Wera '05020110001 6004 Joker 4 Set 1, self-Setting
Wera '05020110001 6004 Joker 4 Set 1, self-Setting Spanner Set, 4 pieces
Automatic and infinitely self-adjusting.
Thanks to the automatically infinitely accessible parallel jaws, the Joker 6004 open-end spanner covers all dimensions in the respective area of application. The key will find the required size when attaching to the nut or screw without adjusting by itself.
Gentle on screws.
The parallel smooth jaws of the Joker 6004 allow for surface pressing and can thus avoid rounding of the nut or screw head, which can occur during power transmission over corners.
Ratchet mechanism for quick work.
The ratchet function in the mouth ensures fast and continuous screwing without settling.
Low rewind angle.
The corner width prisms in the mouth allow a return angle of only 30°.
:
Many users want a universal screw tool with the largest possible range of applications. It should be a single tool for several metric and imperial measurements. It should automatically adjust to different screw sizes. Safely pack, no damage and allow a high working speed. Thanks to the infinitely and parallel jaws, several individual open-ended spanner dimensions are replaced. The required size adjusts continuously when attaching to the hexagonal nut or screw. The integrated lever mechanism clamps the hexagonal screw or Nut securely between the jaws which significantly reduces the risk of slipping and damage. The ratchet function ensures quick and continuous screws without settling down. Thanks to the use of the corner width prisms, a backswing angle of only 30° can be achieved. The one-leg construction in combination with the ratchet function and the corner width prism allows you to work even in tight building spaces. The adjustable Joker 6004 is the universal screw tool. Self-adjusting Snagging Ratchet Four piece set for at least 18 different metric and imperial screw drives in compact folding bag. The bag is suitable for attaching to the wall, shelf, workshop trolley and Wera 2go system thanks to the Velcro system on the back.

Came quicker than expected, now part of my daily kit and loving how versatile they are.
Why carry a bunch of crap tools when you can a few awesome ones.
Ok, so I was skeptical. BUT every time I pick up one of these wrenches, I love them more. They are quite obviously well made with precision assembly tolerances. They feel great in the hand. The jaw shape and mechanism is nothing short of genius. Yea, pricey. But these are wrenches that will last generations. Not years. There is a slight learning curve to get the hang of using them but for those who wrench on stuff for a living, they will make sense in 10 seconds and just work for you every time. I reach for these before even considering an adjustable or open end wrench. I have yet to put one back in the drawer for an adjustable or open end. I work on amusement rides for a living and have a LOT of tools. These are my absolute favorite unique AND completely useful tools for use every single day.
The idea of a ratcheting adjustable or open end wrench is a good one, but the other versions I have tried didn’t work well, these do. I hesitate to call them adjustable wrenches since the range on each wrench is only claimed to be 3MM, but the set does cover 7MM-19MM or 1/4″ – 3/4″, which is a very useful range for most of my applications. These wrenches are faster to use than open end or box end wrenches since the ratcheting mechanism eliminates the need to remove and replace the wrench frequently. I’d also rate them as better than standard adjustable wrenches since the pulling on the handle tightens the jaws. The harder you pull, the tighter they grip. Yeah, this set is kind of expensive, but when you are struggling with a nut that your socket wrench can’t reach, the price starts to look reasonable indeed. I like them enough that i have ordered the 19-24MM (3/4-15/16″) wrench as well.
Sin duda un juego muy til para cualquiera, prcticas, ligeras, fciles de usar, robustas, una gram solucin para trabajar ms cmodo y ligero. Adems, claro, su particular estuche de Wera!
Don’t get me wrong, I like these little wrenches, but I like the unusual too.
The trouble with them is pretty obvious, they are a bit cumbersome to get on the nut or bolt because of the spring action, especially in tight spaces. Honestly, most times it takes me two hands to get it going. So beware, just to get them to open can be a challenge. But once they are on they work fairly well. Just don’t expect to apply any heavy pressure, they just don’t feel like they could handle it.
But I do like them, they do work and they do look cool hanging on the wall. But they are more for us weekend suburbanites than a hard working mechanic.
A little pricey, however they come in handy when other wrenches don’t quite do the job. They also function such that they can perform the job replacing several tools, less to lug around. The more I use them, the more I appreciate them. They seem well constructed and very useful thus far.
This is a fantastic set of self-setting wrenches. They work great, though they do take a little bit of fiddling with to get the gist of how they work. They were on sale when I picked them up, and I’m not 100% positive I would have paid full price for them.
I’m a fan of quality tools. I like Wera tools. But occasionally the value to usefulness ration gets a little out of whack. If I used them a little more than I do, I’d probably bump up the value for money field to a full five points. ( I use mine weekly, rather than daily. )
Weekly I have cases when I need to unscrew and screw back 120 mm long bolt but in very tricky position. Fiddling with that back and forth I can just screw it approx. half a turn and then I have to change wrench on other position and so on. This Joker tool is not perfect for what I need but I admit my case is not ideal polygon to test this kind of tool.
Anyways I calculated I am least 20% faster with this one and I have it for only a few days. With practice and continuous usage I believe I will be even faster in the future cases. 20% maybe does not mean a lot to someone but for me it means 20% more time for something else or getting work done faster for same price. Few cases a week, 10+ cases monthly, 100+ cases yearly.
Quality tool serves well ages, innovative tool increases income and decreases time needed for job to be done.
I approve and highly recommend.
Its a little funky to use at first, but after playing around with it for a day I got the hang of it. Its nice to just grab one or two of these for a random nut then having to bring the whole set of combo wrenches with me.
Wera are leaders in quality, functionality and solid build. This product deals with the deficiencies that make a standard adjustable spanner just not quite good enough. A great addition to any toolbox.
Just as I expected from Wera, nothing but the best of the best.
Like all Wera products this too will last for many many years and will be just as strong, sturdy and reliable as day 1.
Very happy with my purchase!!!
Works great in tight spaces . Well made tool and well worth the cost.
The pictures show a high quality craftmanship product, but in person they don’t look nearly as nice. The packaging is beautiful…apple like standard, but it seems much of what you pay for is that, which you end up throwing away. Packaging is overkill for wrenches, looks like it’s for $1,000 product. Wish they put as much thought and attention to the fit and finish of the wrenches themselves.
Manufactured to the usual Wera high quality, even the smallest of the set punches well above its weight. They feel like quality tools, well made, no sharp edges and a pleasant heft in the hand.
Once fitted on the nut/bolt the ratchet mechanism works almost like magic and you can seriously tighten the fastener as the more pressure applied, the tighter it grips. I have found myself to becoming a bit of a Wera fanboy but I have yet to own a Wera tool that has disappointed.
bought for a specific job . small nut with limited access. did what I needed and will bel looking at the bigger spanners . they all have a limited range in size but can be very useful. just need the set to have full flexibility
Ok been engineering technician longer than I can remember
Lately I find myself working in companies that combine imperial and metric machinery in there plants.
Carrying Two sets of spanner’s and socket sets does kind of grate a bit.
So I checked these out and there you have it can automatically switch one to the other.
They take a few goes to get used to the feel of them and the operation, but no worse than constantly adjusting an adjustable spanner in fact less time consuming.
They are pricey but I look at it this way if you use them a lot there performance out weighs the cost.
Took a while to get use to them but you can put a lot of pressure through the spanner and i haven’t had a slip yet.
Well made, as I expect from Wera tools. Easy to use, grips well.
It is expensive for a single spanner, but I expect it to last forever.
Nice little spanner for a silly price.
I wanted something to compliment my tap fitting kit & sometimes mono mixers have bolts that even my 200 kit won’t get on so this is another thing that may help
I’m not too pleased with the larger versions they don’t open very far & I don’t fancy the cost of the whole set & they only fit a small range of bolts because the adjustment isn’t very big
I’ve been using these at work for a few days now. They actually work fairly well as a ratcheting open-end wrench. Even the little cut-outs that grab the corners of a hex-head work okay. I was afraid the wrench would fly off a bolt and bust my knuckles, but that hasn’t happened (yet). It grips well and I am able to apply ample torque for tightening and untightening bolts with little issue. I docked them one star because on the largest wrench, I cannot open the wrench with my thumb without the sliding jaw binding up. I have to grab the jaw to get it to open, and it operates fine once on a bolt. But the problem is very disappointing and I almost returned them and/or reduced the review to 3-stars because of it. But I do like them and will try to fix the problem myself. But these things do cost too much to have a problem like that.
