We had a problem setting up, which was down to us, non technical. The support has been superb and now the system is up and working, great product and clear pictures.
This Sannce DVR is excellent very easy to install and is very easy to use. I bought this one to replace an older sannce DVR. Very Happy
Great cameras, easy to use dvr but came by two different couriers which screwed our install date up.

In the home the pics on the 4 cams is very clear.

It. Massive respect to them.
However one little flaw. The Alan Keys provided with the screws that come with the cameras, do not fit the screws on the camera to adjust. Or vice versa.

Hard drive only records for a week even though we have a similar one ado with a 1tb hdd and that one records for nearly a month but other than it’s fine
The only issue I had was with the Android app, which badgers you to employ a cloud server which I don’t want to do. (Why would I want to trust my security system to some remote server under the control of God-knows-who?) It can be made to operate without the cloud server, but doesn’t offer remote playback. The Android app is a bit janky in other respects too, but with all its idiosyncracies, it still works better than the Swann one ever did!
Despite the app, I’m still giving it a solid five stars ‘cos it exceeded my expectations in every other respect. I couldn’t ask for more. Very pleased.
Bought to replace a malfunctioning CCTV unit as well as increase from 8 to 16 cameras availability. It worked perfectly implementing the old cameras and has a quick setup. Software for displaying cameras doesn’t work (outdated) but any mobile app can connect, making it a mute point.
The item is good and was ok for me to set up as I have a previous CCTV system, but the instructions need to be better. The system could have been set up in 1/3 if the time and without trial and error. Once set up it work well, but still guessing on features.
The Company are very helpful and they were a great help when I was setting the cameras up.
I would be very happy to buy from them again. A good system at a very good price.
Bought this to upgrade an 8channel 720 p system already in place, went to use the dome cameras on the older 720 dvr that I had retasked to find they were not compatable.
The discription is a little missleading hence one star deducted. But as a kit its fantastic. simple to install and has some great playback features.
Rather than fluff about I just went and ordered a 960 DVR 8 channel as it is cheaper than swapping out the cameras.
I have one socket that does not work .I have tried different cables and cameras but no response. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. To date I have connected 10 cameras that work fine. I am now connected to my iPad and smart phone ,using the Q scan feature. I can view my cameras when I am not at home. Easy to set up
It is good quality fast delivery but the up that is provided to watch it online is breaking up the picture and very hard to connect it all the time
