Despite some reviews stating it did not fit the 2020 iMac, they obviously had a different model, as mine fitted perfectly and is the same colour, therefore a perfect match.
I have tested all ports and everything works fine.

It’s perfect – easy to install and gives you those missing cable links ,plus the photo card slots

easy to install but feels insecure when pushing USB in so have to hold it with other hand. That said, it works a treat once connected

Very thoughtfully designed product giving easily accessible ports on the lower front edge of the iMac. No more scrabbling blind round the back feeling for the right port.

Brilliant solution to connecting peripherals to an iMac. Not an issue they tell you about when buying but becomes very obvious when you start working.

Fits very well and looks like it’s always been a part of the machine (2019 imac)
No more scrabbling blindly round the back and possibly causing scratches.
    Very happy

    Great fit!

Really pleased with this USB clamp which is easy to fit. Very nicely made and the colour matches the Mac perfectly- in fact it looks as if it was part of the original computer when shipped. Really useful as it provides easily accessible, additional connectivity whilst only using one of the rear ports. Provides both data and power to accessories so ideal for charging mobile phones etc. Thoroughly recommended.

Since the new iMac doesn’t have enough ports, I was looking for a port dock that didn’t cost 200+. Fortunately, this one was only 50 and it’s damn well worth the price.

Although it doesn’t have a huge amount of ports, it has enough to support my video editing and transfers data relatively quickly.

I’ve had one issue with it not reading my SanDisk memory card, but I just reset my iMac and the issue resolved itself.

My favourite part is that it attaches to the iMac, so it doesn’t take up unnecessary desk space like so many others.

    Definitely something I’d buy again.

I don’t normally write reviews unless it’s perfect perfect perfect, this product fits the bill.
I was a little sceptical after reading reviews from 5 star to one star but I was looking for something like this for my iMac for ages so I took a chance
Now I can only speak on my 2019 iMac not the newer iMac model out there, however if it has the vents underneath it (See pictures to see if it matches your iMac’s vent underneath), then it should fit without issue.
Someone was upset on their review that the USB C stopped working. I don’t know if this will work but I’m using Type C to USB 3. adapter (the link is below) which is not plugged in the type C USB port but in one of the 4 normal USB at the back and it works absolutely fine

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/Adapter-Connector-supports-MacBooks-smartphones-Gray/dp/B09F18CYGW/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=usb%2Bc%2Bto%2Busb%2Bb%2Badapter&qid=1638978576&s=computers&sr=1-8&th=1

It’s well built, it’s very secure and so far it does what it says on the tin for the price. However If it doesn’t in the future then I will definitely do an update in the future.

    It actually works perfectly!

A great addition to my iMac for all the USB accessories I use with it, now I don’t need to keep wasting time trying to locate the ports on the back, its super easy and fast with this add-on.

The hub clamps securely to the iMac screen, with the rear wire out of sight. The colour blends nicely with the iMac, and all the additional slots (USB, SD etc) are within easy reach. I tend to support the hub with my left hand whilst inserting or removing a plug-in to avoid any pressure on the clamp.

Really nice hub which fits neatly on the bottom of an iMac, really looks as if is part of the computer, aluminium colour matched perfectly, putting a row of sockets at the front makes them far more accessible!

Although a little expensive, I thought, it really looks the part. It feels solid and well made and fits perfectly into the grooves under the screen. Why Apple chose to place these behind no-one knows.

This piece of kit is amazing! It simply screws to the lip of the Mac. It’s neat, looks great and no trailing cables! As well as USB ports it has card readers! Waited years to find something like this

Looks good and seems to work well so far. Had to fiddle with USB c connector on the back of the iMac, had to wiggle it and push to get it to
connect, but that was probably due to my iMac being opened up recently to have extra ram fitted. Bit fiddly to fit under the screen, but once
I got the hang of it, it fits solidly. I only gave 4 stars, as I think its a bit over priced – 35/40 would be about right in my opinion. But I do like
it! PS I have not tried the front USBc and micro SD ports yet.

Perfect match to iMac Pro. Makes life easier to access cards and USB’s. Also great for card data transfers. Neat fixing makes it look integral to the unit as a factory fit.

Really good flush fit to my Mac giving easy access to the USB ports that Apple put at the back of the machine, which in my case are totally in the wrong place.

This item looks smart but the attachment to the iMac is flimsy, mainly caused by the iMac. Inserting an USB with one hand makes the screen tilt so two hands required. Better than fiddling round the back. For many people I suspect it will only be used occasionally and is ideal for that.

I ordered the space grey model for my 2017 iMac Pro. It is really easy to fit, looks great and provides all the ports I need, accessible from the front – no more fumbling around the back. My only negative observation is that the SD card slot is not very deep, with the card mostly hanging out of the hub – providing a possibility of catching the card and snapping it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI get fed up of having to turn my iMac around to fit USB and other connections. Newer iMacs have now got the SD card slot at the back as well. This clamp hub is a neat solution for those of us who connect devices to the Mac’s USB ports and SD cards. I found it very easy to fit – took less than a minute and no fiddling – and it is secure, looks great and provides a decent selection of ports. It clamps into the ventilation slots at the base of the Mac screen and the cable fits into a Thunderbolt/USB-C port at the back. It looks a perfect match for the iMac in material and colour.
Inserting USB connectors to the hub is easy but the Mac can swivel as you do so, therefore I just hold the screen with one hand and pop the USB in with the other. There are cheaper hubs on the market; this one met my needs and is well-built so I think it is worth the additional cost.

Good for providing easily accessible ports for the front of the iMac. Instructions for fitting could be clearer, but once you figure it out fits well. Nicely made and finished.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBrilliant hub, fits perfectly and had it up and working in 2 mins. Not tested the actual speeds but I’m sure it’ll be fine definitely recommended if you don’t want to keep reaching at back to connect usb drives etc.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fits perfectly on iMac 27” 2019

I was running out of inputs on a 2017 Imac 5k
Its super easy to install, line up the thunderbolt 3 cable, attach the hub, tighten it up, plugin and your good to go.
Feels solid when inserting usb keypens
The micro sd slot reads my drone memory card
The SD reader works with Sony A7r3
Good bit of kit to have if you need more inputs

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersPurchased this hub after I’d heard it recommended on the Mac Power Users podcast. Fits easily into the vent holes on my 21.5″ 4K iMac; from checking various internal temperatures using iStat menus it doesn’t seem to significantly effect cooling. I don’t have many USB-C peripherals so turning an unused port at the back into three usable USB-A ports at the front is a definite win, as is having a micro SD card reader. All in all it seems a good purchase.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersBought one of these in July 2019 and, although the SD card reader was inconsistent from day 1 and the card needed a wiggle to be read, it eventually died in November…

Not expecting much, I contacted the seller, who sent me a new, no quibble replacement that works perfectly.

I had not expected this and the guys were in touch constantly to keep me up to speed on the replacement.

Over and beyond what I’d hoped for and I’m a very impressed and happy customer – and have no hesitation in recommending these guys — or from buying from them again.

Thanks guys – seriously impressed. 🙂

    Outstanding customer service!

Took a chance that this would work with a 2019 iMac, and am very pleased to say it works perfectly. Am very happy with the purchase. Slight criticism is that the cable could have been a bit longer so that i could have positioned the hub in the middle, but its a very slight grumble. Other than that, am very happy with it.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI have an iMac 27″ and it is a right pain in the rear end to plug in my various USB cables or SD cards. But this has 3 x USB connectors now sitting right beneath my screen, plus the USB C (which I have used a generic USBC – USB cable to give me a fourth connection, as I have no USBC items) and the SD card reader along with a micro-SD card reader. This last item is extremely handy with my various cameras / drones that all use micro-SD cards, no more fiddling around the back of the monitor to plug them in. Looks the business as well, exact match for the iMac and, really, ought to be standard with all iMacs, as it makes life so much easier!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWith shaky hands I didn’t want to be scrabbling round the back of my new 27ins iMac. This device fits in the ventilation slots underneath the right bottom edge of the iMac without excess blocking of vents, also keeping desk space free. Discrete green light on front shows it is working when plugged in. I had a slight panic when I wasn’t able to plug it in straight away into the right socket. A good fit! Long term test now needed to see how well it does with extended use and if there are any limitations not immediately apparent to me. Great product if a bit more than I wanted to pay. Very fast delivery with Prime which got me a small discount.

I asked other purchasers in the community before buying this as I wasn’t sure it could do want I want. ie use the ports for transferring large files from mobile h/d’s.
It does all this the same as the rear ports without problem and is much easier to access than fiddling about at the back of an iMac each time.
The SD reader is great as well. Much more accessible.
Nice colour too, Space Grey, but I may have to get an iMac Pro now for full colour integration.
Unlike a previous post it is VERY easy to install. Just look at the clamps and wheel before fitting and it is obvious.
    5 stars. Highly recommended.

Bought this as a gift for my sister (Photographer) and the reach around the back approach to IO on the iMac is ridiculously stupid.

This hub is a must have if your an iMac user. The build quality also is second to none.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAbsolutely brilliant. It worked straight away. The clamp is excellent, it feels really solid. Before installing it, turn it upside-down and turn the wheel to see how it works: you will see the two plastic bits separate. These will grip the Mac. Obviously, then turn the wheel again to put the bits together, put it into one of the slots under the Mac, and turn to separate. They grip the slots. It worked excellently with the thunderbolt port.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLooks good with my iMac and is easy to fit.Clamp system works well and seems very secure.Tested with all my extras, usb sticks/iPhone/iPad instant recognition, normal performance levels. I do not find the tiny led at all distracting, I would call it dim rather than bright. Why only 4 stars? far too much force required to insert/remove usb plugs, second hand needed to stop the computer tilting. It makes me wonder how this passed the R&D phase as its item specific ( maybe just a QC problem).
