Ich habe Victorinoxmesser, die ber 30 Jahre alt sind. Die funktionieren heute noch super. Bei einigen wurden mal die roten Griffschalen gewechselt. Deswegen musste eins mit Holzgriffschalen her.
Blind bestellt, daher darf ich mich nicht ber die Gre beschwerden. Es ist gro. Fr ein Taschenmesser sehr gro. Da es nichts fr die Hosentasche ist, muss es halt in den Rucksack. Aber es liegt wirklich super in der Hand.

This pocket knife is practical, robust, lovely to hold and use and it is lovely to look at. This has clearly been carefully designed, using all the expertise at Victorinox resulting in a thing of beauty.

It does miss out the small screwdriver but I found on on Amazon and fitted it perfectly.
Really quality classy knife, looks great, but be aware of its size, check measurements, this is not a small pocket knife.
Big knife so if you like Swiss army knives you’ll love this! Very nice walnut Sharp out of the box! It’s so nice i feel reluctant to use it but I’m 100% certain it wouldn’t let you down if you needed it in a survival situation! The blade locks well with no movement! Be warned the saw is super sharp big teeth so mind your fingers!
Seek and great to hold. The blades are sharpened nicely and the victorinox shield emblem when pressed releases the lock position on the main blade.
The walnut finish may stain in time so it may be necessary to varnish or coat with a suitable oil to protect the finish. Also be aware this not a pocket knife and not legal to carry round on the streets as it is a locking blade.
Let me tell you what this is, a solid wood handle that feels beautiful to the touch, a gorgeous blade that once revealed cuts green wood like butter and a saw that’s longer than a standard Swiss Army knife saw, long enough to make a huge difference in the dimension of wood you can cut and the speed at which you can cut it. If you need something to do the work for you, this is the tool.

I bought this for when I go camping as a back up tool. It is perfect for this, but I wouldn’t use it as the only tool in the box, of course with how much it cost it would be best not to. I have a victorinox pocket multi from 1988 which still works well with damage, it cost more, so I wouldn’t expect this to last as long.

Best quality multi tool I’ve had. The wood grips are nice, darker than pictured. Feels like it will last forever. I’d recommend getting a Victorinox pen sharpener and some Victorinox oil to keep it sharp and maintained. If I close my eyes holding it it’s as if I’m holding a high quality wooden gripped kitchen knife.. just with all the other tools as well. This is a pricy bit of kit but it will last. If I had to have only one multi tool this would be it.

However, the handles & blades are all a little small for me (& I have smaller than average hands) & they all feel a little lightwight for anything other than small jobs.
I wanted something a little bigger. more like a regular size knife, so when I saw this for 55 (down from 80) I just had to get it.

Its about an inch longer than regular SAK’s (Swiss Army Knives) with a longer shaped handle which is extremly comfortable & stable to grip, & it has a longer, thicker blade too which is a bit stronger for heavier duty tasks.which is just perfect for my needs.
It has the usual Victorinox High Standard / quality & the wooded scales add a touch of class.
As with all SAK’s the Stainless steel is of decent quality, & is tough enough to stand some abuse & still hold a sharp edge for a while,
And when it does get dull, it is easily honed or sharpened in a couple of minutes.
This is my now new favourite muti-tool.
Quality knife as you’d expect from Victorinox, Wood just give it that extra quality feel.
Superb quality Swiss Victorinox multi function outdoor knife. Very useful carry in serious outdoor locations. Tough, functional and beautiful walnut scales on handle. Holds a keen edge.
However, if you are looking for a knife for camping, gardening, or work, it’s a cracking bit of kit. First off, it’s awfully pretty. The wooden handle really looks great. It comes with:
– Single 10cm, razor sharp general purpose blade
– Extremely effective 10cm saw that will make short work of small branches etc
– Can opener/small screwdriver
– Bottlecap opener/large flat screwdriver
– Corkscrew
Plus of course the small less obvious things and double-use things, wire stripper etc. No scissors though. It’s also got some really nice touches. The logo on the handle presses in to release the locked blade. Only the blade locks, the saw doesn’t, but having said that it’s held in place by some sort of very firm spring so I don’t think it will move around a great deal. Sharper than a White Shark’s mouth though so I’d be exceptionally careful when using it.
All in all I love it. It looks great, feels great, and will do anything you ask of it I suspect. A really nice utility knife.
It’s beautiful in person. Pictures don’t do it justice. The steel is sharp and strong and the saw is excellent for the outdoors.

The unvarnished walnut finish is attractive and comfortable, and the blade is exceptionally sharp out of the box. The saw is a handy size for branches and also devilishly sharp. I don’t doubt the quality of the other tools, victorinox has never failed me.
I have two minor practical issues with this knife which I have not deucted any stars for – it is very difficult to open the can opener on mine without painfully bending a nail (not a frequently used item for me though), and you need to press the shield rather hard and into the body of the handle to unlock the blade – which is safe I suppose, you would have a hard time doing it by accident. I have found that this makes it very diffuclt to close the blade with gloves on.
My one quality concern is that the shield-shaped stud and the connector it uses to unlock the blade is plastic (the spring that locks the blade is metal though, don’t worry). It seems solid enough but I expected a protruding and frequently used component to be stainless on a Victorinox knife.
I think the one I received may have been ex-display – the box was not in great nick, the handle had something sticky on it (from a price label?) and the various blades and tools had fingerprints on them. A brief clean sorted this out – there was no actual wear or damage and nothing affecting the use of the knife – this may be how the seller is able to offer them at bargain price (normal price is approx 75-80, I paid 55).
Great knife, definitely recommended! It is VERY sharp, but it is rather hard to take out the smallest two tools.
