T3 Micro Volumizing Hot Rollers Luxe, Black

Step 1: Rough Dry

To put the volume in the voluminous waves tutorial, rough dry wet, clean hair until it’s 90% dry using your T3 dryer.

Step 2: Smooth Dry

Smooth and dry the rest of your hair using your dryer and The Volume 2.5 round brush.

Step 3: Roll

Use the larger rollers to roll up the front pieces of hair and smaller rollers for back pieces. The section of hair going into each roller should be as wide as the roller you are using.

Final Look

Once your rollers have cooled, release the clips and gently rake your hair with your fingers. Part your hair however you desire and you’re ready to roll!

While the set of curlers would be good for traveling, the curlers do not get hot enough to curl hair. Very disappointing, especially since I like the T3 hair dryer.

Just have to brag about these curlers. I’ve had so many different brands over the years but these are definitely the best ! I hesitated to pay this much for them because I honestly have 2 other sets of curlers in my dressing area right now. They are being donated to charity. I love these T3

These rollers (on the lower-heat option) do what I wanted them to do: provide body instead of curls for thick, chin-length hair. Pros: Heat up quickly, able to hold without burning fingers; similar to Remington’s solid roller style — without the annoying split down the middle like Conair and BaByliss; choice of 2 heat settings; dual voltage; automatic turn-off after 90 minutes; lightweight; travel case; elegant-looking. Cons: The price. I would have given this a “5” overall if it were priced at $70 instead of $100. It deserves to be more expensive than competitors but not 2x-3x as expensive.

I’ve been rolling my hair with hot rollers since Charlie’s Angels were Farrah, Kate and Jacqueline. I’ve always felt that heat rollers could be designed better, not burn fingers, not take up so much room on the counter, etc. Well these, satisfy all of those desires and give my hair a gorgeous, shiny, bouncy look that makes people comment on how gorgeous my hair is…if they only knew the truth. Without these wonderful rollers, I’d look like a tall haystack. Another plus: they heat up ready to use in about 5 minutes, and unlike some lesser brands, the clips are strong, they cling to the hair and don’t fall out. If you have any doubt about the price, leave it at the door. They’re worth every penny.

I debated getting these for so long, worried about some of the negative reviews. I am so glad that I ended up purchasing them. I feel like nobody really talks about how amazing they are for traveling, they are about half the size of my previous Curler set and the case that it comes in is so compact. I was a little bit worried about only having eight rollers but all of my hair fits nicely in about six. I just can’t say enough about these. First off they look 10 times better than any other curler set, so I don’t mind having them out on my vanity. Also the heat is perfect, I don’t agree with other reviews that they get so hot they burn your fingers, my daughter can touch these they are not too hot at all.
I am really enjoying them and find they are very high quality, which is what I was expecting.

I have never used hot rollers. Thank goodness for YouTube tutorials. These rollers are beautiful quality. They heat up very quickly, and are heavy. My hair is fine and generally never holds curls for more than a few hours. Sometimes I do see the imprints from the clips but other times I do not. I need to get better at using these and should be easier with lots of practice. These rollers leave my hair in the desired style that I choose well into the next day. Incredible!

Heats up quickly. Doesn’t take long to set and curls are loose and perfect every time. I have very thick and kinky wavy to curly hair that’s unruly. When I lived in the east coast? I could straighten it and leave it until I wash my hair. Now on the west coast where it rains so much, straightening it was too time consuming everyday. This is the perfect solution. Turn it on, brush teeth and wash face. Put rollers in. Make coffee. Put on makeup. Remove and out the door. Looks amazing and makes my life so much easier. Due to the volume of hair I have, I got two more curlers. When I do the first two, I insert the other two. By the time I’m done the 6, the new two are ready to go. They’re that fast. Love this set.

Do not hesitate to buy these rollers, I had salon quality results within 30 minutes. I tested the rollers on long thick hair, that hasn’t been washed for a week and my hair looked SO good that I did not even want to wash my hair!! The curls last long and when I brushed them out, the style did not falter. I have tried so many brands of hot rollers and nothing comes close to these ones. They are so easy to use and the clips are amazing! Just know, I had to purchase extra rollers because I have 24 inch hair that is quite thick, so needed to get another set of 8. It is expensive but a great investment. I don’t think I will have to visit a salon to style my hair for a very very long time!

These curlers are almost too hot, the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the price…are any electric curlers really worth this?
I do like them because they heat quickly, have 2 heat settings and can be used for foreign travel. I ordered extra rollers and pop them on to heat while I’m rolling my hair, wait a minute or two and by then the additional ones are ready (8 rollers are not enough for thick long hair)

Bought this new set of rolls for my mother-in-law as I bought my set 5 years ago and still keep it like new. I like the new desing of rolls and the best feature of this product is that you only need 5 min to get the style. As soon as I wake up in the morning I put them on and remove the before going to work combing my hair with my hands and the hair doesnt get damaged at all

These are so good, that even if you own the original set, these are a must have. They are cooler to the touch because of the new rims, and, in comparison with regular hot rollers, there is no exposed metal, so no chance of burning yourself. I love the fact that they have universal wattage, so they are perfect for international travel. This case is meant to be more luxurious than the predecessor case, and it seems to be larger in overall volume, though the specific components are certainly not larger – the ensemble is more loosely packed. I’ll probably separate the set from the case for carry-on travel. Note that they need to be turned on for each use (they don’t automatically stay in the on position).

Good so far. I lost my older set and decided to purchase again. I lost the volume after a couple hours (I didnt use hair spray) but the immediate look was great. It also takes over 5-6 minutes to fully heat up not 3 like they advertised. I guess to most that’s not an issue but I wake up in the morning with 20 minutes to get ready and have breakfast and leave so any minutes counts. Ill update if anything changes
