Setting Up Camera
1. Download”Tuya Smart” App on the App Store or Google Play; Sign up your account
2. Click the ‘+’ icon on the Home page and choose the Security & Video Surveillance,then Smart Camera
3. Click the bottom “Next” and enter the Network Connection
4. Make Sure your wifi is 2.4G and input the right Wifi PassWord
5. Let the Camera Lens Scan the QR Code on the phone App
6. After hearing the beep sound, Click the Button and Waiting about 20 seconds, the Set up is Finished.

Q:Do you mean I don’t need any power cables to get it work as you said it is wireless camera?
A:“Wireless” means that you can connect the camera to WiFi network. Camera comes with a power cord that needs to be plugged in for use.

Easy to install and quick and easy to connect to the tuya app. I have a number of difference smart devices which use this app so handy to keep them in the one place. Camera quality is good and the camera is responsive to movement. For the price it’s a really good camera.
This camera works well, both pictures and sound quality ate better than I expected from its price range. Not difficult to setup by myself, only it’s size is quite big, very noticeable.
This is quite bulky which I guess is maybe good as a deterrent in itself as people can clearly see it. I found it easy to set up and use with the app. Would definitely recommend getting a SD card
This PTZ is such a good deal, the cost isn’t high and the camera quality is excellent. It’s easy to set up even with connection to my phone, easy to control to view it on every corner of outside of the car park. Excellent picture quality in both day and night, I would recommend it.
Night vision is good and it’s waterproof. Easy to install and it’s very small . So far so good , no complaints
I was amazed to see how good this camera’s picture quality was. It’s clear and shows a really good view. You can also move the camera around with your mobile app. It has a lot of useful features which enhances the security and safety. It took me less than few minutes to install and connect it to my mobile. I have placed it in my backyard. And so far, it’s working perfectly for me.
This is rather an impressive wireless camera. It is waterproof and has full colour night vision. There is two way audio. The picture quality is impressive for an unbranded security camera.

This security camera is slightly on the larger side, so you can’t put it up without been seen. Installation took my husband around fifteen minutes – so anyone can do it.
Night vision is good as is the motion detection.

At the time of writing the review this unit is 65, which i think is great value.
The unit come well packaged with clear and easy instructions. It did take me a couple of attemts to link my phone to the app and camera, but once set up was a breeze to use.
The camera itself looks smart and fixed easily and securley in place.
The app makes it easy to control both live and recordings.
The PTZ is responsive and effective and the picture quality is great.
Its connects to the camera very quickly even from a monbile signal which means you can check quickly and easily when not at home.
All in all a great bit of kit currently at a very good price.
This large IP Camera produces sharp clear daylight video. The night vision is also clear and where a lot of cameras switch to black and white in poor light, this still manages colour picture. better than even some expensive cameras I have used. Motion detection seems to work well. The built quality is also impressive, made from hard soft-to-the-touch plastic.
This camera works really well. It’s reasonably well made, but does feel lighter than other cameras I’ve experienced previously. It’s quite a large device, so when installed it is obvious to everyone that you have a camera. At night time you can also see the red glow of the IR illumination, which is pretty standard to be fair.
The camera works via the Smart Life app, I do like this, as I now have a few devices running via this app, so I haven’t had to install a dedicated app for this device. Setup was straightforward enough too. All the controls are simple via the app, and work as expected. There’s also a floodlight function built in too, this feature all depends on your application. It does allow the camera to achieve full colour images at night, but also tells everyone exactly where the camera is located, not so discreet.
The only issue I’ve had with this camera, and it is only a minor issue, is that you can hear the motors when panning the camera when sound is enabled. They are quite loud through the app, but not so much when physically being by the camera
Overall I like this product, it does the job well.
I have a few of these types of camera around the my property. Wasn’t expecting too much from this given the price range – however I’ve been pleasantly supprised.
Firstly – works via the tuya app (which is handy as it’s one I use with other cameras too) which is easy to set up and pretty intuitive. The quality is great, both in daylight and night and 2 way audio is much better than I expected, actually very clear. Movement is responsive via the app and set up was easy – just drilled a few holes and made sure I had power available and I was up and running in less than 15 minutes all in.
It looks the part, quite intimidating and hopfully enough to put any would be theif off. I trust that it’s water/splash proof as it’s survived a fair few showers now with no issues. However it doesn’t feel particularly substantial in terms of materials and build quality, quite plasticy and a bit flimsy. This is the only reason for deducting a star, as function is very good. Would recommend
This is a large camera. Is nothing subtle about a camera this size! I guess the first thing to point out is that this is powered by a mains plug making it a little less convenient for out door usage. If you are looking for something for outdoors then possibly a battery powered system would be a better set up for you. The quality of the picture is impressive, especially at this price point. The intelligence of it not picking up our dog is appreciated. It has a built in microphone and speaker. To fully utilise this you really need to download their app which we downloaded from the Apple App Store for free. There is no fee to use the system and the app although you do have to provide an email address to register before you can probably use it. For a budget indoor camera this is pretty good value although like I have said you just have to bear in mind that it is mains powered and it may not therefore suit every situation.
Really good camera. Easy to install, even for a technophobe like me. Works from an easy to use app and delivers really good images. Haven’t used the storage to cloud, I use an SD card and it all works well. Love it, 5 stars.
The security camera does stand out so if your wanting a hidden camera this isn’t for you but its perfect for me. We live in a remote area with no other houses so this does give us peace of mind that we are adding extra security to our house. We have placed it above our front door and it cover all of our drive way and our daughters play area easily.
Setting up was very simple, you just download the free app and follow the on screen instructions. Doesn’t take very long at all. Mouthing the camera was also pretty straight forward, drill a few holes and your good to go. You control the camera via the app and you can talk to who ever is there through the app and you can also hear them aswell. Picture quality is very impressive during the day and night.
Very impressive camera
This camera was delivered qucikly and in good quality packaging. It is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures and I couldn’t wait to test it out. You can use it indoors or outdoors because it is waterproof which is really good.
You download the app and connect it to the camera. Then you can control the settings from there like motion detection, notifications, night vision etc… The camera quality is really good and super clear and honestly, I cannot fault it.
Overall, a fantastic camera, and good picture quality and I highly recommend it.
Honestly, my first thought when I saw the size of this security camera was that putting it outside would announce to all and sundry that I have something worth stealing! But my second thought was, even thinking that I might have something woth stealing, the security camera would/should put any would-be-thief off!
It is definitely a large camera, not one you can put up in stealth so as to surprise anybody as to its being there. But it is fantastic quality, and so easy to set up. The hardest part for me is that I am going to have to pay somebody to install it outside and run a wire through to the house to power it. It will be worth it though. I love the idea of being able to see who is at my door, and to be able to speak to them via the camera. I think that for the price of this you are getting a bargain compared to if you paid for a video intercom security system and a separate webcam set up.
Although not where I want it to be at present, I was still able to test the camera out. I am amazed that there is no lag at all between what the camera is viewing and what I see on my phone. The microphone is clear, and the images are superior to normal webcams that I have around the house indoors. I am very impressed with it.
I hope that once it is set up outside that it withstands the elements and does as good a job out there as it does inside where I tested it. I will definitely update my review once it’s in place and has faced some bad weather.

This camera came in a box with no much waste from plastic. It is made out of sturdy material and that is revealed when you see it. This camera is a bit bigger than others.
It comes with all the necessary fixtures.
The app is easy to download ,follow and set up. Like most of these apps today you have to register before starting.
It has the latest sensor which only is trigged by humans and not animals or leaves etc. This makes the notifications much less and doesn’t take up unnecessary space on the sd card and false alarms. It also has a good mic which is loud and clear.The pics are coloured which is better than the black and white especially in the night. The alarm sound when we tested it is really loud we don’t use it as all our pets human babies will get up. It can be moved smoothly on the phone not like some of the others which is very difficult. This camera is a much better camera than some of its competitors. We would recommend this to anyone looking for CCTV. It’s clear,easy to install and till today hasn’t given any false notifications. Will update if there are any problems with the camera.
This is a very good camera for the money. You can basically install it anywhere you like and it comes with all the fixings and fittings you need! I have hardwired this into the the shed and it was easy to then install the application for use and follow the on screen steps to setup. There is cloud storage on the app and then you control angles and positions and modes too on it. Motion sensors, good night vision and panoramic viewing! Arrived well packaged with clear instructions to follow.
When this camera arrived I could see just how big it was. It’s not really designed for secrecy as there’s absolutely no way you can hide this from sight. It’s the sort of camera which you see hanging from the ceiling in a warehouse or at the gates of rich family mansions. Although fitting it is simple no matter where you put it.
The entire unit is about 190mm tall, 115mm wide and 220mm long. The main camera is huge, about 80mm by 110mm whilst the lens, with lights, is about 60mm by 80mm.
It has a built in speaker and microphone so you can speak and hear through the camera via the app, talking to the delivery person or shouting at the burglar to get out of your house.
The base plate, or bracket which attaches to the wall, is about 130mm by 100mm. with the four 175mm antenna rotating on this bracket.
I said it was big.
Anyway, once out of the box I set it up using the app downloaded for free. You do have to make an account on the app but this takes seconds with an email account. Once downloaded just follow the instructions and you’ll soon have your phone connected to this monstrous camera.
When it’s set up you can control the entire camera using simple touches.
You can move the camera manually on the app, scanning 355 or 90 rotation, where the camera is pointing. Just use gentle movement on the touchscreen and the camera will point to what you want to point it at.
The picture offers 1080P High resolution with 3MP HD images. Even at night the images are clear to see using the night vision setting.
It offers AI human detection which means the sensors are designed to pick up people rather than a cat or rat running passed.
The picture quality is excellent, showing on the phone in perfect timing. As is the sound and this can all be recorded on an Micro SD card or on your phone.
In all, a fine CCTV camera which will protect your house, or business even just the sight of this monster may well put off unwanted guests.
Easy to set up and it has a really good picture quality of you are wanting to keep an eye on your front door or back gate or something.
The clarity of image and recording quality are good and equally effective for both day and night recording and monitoring either through the straightforward app or with a micro SD card.
The app is user friendly and offers some handy features and provides easy access for the whole family to view remotely. There are similarities with a well-known doorbell brand as the ability to listen to and record sound, and indeed project your voice is also featured on the app. Makes life easier for deliveries and even better for warding off potential intruders when you’re not home. There are notifications sent to the phone and usually without delay.
In summary, at this price point, it’s a lot of camera that provides an effective deterrent and I’m more than happy to recommend it.
