Bought as christmas gifts for out boys. Big set, really nice chips, but the whole case is HEAVY. not for travelling, but everyone was very happy with them. My wife bought them, I would have tried something less expensive but you probably get what you pay for.
These are top quality chips, very heavy, just like casino chips. The denominations look a bit too similar, but damn do they look classy and professional! The case is also top notch and the dealer button is premium. The entire set in the case must weigh 30lbs!
Super high quality! Love the feel of the cards and chips, makes the poker experience much better! I had a rip in one of the cards and reached out to their support email and within a day was being sent a new deck. Great customer service. 10/10 would buy again from slowplay.

This set is beautiful. The case is sturdy and I love the weight of the chips. Each piece of the chips has no blemishes, a stylish clearly printed numerical value on an iron core chip. the cards are kind of simple but they are smooth and shuffle very nicely. The Dealer chip is a nice big solid chunk as well, everything about this set is worth the money spent. It also travels very well and despite the size is actually very compact.
My ladies’ poker league uses these chips weekly. After two years of much use, they are still like new. They have a nice touch, and the weight & sound of them makes them a pleasure to handle. I’ve even introduced the purple chips to the game (the pink novelty chips are not part of the Slow Play set and we use smaller bridge size cards). The dealer button is easy to spot on the table, and it also has a nice weight. Oh, and I must not forget to mention that the case is very high quality.

L’unica pecca che con poca luce i colori delle fiches (soprattutto quelle da 1, bianche, 5, gialle e 25, rosa salmone, tendono un po’ a confondersi, anche perch il valore riportato scritto con caratteri scuri su fondo nero).
Comunque nel complesso, un buon acquisto.
After purchasing samplers of the Monte Carlo Poker Club and the Laurel Crown I would rate these number 1 for the price, for the case, and for the included button and cards. The MCPC chips are more colorful, feel more like clay chips and are easier to read with the light background. The Laurel Crown’s are not worth it, not for the price, too light in weight and off center printing and the 25k chips are larger than the rest. Lastly, the case is fantastic, compared to the cheap Aluminum ones most chips come with the case is great. The chips are uncomplicated, but that’s in their favor, makes them timeless. For the 150 I paid for the set of 500 numbered chips, it’s great value. If you have an additional 150 bucks and want “real” feel and pretty colors the Monte carlo poker club ones are the way to go.
This set is quite impressive. The tokens are well made and heavy, the case is extremely durable and protective, and the cards are simply the best I have ever seen. However I am a little worried about the durability of the tokens as the numbers on them are stickers on the chips. With time I guess they will come off, but in the meantime I had no problem with them.
Great poker set. Cards are made of plastic. Don’t fold as easily as the paper cards. Chips are clay and perfect weight. It comes with a dealer button (real copper, heavy and shiny. I bought the foldable table top from another vendor but it brings it all together nicely. All in all the poker set is great quality.
Bought these to replace my old worn-out blank traditional poker chips and I was immediately surprised and pleased with these new Slowplay Poker Chips! Played my first game with them a week after purchasing and they were a huge hit and now my friends want to buy themselves a set.
I highly recommend this poker set for new and or experienced poker players. Just an incredible poker set!
I had a starter poker set before this, which was ok. But it was very cheap and the box just fell apart. The case in this set is fantastic quality and sturdy, with a luggage style handle and very satisfying clips. The chips look very professional and feel great. Even the dealer button feels so quality. Not to mention the cards that came with it. So easy to shuffle and a cool minimalist design. I ordered some Bicycle cards for the set as well and they fit perfectly into the case holder. The only bad thing I have to say so far is that a sticker came off one of the chips, but was able to stick it back on. No harm done. Would highly recommend for any poker enthusiasts.
Quality set of poker chips
I play in a poker school at my local pub and decided I wanted a quality set (like casino) but they had to have no denominations as existing set are assigned values. These are perfect for that.
The weight of a chip was lighter than I expected but when 5/6 chips in hand you can feel the difference in weight from off the shelf sets which gives a real feel of quality.

Just finished building a poker table and decided to go all out on the chip set. Quality product and the case they come in is well built and looks high end. There were a bunch of sets on Amazon and all had the silver carrying case which looked cheap. That’s one reason I chose this set. A little on the higher price side but quality didn’t disappoi
I never review things but I was so impressed with the solid quality of this set that I thought I would spend a few minutes giving my thoughts.
The set is real heavy, those 14g chips really add up, and gives the set an impressive solidity. The case is sturdy, even the two latches are good quality and snap open and shut with no wobble or looseness.
The chips themselves are great, they feel good to move, the weight gives them a nice sense of value in the hand, and the colours and value markings are clean and clear. They fit snug in the shaped foam and don’t move about during transportation.
The two decks of cards are very nice. I was expecting relatively cheap feeling paper card, but they are all quality plastic cards.
The dealer button is a real nice little extra, everyone I have played with has picked it up and had a look at it.
All in all a great set. The only thing that could have been added is a nice table mat, but as that isn’t a necessity I can see why they haven’t added it. All in all one of the best purchases I’ve made in a year.
I have been reluctant to buy a set of poker chips on Amazon after getting a poor quality set a few years back. I finally decided on these SLOWPLAY chips and am so happy with my choice. They are exactly like the description suggests. They have smooth edges, they are balanced, they seem well made, they look nice, they even sound good, they are packaged well and they are thoughtfully presented with a nice carrying case, two high quality decks of cards and a cool dealer bottom. I am super happy with this purchase.
I have used a couple of brands. The last I purchased in this price point had a number of bad chips, damaged case, and poor shipping. These are the best you can get for this price. They also came double boxed, with foam inside the second box to protect the case. The case is also super sturdy and the chips have a great weight and feel. Extra bonus: you can purchase additional colors of chips from Slowplay to increase the versatility of the set.
As an amateur player, I bought these to replace the blank Walmart ones everyone starts with. These are notably heavier than you standard Walmart set. The case is robust and durable, the dealer button is very heavy. I got a lot of compliments on the set, and the inscribed values really simplify a home game. We had one senior playing with us who had a difficult time reading certain chips, but that’s more of a comment on his vision than the poker set. I’ll likely be buying more slowplay products in the future, given the quality of this set. Cards were great too

This set is beautiful! Perfectly weighted pieces, nice and rich looking colors. Everyone comments on how amazing it is. The case is very sturdy and should last a long time. All the pieces stay in place while carrying it around because the case is perfectly designed for the set with padded inserts. It’s a little expensive but highly worth the extra cost if you enjoy poker. Especially considering this set should last a lifetime. Highly recommended!
Play very plus on sharkscope might be snipers about with opinions I think they are a beautiful thing.
The weight is a bit more the size is a bit more (all deliberate for reasons) but what your getting is just something I like and there has been much much time put in to these. I like em, if you play any better very welcome to try to take some off me.
The chips are good and feel nice but the printed value spacing makes it difficult to organise small and big blinds going from 1 to 1000 in only a 500 chip set it abit low.
Having valued chips does make it easier for newer players but to set playing antes and levels is hard just due to spacing of values.

The first poker set he has ever owned and he was over the moon with it. I was very impressed myself. I highly recommend for quality and style.
I’m very happy with the case, it has a hard plastic shell with latches that require you to depress a button to pop them open (a nice safety feature). When fully loaded with 500 chips, the case weighs north of 20 lbs.
The cards are decent, though I definitely prefer my Copag set. They are certainly a step up from your typical plastic coated paper cards though.
The dealer button is a nice touch, though I would have liked to have seen blind buttons included.
If you are looking for a nice home set, you can’t go wrong!
These chips are heavyweight (14g) and have a beautiful art deco design that is subtle, making them ideally versatile for use in other games. One of the other nice features is that there are no currency denominations on these chips – each chip simply has a value, so it could represent $, , or any other type of currency as circumstances dictate.
The case itself is beautifully crafted and is exceptionally strong. Don’t underestimate the weight of a 500PCS set, it can be deceptive! Everything about this screams quality, even down to the 2 packs of playing cards, which feel amazing and are slightly thinner than standard decks and the hefty metal dealer token that were supplied in the box.
Cannot recommend these highly enough, the quality is superb, the chips feel amazing and the price is fantastic for the what’s being offered. At the time of writing this, I paid 149.99 for the product, but honestly feel like it’s worth at least double that.
There are many alternatives available but I brought this for a gift for a friend and the quality speaks for itself. Not you normal set. This is definitely a level above and for show piece. The chips are heavy and very well weighted and case is immaculate.
The only problem that i can say is the divisors are not that great compare with other sets od poker, but overall good product.
