My wife loves it as it is light and practical, helping to ease pressure of her bad back. The only negative is that the suction could be a little stronger without having to use the booster. Having said that the vacuum is sufficient for most situations and very easy to maintain. I would definitely recommend this product.
i like that its portable i just wish the battery would last a bit longer .its great if you just need to do a quick tidy up . but the wife loves it .but me i like my electric vax power8 pet vac

Part of the process that is a problem for me, it’s the very heavy handle that seems extremely heavy on my arm. Otherwise it would be perfect.
Only used once so far and i was surprised how much it picked up. I like the boost option and also the option to have the brush spin or not, bear in mind these two options will use more power.
Can’t comment on battery life just yet as i was impatient and used it on only 2 bars of life but managed a quick whip around a 2 bed house.
After lots of research into other brands I decided on the Vax Pace Cordless.
Omg!!! It moves so freely and quickly (getting the whole house hoovered in half the time!). I have cream carpets in all bedrooms which really shows the black sock fluff, with my Dyson I would have to remove the head of hoover to suck most of it up, but not with the Vax, and for a few bits it didn’t pick up on 1st go all I have to do is pull the hoover backwards and it soucks it up.
Loving the light when you change from hard floor to carpet too.
I did find it quite heavy whilst doing the stairs for the 1st time ( just using the nosel) but find it much easier and quicker keeping the head on the hoover.
I have 3 floor levels in the house and find I can do most rooms on 1 battery charge, and only have to empty the bin once half through (obviously and after).
You do have to cut any hair from the brush but then it pulls away quite easily.

Other than that they have replaced it instantly (still waiting for the faulty one to be collected) and the new one has no issues so far. Will update If anything goes wrong
Suction is far better than I thought it would be and not too heavy but not for ones with severe arthritis in hands and/or arms or the elderly. Or any other conditions.
Fine for th floor tasks it just glides and can’t really feel it but when brush is attached it is heavy to vacuum the ceilings and need a arm rest break every minute or 2.
Brush head with spinner is great. hardly gets caught in hair etc in a house with a malting cat lol.
Much better than the previous 399 dyson cordless ive upgraded from. that feels like half the suction if that and it’s only a 2 year old model (the Dyson)
Customer service have been very helpful with initiating a new collection for Monday and only a 4* because of the battery fault on the first one.
