Setting up ordinary channels was easy . It wouldn’t connect to the internet. I called Toshiba and they wanted 22 to sort it out . Awful after service . I finally managed to get it to connect but still can’t get my Amazon Fire TV stick to connect so I’ll keep at it and get it all going . Connected my DVD player .. easy
Nice picture & sound .
Really pleased with this TV which we bought for a bedroom. Really easy to set up and use with buttons for Netflix and Prime on the remote. The enabled Alexa does not do quite what I expected. You can ask Alexa questions but not use it to control TV change channels etc.
Great little TV for the bedroom. Excellent sound and picture in my opinion & looks great too. Big TV remote control so easy to see what button does what. Freeview Play is a great addition to my viewing choice. Paid 100 for it as there was a deal on at time, absolute bargain and very pleased overall. The red light that stays on is no bother as I just place the remote in front of it when it’s sleep time and it completely blocks it out…..its like it was intended to do that!!!
Works well for me, I changed the settings so it sounds better but before that it did sound a bit tinny. The only two issues for me is that you have to keep the telly on standby to use your Alexa to turn it on, which means the telly also acts like an Alexa whilst it’s in standby mode; bit annoying when you already have an echo in the same room! I haven’t found a way to make it so you can use Alexa to turn the telly on but not as an Alexa itself, so I’m guessing you can’t do that. The telly also doesn’t turn itself back off after Alexa fires up on it. It also isn’t compatible with airplay which is a bit disappointing. Other than all that, it’s super easy to use and it’s serving me well and I don’t regret choosing this telly.
Wasn’t expecting too much from this tv. It performs ok, the picture needed fine tuning out of the box, as the picture was way to bright and washed out. The only issue I had was the sound. It’s tinny and honestly my Bluetooth speakers sound better it was a BIG disappointment as the last Toshiba tv I owned sounded amazing and I was kinda expecting the same. All in all it’s an ok budget tv. Also the remote seemed unnecessarily big for such a small tv.
Fast delivery, although I wasnt home and driver left the TV between my rubbish bins outside, so it looked like it was just an empty box thrown away. Quite ingenious even though a bit risky.
Great picture, connects well with my Nintendo Switch, Netflix works fine. I’m a happy 29 year old kid now. Gonna watch Harry Potter tonigh
I was concerned initially about buying a TV online but it’s been a great decision. Recovering from surgery means more TV watching and I’m loving this one.
I struggled to work out how to get subtitles on at first but when I worked that out I was very pleased. I loved the fact that there was a QR code to sign into Hayu and Amazon Prime which meant I didn’t need to remember passwords. Great picture quality and sound, it fits perfectly into a small bedroom and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend i
Bought this as a second TV and really pleased with it. I was limited for choice as I needed a TV with centre pedestal. Easy to set up once I found out how to get to settings (select Home button on remote then press up or down until you see Settings). Has all the catch-up channels as well as a button for Netflix and Prime. I also like that it’s white and blends in with decor. Good picture and sound not bad. Would recommend to others.
Bought this for my bedroom for when I came out of hospital and was spending a lot of time in bed. Great picture, great sound, what more would you want!!
We wanted a cheap smart TV for a spare room. This didn’t disappoint, it is cheap and a little smart.
Not the easiest to navigate and you have to directly the remote directly at the screen. For a brand name, I’m a little disappointed
Use this tv in a bedroom with an indoor aerial and it works very well with a lovely clear picture. It also links in with my wifi and Alexa. Nice to have a white case, the lead is black but mine is tucked so not a problem
It took a while to fix the feet onto the TV but it looks perfect, works perfectly and being white looks as though it is a part of the fitted kitchen. Highly recommended and easy to use.
Just what I was looking for. Perfect for a bedroom
Great value and service. Great Toshiba smart TV. White colour looks great and will hide dust! Very easy to set up and operate. Has pre installed tv apps, you tube etc. Picture quality is excellent. Some complaints about sound but I think its fine, if you have it on smart sound in settings. Alexa is handy. If you are after a cheap smart tv, with a fantastic picture and easy to operate, look no further.
The TV is excellent, it is for the bedroom. The reviews said the sound is not good but found it is excellent. Easy to set up and add your prime video on. However the packaging was retapped and all the packaging looked like it had been used. The plug was taped to the TV. Hopefully the TV will continue to be good.
I bought this tv because I had bought one secondhand several years ago, I was extremely happy with it, so when it stopped working I decided to buy a new one and was delighted to see that you sold the same type and the white version is a perfec match for my bedroom.i would definitely recommend this tv

Great set fab picture bit tricky to set up but once done great.
I had the same make for many years until it finally packed up so no question about buying another of the same make I use it with my bt box as I record a lot of classics to watch at my leisure as and when I want to Very pleased with my tv so glad I choose the same make
I wanted a white TV to go in my bedroom…my old one , which was also white, had a coordinated white power cable and plug. This one has a black cable and black plug!! Just cheapens the look…so easy to have used white like rge TV unit… disappointed. Sounds petty but it’s an important style detail in my opinion ….
In bedroom for elderly mother, perfect size and ease of use as she has the daddy 65″ Toshiba in her living room .
Can anyone confirm that wireless earbuds connect to this tv?
I bought this as a bedroom TV so I do not use it much. Picture and audio fine but setting it up for my extra needs was difficult and still not yet resolved. I need to link in my other blutooth attachments like my soundbar but through ‘Resources’ and ‘Devices’ cannot find a way as I can on my main TV. Linked up to my Sky network okay but cannot find a way for other blutooth or wireless connections. Means I have to use my soundbar remote instead for sound and not my TV button. I consider this a great minus for a Smart TV but as a second TV I can live with it.
The TV is good for its price. The picture is very good, sound not always but then I’m of a certain age ! The white frame is less intrusive in my setting than boring old black.
The white surround on this 24″ TV looks very nice against its light-coloured background and the picture quality is perfect for me. The sound is rubbish, though, and I have linked up a small standalone speaker which I already owned (no need for an expensive soundbar).
Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I’m unable to see the point of Freeview Play – I find it easier to just go to the relevant catch-up app straight from the homescreen.
It’s a nice little TV and, I think, good value for money at the price I paid, 139. It works well, has good picture quality and the sound is good. But there are a few niggles.
The first thing I noticed was that the power cable and plug are black! To add insult to injury, the cable is welded and cannot be replaced. The main reason I wanted the TV was to replace a black one, which doesn’t look right in my new, white kitchen. I’ve kept the white TV and have used a white cable cover, but there’s no disguising the black plug.
Another design flaw is that the power cable is fixed so that it emerges from the back of the monitor perpendicular to the screen. That forces the cable into a very bent position once the TV has been wall-mounted. If the cable had been installed facing downwards, that would be a great design improvement.
The smart apps are very limited and you can’t download any that are not listed in the “store” on the TV. Also, the Internet browser is unusable.
I’ve connected an Amazon Firestick and only use the TV through that device.
My final veredict is that “it’ll do”, which is a shame because with just a few tweaks it could be a great little TV.
Needed a small TV for the bedroom which would work via a Freesat box and the internet as we don’t have an aerial. Have Sky in the sitting room and have a LNB cable from the satellite dish in the bedroom. Wanted a white small tv (about 24 ins), majority available are black. Easy to set up, have ignored using the built in Alexa function. It has a number of apps, including ITV X which is not available via Sky. I would have given the TV 5 stars but find the bright green standby light annoying. Usually switch off the TV at night rather than have a bright red standby light o
