Great bit of kit only thing I will say is the lead can be slow in tha last metres but other than that it does the job
Used this for a couple of weeks now mainly for smaller power tools like a Jig saw and orbital sander. So far operating without fault.capacity of 1500w unwound a little limiting but fine for my needs. Mitre saw at the upper end of capacity. Generally very pleased with this. Purchased as a bit of a nice to have for home workshop but found to be much more useful than originally thought. Ficed in garage workshop above workbench.
This has been a very useful addition to my workshop despite already having many fixed sockets. Jobs like sanding often require you to move around the workpiece, which is easy to do with a long cable like this one. It only lost one star because the retraction lock is a little bit temperamental and fussy about where it will catch.
Bought this for my brother who needed it for his garage, he loves it.
