Very easy to use it’s perfect for trips. My little one have long sleeps
Fantastic, would recommend to any parent. Our little boy will only sleep in complete darkness so this was an absolute life saver during our travels.
This cover is life changing for when you go on holidays and your baby needs to sleep in the same room as you and is used to darkness! It is just a brilliant innovative product. Covers all styles of travel cots and even cribs. It’s breathable and easy to put up and down. A must have for the baby list!
Would highly recommend the snoozeshade for the travel cot. I was nervouse going to a hotel as my 6 month old baby is used to having his own room. The snoozeshade was great for naps and nightime sleep. We were able to watch a movie in the evening with all the lights on and he was fast asleep in his travel cot under the snoozeshade.
This was an absolute game changer! Being able to walk in and out of the room without worrying about putting the lights on or spending hours trying to construct a blackout window in a hotel room was amazing. I worried that my 11 month old wouldn’t like being zipped in but I actually think she loved how cozy it was in there. I’m pretty sure she felt safe and snug. I actually cannot rate this product highly enough. If you have a baby and you like to travel then this is an essential piece of kit!
Bought if for our first festival camping trip with our 1 year old daughter and worked really well keeping the travel cot dark for her in the mornings!
My daughter literally need pitch black to sleep in! This provides that wherever we go – it’s not compact but then it can’t be really! Fits lots of different makes of travel co
Amazing invention, so worth it when travelling with little Ines. Even though we were in a different environment everyday our LO settled just fine and I believe this was due to the enclosed cot and blackout capabilities of the snoozeshade. An added bonus was being able to leave lights on in the room so we didn’t have to blindly make our way around the room when going to bed.
Excellent product, has certainly helped prevent our baby waking up at the crack of dawn when staying in very light places! Have also bought the buggy cover which fits our bugaboo buffalo perfectly.
Was a bit worried before I bought it that my daughter would not like it due to it being quite enclosed. I have kept the top open and so far, the shade has not bothered her at all and she has slept great when I have used it. Love it already!!
This is one of those inventions which I can’t believe no one thought of before! If you travel with a young baby you are likely to encounter two problems with creating a dark space for them to sleep in. Either your portable blackout blinds don’t sufficiently cover the windows, or you are sharing a room with the baby and want it dark for them, but light for you. This travel cot blackout blind solves both problems!
It’s very easy to put over the cot, although a second set of hands is useful to help secure it on both sides simultaneously and then you can simply pop the baby in via the unzipping roof panel. There are black mesh panels at the side which allow air to circulate but keep light out.
We are doing an overnight ferry crossing in June with our four year-old and baby and shall be taking this with us so that we can put the bbay down to sleep in our shared cabin ahead of the rest of us.
This is a totally brilliant product on three counts:
1. It creates a real blackout inside the cot so you can have a bedside light on if you are sharing a room with the child or even if you don’t want to try and navigate an unfamiliar bedroom. I can imagine using this in the summer in the garden for naps when we are away as well.
2. It provides a level of re-assurance that a cat is not going to co-sleep with a baby or child.
3. It folds up really tidily. In fact I can get it into the bag that contains the travel cot.
All in all a really excellent piece of kit.
We used this for the first time last night and have to say very impressed, we stayed in a Travellodge and little one never sleeps well outside her own room so we put her down and when asleep popped this on, she stayed asleep all night and this morning was more than happy, this fitted a Mamas and Papas standard travel cot perfectly with lots of give and a nice material. Strongly recommended.
This is one of those rare items I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The build quality and stitching is great, the practicality is genius and the ease of use is fantastic.
The material is lightweight and mesh breathable. It is not going to take up much weight in your suitcase and is similar to the size of a folded bath towel so no hassle to carry around.
It’s springy and elasticated with no fear of tearing so it just easily pops over the travel cot frame. No poles to worry about.
There is a viewing panel on each size and a zipped top panel for easy access to your child. You can roll up the side panels with poppers to hold the fabric in place and easy Velcro at the bottom to attach the cover to the frame legs.
You can machine wash and tumble dry this cover.
Highly recommended.
The first time we took our son away and used a travel cot we tried to make it as dark as possible, draping things over the top and sides whilst being careful to ensure that there wasn’t anything that could fall into the cot. The second time we sat in a dark hotel room while our son had a nap. This is actually the most useful product we’ve had – with the bonus that there are 2 “windows” you can uncover to take a peek at your child to check on them. Quite honestly this is just genius! Thank you SnoozeShade!
Excellent product. Really helped baby sleep better while in our bedroom. Before that he woke up whenever we opened the door etc. Highly recommended, though baby would still wake up if you turn on the lights but at least you can sneak in and out without waking him up.
