This was for my 3 year old grandson and he loved it. He instantly played with it in the sand box. Was a hit with the kids at his party.
Got this Tonka cement mixer for my three year old grandson who loves his diggers and dump trucks, he loved it. It seems to be well made and I am sure it will stand up to the rigours of a active 3 year old boy.
This is mostly plastic, unlike the “classic” toys they are supposed to represent.
It is still a nice representation of the old, and my son really likes it.
I think the price is very steep for what you get, especially as the dump truck is around $20.
If you are reading any depth of reviews for large size Tonka, you know the deal – much less metal and mostly plastic. You may not think it worth the price, it’s up to you.
Still my son loves it, and plays with it heartily, but not roughly, so I think it will last a while.
The knob on the side turns the barrel and sand/small rocks/marbles will pour out.
Though realistic looking, not recommended for pouring a foundation to your new backyard patio.
I started getting my son the steel collection for his rock pit. He got thisbone for Christmas and he was so happy, he can’t wait to use it with his rocks!
Pricing was great. Receiving time was excellent. No complaints with Amazon .
Grandson loves his new truck and runs around the house with it.
This is a Christmas gift for my grandson, he loves anything tractors or trucks. Seems to be well made and I’m sure he’ll get love it.
