Great phone! Nice to use, and the camera is excellent (main reason I purchased).
The finger print teaser works well once you get used to it but it is a step backwards in usability compared to the rear on my OnePlus 5T – shame.
When so, I highly recommend this phone.
Phone was 100% brand new and boxed. I had initial concerns that the unit would not be new and potentially have some issues. There have been no issues what so ever and all of the official Samsung accessories were included. The box still had the cellophane wrapping and security seal attached and untampered with. I’m actually using the phone to write this review now for anyone who is concerned or considering this product from this seller, I have had a very good experience! First time I’ve spent a significant amount of money on a phone that wasn’t apple – don’t regret it for one second! Fingerprint reader works well. Also bought official Samsung case to go with the phone. Battery life lasts well.
I was little cautious about buying a reconditioned phone, especially one only that only described its condition as “Good”.
The phone arrived sooner than expected and I can only describe its condition as excellent. Apart from it not being in its original box everything else about it looks brand new.
So far all is working well.
I love the size of the phone, the look of it, and the camera. I love the fact that certain apps were pre-installed (eg Spotify Premium for 6 months,), I would recommend this phone to anyone! It was/is good value for money – I am one happy customer! 🙂
The phone itself is fine, though the battery takes time to recharge, and as I say, it arrived a day later than agreed although I had asked for express delivery and paid extra for the privilege, and I needn’t have bothered. Still, it’s a minor point because the phone arrived in perfect condition and has worked well since that day.
I upgraded from an S7 to the S10 based on the review in Which magazine, which is one of the very few computing magazines that I trust. I would recommend buying a good quality case as the screen protector which comes on the phone needs to be kept clean if you intend using the fingerprint facility.
This is a superb phone for the price but please read quality reviews before you buy, preferably in Which.
Great little phone that does everything well. Quick charging charger which is required as the battery lasts just over the day at my usage. Reasonable cameras which can be easy to use when adjusted as you like. You need to watch the relevant U-tube film to set the phone up properly then your flying.
Love my S10, I upgraded from an S7 edge and managed to get the S10 for a great price. Battery lasts long, camera is good quality and its super light – most other phones were just too big and heavy for me.
Have no complaints about the phone. If you really pushed me all I can complain about is I keep accidentally screenshotting the homepage because of where the bixby (virtual assistant) button is.
This is a beautiful phone far better than my recent phone (iphone8) There isn’t much if anything to complain about.The amount of new technology is outstanding and makes the phone a pleasure to use. Having upgraded from the Galaxy S8 this S10 is much improved.
Much faster processor.
Battery is infinitely superior and lasts up to 3 days instead of having to charge the S8 every day.
Only downside is the finger print doesn’t work well over a screen protector.

Great phone, fast processor, great screen, love the camera. Absolute great phone. Though if you want bigger screen size and longer battery life go with the S10 + or “Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Smartphone ” . The battery sucks rocks in the S10 and you will need to charge every night. So beware on that. Do not underestimae the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Smartphone
I learnt the hard way the importance of the IP rating. Both my partner’s and my former phones dropped in sea water. After retrieving them, mine looked like a rust piece of iron and never recovered. My partner’s galaxy s10+ worked straight away without any issue. The galaxy s10 is a proven very resistant phone with great screen definition. Only thing that lets it down is the battery life.
Great phone for a money. Works fast, battery holds long, only issue that fingerprint takes few attempts to unlock, but it can be plastic screen protection. Not a big deal, use swipe security to unlock. Phone speakers are lovely too, great for playing silent music above your head on the beach
Everything is sort of ok. The camera is really good. Very close shots possible and slow motion is just amazing.
The biggest minus is this phones battery. I had to charge it twice a day since I am a heavy user. Also the fingerprint is a struggle. It simply takes time to unlock the phone. Too long. Imprecise, not reliable.
Just got the phone as it was on sale for a good price. People in the reviews were talking about the device coming with scratches I think the purchased the reconditioned version.
Need to find a way to get the Airbuds using a Samsung app or something.

Great phone and for me a huge step up from my S7. One thing to note though is that for the picture settings does not have resolution and size separate. Annoying if you’re used to that. ALSO, the selfie function for WhatsApp is really big. Makes it harder to have more than one person in a video call.
New product, UK power plug. Dual SIM. Perfect condition. Arrived on date promised. Seller was great!
However, quality of the pictures suck compared to my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. Extremely disappointed in Samsung. Fancy new features result in out of focus pictures or pictures that look okay but are grainy when zoomed in. S7 Edge camera retained zoomed-in crispness every time. Wouldn’t have purchased the S10 model had I known.
Battery life doesn’t last as long as I expected for a 3300-3400mAh phone. Drains quickly with use, even after using medium power saving and disabling apps that run in the background. Even did a reset but no difference. After reaching out to the S10 subreddit, it seems to be affecting some Exynos models. It’s a shame that the battery can only handle 1-2h screen on time, but oh well.
Overall, I like it, but it really needs a software fix for the battery.
After my iPhone broke and apple was less than helpful I felt it was time for a change. Takes some adjustment getting used to Android but the sheer amount of extra features and functionality is a real treat to learn about! I was in the market for new top of the line smartphone and the S10 comes packed with better features and higher quality specs than apple. Personally for me it’s been an eye opener and I’m happy with the device and the move.
I had a Galaxy S7 which was good but fancied an S10, at the reduced Black Friday sale price I just couldn’t resist, the 128Gb of storage is excellent after the 64Gb on the S7. The battery lasts a day and a half, that’s a third more than the S7 and the camera is great. I was going to wait for the 5G version to drop in price, but 4G is generally sufficient most of the time and 5G isn’t yet available in my area so it was worth the punt. Impressed…
Is a good cellphone but was not the version i expected, is a FR version not a UK one so run out of battery very fast and is a dual sim cheap version of the cellphone
Battery life is no better than the 2yr old S7 edge it replaces:( but the S10 does charge quicker. Whoever cracks the battery tech on the next generation of phones will do very well. It’s time battery tech caught up.
Camera is very good. Like the wide angle panaorama mode, much bigger range.
Fast enough for me but im no gamer.
Finger print reader not great with wet fingers / screen. Indeed i wld say it doest work.
Worth the money as upgrade, not sure yet…
23/06 update. Battery life worse now after 15 months, shouldnt have to top up charge during a normal day..
Everything seems to be perfectly fine. Im very happy with the product and the value of money. One thing, if you decide to buy and you have an obtion choose EU version, will be the same as UK version, the difference is the plug but as long you have a Uk plug and you can conect it to the wire its perfectly fine and you can get the android much cheape
The phone itself is superb, it’s a Samsung flagship after all. The screen is fantastic, as is the camera. But when I received the phone it looked like it had a scratch on the top of the handset. Upon further inspection it appeared to be something like a packaging strip which goes around the edge of the phone. Not sure if it is there to protect the handset or not, but I don’t want to peel it off. Just makes the handset look like it has a scratch when it doesn’t.
