling. I now 5 watches and I’m tempted to order another 3 watch roll.
I thought for the money it would be poor craftsmanship and material but surprisingly it’s very nice. I debated purchasing Wolf but after this, I’m glad I was able to get leather over faux for half the cost. Also, if you look closely, the cushions slide into the roll vs float. This is actually a very clever way to retain position and prevent movement. 5/5.

Really impressive quality and leather, though I was expecting this given the price point. Feels and looks great. Very practical and universal as it can be used to display or store your collection. Doesn’t take up much space on a dresser and is easy to access watches yet keeping them secure. The only reason for not a for five stars is because the box construction is a little suspect. If it’s not tossed around it’ll stand up just fine, but if you plan on throwing it into your luggage the panels could get damaged during travel. I’m confident the watches would be protected, but your box could get deformed. Highly recommend the leather version of this as it will only look better with use.
This is a very well made product which will safely take three watches in any trip or at home.
I opted for the simil-leather version which looks like real leather and serves function as well. I yiu prefer real leather they offer a real leather version at an extra cost.
Otherwise the construction and looks is identical. I feel it’s a great purchase for its price and quality.
I have just received and put in use. I will need to experience a long term use yet but I feel it will stand a normal wear and use.
This watch roll is great for travel. It secures three watches with no rattle even when tossed around. The interior is lined with a very soft fake suede that keeps watches in place without rubbing.
The pillows are slotted into the case for additional rigidity and will help protect watched from damage even if dropped with the cover open. The slots are also offset on the pillows so they can accommodate both very large and very small watches. Neat.
The exterior leather feels nice to the touch and is fairly thick.
Item was packaged well with plenty of foam around the presentation box. The box itself is high quality black cardboard of similar construction to many outer watch boxes.
Price is very reasonable for what you get and I think the black exterior / red interior looks great.
– 3 watch capacity
– Full grain leather (not synthetic leather) which will last longer
– Separators between watches to prevent them bumping and scratching each other
– Good stitching and gluing (some other watch rolls had sloppy glue spots on the interior and felt peeling off)
– Sufficient headspace for the watch head to not touch the watch roll’s outer shell – most watch rolls fail miserably at this and have watches pressing hard against the watch roll outer shell, meaning any impact to the watch roll will directly hit the watches
– Watch cushions are secured by slots so they do not move around – many other watch rolls use cheap snaps to hold the watch pillows in place, which can tear off the watch pillow. These snaps also mean you likely need to remove an outer watch pillow to get to the inner watch pillow. The slot system is superior.
– Flat bottom to prevent the watch roll from rolling on table tops and flat surfaces. A perfectly circular watch roll has a tendency to roll around, and potentially roll off a table and land on the floor.
– Comes in a nice box if you want to gift this item.
Two things I think could be improved:
– More color options for the real full grain leather version
– Watch dividers are a bit thick. Maybe they could be made slimmer to make the overall watch roll a bit smaller. This watch roll is on the larger end of watch rolls, some of which is necessary to provide enough space to protect the watches from impacts to the outer shell.
The watch roll seems to be all leather not like the vinyl covered rolls that look like leather. I also have one of those too, but I like this better. The outside finish doesn’t appear to be affected by water or oil from your hands. The four snaps securely close the cover. The back of the roll is flattened that enables it to sit on my dresser and the cover folds into a groove on the top to show off my watches. The inside is lined with something that’s like, or is, suede and the “pillows” that the watches wrap around are the right size to hold my large watches. The pillows slip in and out by sliding down the groove that holds the cover open, and they are secure. I am ordering another as a gift because I like it so much. Price is right too.
The travel case neatly fits all the watches I tried. The Seiko shown in the photos is 14.5mm thick, and even at that thickness there was plenty of space between the watch and the front wall of the case. If your watch is significantly thicker than that, you might want to reach out and ask if it will fit. For the average thickness watch, it should be fine.
One important thing to note, the slots for the cushions are not centered. This looks to be by design so it gives the watch more clearance from the front of the case. Make sure when you put the cushion back in it is the correct orientation! At first I thought the watch would contact the front wall, but once I realized I had put the cushion in backwards it worked perfectly.
Overall a very sleek looking travel case with good quality for the price.
